29/08/2025: We were very satisfied! The food was ready right on time for pickup, the chef (or employee) was super friendly, and the sushi tasted really good. We eat sushi a lot and regularly (vegetarian only) and rate this as one of the best we've ever had. Thank you!

12/09/2025: We had bought a nice one and was a little skeptical as I thought there were some bad reviews, but I will give the restaurant 5 stars. The food tasted great, the service was sweet and friendly. The restaurant and the toilet were nice and clean, which is something that means a lot.

As a person, I might need a more intimate/isolated place to eat in the restaurant, as I am not entirely comfortable with too many people around me. But definitely worth recommending from here 👍🙏

Vi valgte at købe en række take a Way bokse med sushi fra Izumi i Charlottenlund – og overordnet set var det en god oplevelse, men med plads til klare forbedringer.
Sushien var varierende i kvalitet, men især boksen med rejer, der stadig var lune, gjorde virkelig indtryk. De skilte sig positivt ud og havde et frisk og smagfuldt udtryk. De var crispy og smagte godt.
En klar skuffelse var dog tangsalaten, som desværre var alt for våd. Den virkede forhastet i tilberedningen og dryppede af væde, hvilket var lige ved at koste en stjerne .
Resten af sushierne smagte godt, og man får bestemt indtrykket af, at Izumi arbejder seriøst med både smag og råvarer. De halter lidt efter på æstetikken, det indhenter de på prisen
Der er ingen tvivl om, at Sticks’n’Sushi skal holde øje med Izumi – både når det gælder pris og kvalitet. Izumi ligger lige bag dem og er et stærkt bud på god sushi til en mere overkommelig pris.

13/09/2025: Everything was excellent.. we chose the all you can eat menu with 270kr per person for a weekend day. Common price for CPH. Sushi was amazing and the service the same! We will come back soon
06/09/2025: We had a stop in for all you can eat Sushi on a Saturday night. Whilst the food itself was good the service was terrible. We had to drop our order in at the counter. Our starters turned up after we'd finished our Sushi. (40 mins) after the sushi turned up. We wanted to order more but after waiting another 20 minutes for service we decided to just pay and leave.
They need more staff that are attentive and it would be a great place.

12/08/2025: I am writing this to express my disappointment with the dining experience I had at your restaurant. As a customer, I had high expectations for your service and food quality, but unfortunately, those expectations were not met.
Firstly, I ordered two dishes, and one of them was excessively salty. This left me extremely disappointed because the excessive amount of salt completely masked the original flavors of the dish, making the entire dining experience unbearable.
To make matters worse, the second dish took at least twenty minutes to arrive after the first dish was served. The waiting time was excessively long, especially considering that there should have been a more reasonable interval between the two dishes. This delay left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and raised doubts about the efficiency of your service.
09/08/2025: This place is less prone to the typical Chinese restaurant problem of the taste changing every time you go. Be sure to try the Guo Bao Rou... Chinese people usually eat fish dishes (like soup). Mapo tofu is so-so... The stir-fried vegetables are delicious. There are many dishes to order as snacks, and it's even more delicious if you go when it's not busy.

13/09/2025: Very little wasabi for take-away expensive compared to quality. Is there meat in it? Thought we ordered fish? Small portion. Used to be my favorite sushi. Tried to call - no answer.
16/08/2025: Solid sushi and other Japanese dishes in a European style. You pay a little extra for the location, service and concept. Nice little garden even though we had to sit in the far corner behind the bar.

Great Sushi, nice people.
Order is electronic via phone, only one phone can order but menu is visible on other phones.
Orders can come a bit slow, so start ordering as soon as possible if you are having all-you-can-eat, but make sure you can eat it all.

Should have scanned the QR code.
Pressed continue and got to payment information.
Thought it was smart at first, then you also pay at the table.
It was then an advertisement and I signed up for a subscription.
Normally I am very aware of cheating. But you are sitting in a company and talking together.
The "continue" button was several times the only one I could press, where the menu bar should come up. And I had to close the page and scan the code again to be able to order.
It is simply not okay to have such an ordering system.
You have cost me a new card when I subsequently had to block it!!!! Especially after reading the company's Trustpilot reviews.

24/08/2025: We used to have better experience at this restaurant. We tried the ad libitum menu after a long time here and our experience was not the greatest for a few reasons.
1. It is mandatory to get a drink when you order ad libitum at this restaurant. This is for good reason as the soya is eay too salty and some of the options like kingrejer on scewers is very salty that you need to have some drink next to you so you don't dry out. We both felt our blood pressure has increased by the time we were finished.
2. The owner is a nice and calm person, but we didn't feel relaxed at the restaurant. It was busy time of course but the staff were clearly under stress and running around without a smile or anything. Behaviour of one of the staff was borderline aggressive when I tried to take another soya sauce from the buffet in hope that it is less salty (he jumped and said why are you doing that it is the same as what you have on your table! I mean come on. May be I want more!!)
3. Some of our warm dishes orders were not delivered and we were told to take them from the buffet instead which was not made fresh and we didn't enjoy it as much.
All in all, we used to have better experience before.
