22/10/2024: Best roast pork sandwich I've tried in a long time, better than the one from Slagter Lund. And then it's meat with animal welfare at the fore, which is rare for a barbecue bar, even at the same price as it costs to get your fill of the Mac.

23/08/2024: I will give 0 stars for the food. I got a sandwich that was completely burnt on in the Lyngby shopping center and Joe and the juice don't even respond to your inquiries via the app's chat. I think that's too bad. I will never buy my sandwiches in Lyngby in the future.

09/09/2024: Måske er tidligere anmeldelser baseret på at det har været på meget travle tidspunkter. Vi var alle 14 i selskabet yderst tilfredse med buffet og betjening. Dejlig frisk buffet med en kok som steger kødet på stedet. Stort udvalg af spændende kød og salat. Det var virkeligt lækkert og kan kun anbefale Skovly.

01/09/2024: Had booked a table for 15 people on 31/8 several months in advance as we had to celebrate a round birthday. We arrived at the agreed time - no one greeted us and a table had not been prepared. We had to stand and wait while a lot of dirty plates and glasses etc. were removed. We ourselves had to stand in line to order drinks and then wait for them. Several of the things they advertised on the buffet were sold out. The soft ice machine was liquid ice to great disappointment and the accessories for the ice cream were also sold out. It flowed in several places with napkins on the floor and tables that had not been cleared. It was just not right and a big disappointment, it was under all criticism. Would not recommend the place to anyone. Will never come again.

26/08/2024: We were 5 friends who ate a lunch buffet at Stald Knægten yesterday, Sunday 25 August 2024 We were very excited about the food, service, atmosphere and of course also about the restaurant itself, which is very nicely decorated and embarrassingly clean.🤗 The same applies to the ladies' toilet. We thank you for a fantastic birthday. We will come again! Very soon!

05/09/2024: Couldn't be worse. I ordered falafel pita bread. The bread was old and turned into pieces immediately. They had put only one piece of falafel and divided it to several pieces, and even that was super dry and overcooked. So basically it was only lettuce sandwich! The French fries was too oily and could smell of the old oil. Nothing pleasant. When reported this to the owner/cashier, he said he doesn't care!!!! Do not waste your money there, as you will get nothing!

09/11/2024: Excelent Kebab serves fantastic durum that really stands out. I tried one with beef and the flavor was intense and spicy, with a perfect balance of juiciness and texture. The freshness of the vegetables and the delicious sauce lifted the dish further. The service was also excellent; the staff were friendly and attentive which made the experience even better. I highly recommend their durum to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal!😀🌯

23/10/2024: We visited with great excitement reading the favorable reviews, however we were disappointed. The great reviews might be from guests having the breakfast menu items. We had lunch and were not happy about the Dahl bowl, which did looked nice, but lacked flavors. The bread was frozen and heated before serving, but still slightly cold inside!! We have excellent bread in Denmark, so it’s very much below average to serve bread this way. Conclusion, breakfast might be good, for lunch/dinner, choose some of the many other options nearby..

17/10/2024: Never go to this Place. Rude staff and disgusting food. The food was uneatable because of the amount of salt put into it and they got our order wrong.

22/11/2024: 120dkk one durum menu , first i was like okay , lets see how it tastes atleast , tbh , i never eated a worst durum kebab in denmark. The price is too much for the quality that you guys have and the zone where is your business located . At that wuality i would pay maximum 70-80 kr for that menu . Im not aorry for my feedback but 100% sure that i will never eat in your restaurant 🙌

17/09/2024: It's the worst thing I've experienced on the hill, the service consisted of a lady who tried to speak English, she couldn't understand we had ordered sheepishly and stated that we used the Ældersagen. We wanted some dark beer, she didn't understand and that's how I could keep going. The torilettes look like something that was a lie, it was so disgusting so we used Bakken's torilettes.

16/09/2024: Virkelig dårlig service. Vi skulle købe en sandwich i går til 75kr Joes klub, kyllingen i selve sandwichen var så kold , ligesom den var stadivæk frosen. Vi havde bedt om at lave et helt nyt sandwich men blev virkelig behandlet dorligt. Vi fik så et nyt sandwich mem stadivæk kyllingen var kold…. Virkelig dårlig betjening.. .Dette er sket i Lyngby i Magasin på Joe and the Juice.

12/08/2024: Our favorite Joe. The staff are really nice, the service is lightning fast and all the food and all the drinks taste good every single time. However, it is a bit warm inside in the summer, which is a shame for them. They should get a fan behind the counter or proper air conditioning so they don't feel so hot! 🥹

07/10/2024: Cannot recommend the place, as I have repeatedly asked if I could get extra meat sauce and various vegetables as it has been dry, where I have said I would like to pay extra and then it has been refused, was served by a bald man who was angry and low-spirited

22/11/2024: WARNING WARNING I ordered and paid for 3 pizzas with delivery. As the pizzas are 20 minutes late compared to the time the pizzeria had promised, I called to ask if they had forgotten us. I am greeted by "just relax". I was now completely calm, right up until he screwed me over. The clerk then says that I can't get my pizzas, which is why I'm asking for my money back. He won't give me that either. That means he wants to steal DKK 300 from me! I will have to drive to the pizzeria before he mobilepays me the money…. Do not use this pizzeria. They are thieves and unpolished. By the way, the pizzas were ready for delivery, probably ice cold, when I was in the store to collect my money... WARNING DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. THEY STEAL IF THEY CAN GET IT.

26/07/2024: Simply the worst durums. The food falls apart. It tastes and acts like durums from the day before or old meat. Has been a regular customer. But him the "new". Little thin man. (Never seen him before there.) Has managed to spoil the food so much that it is completely unfit to eat. The regular customer was gone... The fair-haired one who always buys 2 durum with a little chilli. Really poor quality and poor style.
