20/04/2025: The food tastes good and some of the best takeaway if it has to be healthy. However, I was speechless with their service when I complained to Wolt. The attached picture shows the size of the porridge meals I ordered. Less than half of a normal portion. My complaint was rejected.

The portions are large, often more than ample, which makes it a good deal for the price. The service is friendly and quick, and the atmosphere is relaxed, making the place a fine choice for a quick and filling breakfast or lunch.

22/11/2024: WARNING WARNING I ordered and paid for 3 pizzas with delivery. As the pizzas are 20 minutes late compared to the time the pizzeria had promised, I called to ask if they had forgotten us. I am greeted by "just relax". I was now completely calm, right up until he screwed me over. The clerk then says that I can't get my pizzas, which is why I'm asking for my money back. He won't give me that either. That means he wants to steal DKK 300 from me! I will have to drive to the pizzeria before he mobilepays me the money…. Do not use this pizzeria. They are thieves and unpolished. By the way, the pizzas were ready for delivery, probably ice cold, when I was in the store to collect my money... WARNING DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. THEY STEAL IF THEY CAN GET IT.

28/04/2025: If you have oceans of time and dream of a dry burger, then this is the place for you. Otherwise? Find another place. The whole experience was a disappointment from start to finish. We waited 40 minutes for a burger – in an almost empty restaurant. And meanwhile, three waiters were standing behind the bar chatting pleasantly. They were quick enough to complain about the kitchen… but honestly, they weren't rockets either. When the food finally arrived, they looked like someone who only then discovered that serving was actually part of the job. It all felt uninspired and messy - just like the burger. Answer to the store: It wasn't just one burger, it was the whole team that was below par. The fries were also overcooked and bland. This is not about a single error, but about a lack of quality control. If you don't get it under control, it will be a very long season at Bakken with frustrated guests.

03/06/2025: Det er virkelig ærgerligt at have en så dårlig oplevelse – og endnu mere skuffende med den mangelfulde reaktion fra kundeservice. Kære Kundeservice, Jeg har boet i Kongens Lyngby siden 2009 og har i alle disse år været en trofast kunde hos Lagekagehuset. Det er derfor med stor beklagelse, at jeg må skrive til jer om en yderst ubehagelig oplevelse, jeg havde i en af jeres butikker på den dato, der fremgår af vedhæftede kvittering. På den pågældende dag besøgte jeg butikken for at købe nogle muffins. Ekspedienten, som betjente kassen, fortalte mig, at der ikke var nogen muffins tilgængelige. Dette på trods af, at jeg tydeligt kunne se, at der var masser af muffins på de vogne, der bruges til at levere varer fra bageriet til butikken. Samtidig kunne jeg også se online, at muffins stadig kunne bestilles. Da jeg venligt gjorde opmærksom på dette, reagerede medarbejderen aggressivt og hentede nogle frosne muffins fra køleskabet, som var uspiselige. Da jeg protesterede og bad om friske muffins, blev jeg mødt med en respektløs og uhøflig opførsel, hvor han sagde, at jeg næste gang burde handle et andet sted. En yderligere bekymrende detalje er, at denne mandlige medarbejder brugte en login fra en kollega, Emilie, som allerede var logget ind i kassesystemet. Det vil sige, at kvitteringen blev udstedt i en andens navn, hvilket jeg anser for at være en alvorlig overtrædelse af butikkens regler. Jeg har et vidne, der kan bekræfte denne uacceptable opførsel, og jeg har vedhæftet kvitteringen for at dokumentere det præcise tidspunkt for hændelsen. Denne oplevelse har desværre ødelagt en vigtig og glædelig dag for mig og min familie. Jeg beder om, at sagen bliver undersøgt grundigt, og at jeg modtager en officiel forklaring på, hvordan sådan en adfærd kan finde sted i en så anerkendt kæde som Lagekagehuset. Jeg ser frem til jeres hurtige svar og en løsning på denne uheldige hændelse!

29/03/2025: Lagkagehuset in Magasin Lyngby. I would like to express my great dissatisfaction with both your service and operation. I have noticed that Lagkagehuset is under criticism, and the sad thing is that customer complaints do not seem to be taken seriously. Today I ordered 9 muffins via your click and collect, but received them packaged in a way that was unfortunately far from acceptable. I felt very embarrassed when I had to deliver them to a friend. I hope that you will take my complaint into account and work on improving packaging and customer service so that others do not experience the same problem in the future.
