04/08/2024: Our birthday brunch experience at Hasselager kro was terrible. We ordered brunch for NOK 355 per person. person, where there would be what a brunch should contain incl. coffee/tea and juice. At the meeting with restaurateur Thomas Loft, he suggests bubbles and bitters, which are offered around twice. It sounds good and we agree to this. He then suggests that they can serve soft drinks and beer when the brunch is over. We also think that sounds good and say yes. On the day itself, soft drinks and spring water are served at the start of the brunch, which was not the agreement. Suddenly the juice is removed by the waiter before we finish eating. When I discover it, I ask him to put it back on the two tables he removed them from. The waiter doesn't answer me, and doesn't come back with the juice. Suddenly I discover that the waiter has carried the champagne glasses out from two of the six tables. I then go into the kitchen to restaurateur Thomas Loft, to which he replies that it was written on his papers that it had to be offered twice and that there was almost nothing in the glasses. He then asks if they should come in with new glasses and offer them around. I decline that, as he says nothing about it being at the house's expense. I then ask that they not be removed from the remaining four tables, incl. my husband's and my table. But no more than 20 minutes pass, then I discover that the rest has been removed while I was out on the toilet. My husband and I had half a glass left and wanted to toast to the remaining speeches. Suddenly the waiter walks around the tables with draft beer and offers. We also wonder about that, since it was not the agreement. The agreement was that beer would be served. And no one had come to my husband and I and asked if it was ok to change the agreement. When we got the bill, he had written one more envelope than the final number we had given him. The price of the additional sale was of course also much higher than we had expected, because our guests had to remove their drinks that were included in the brunch and had to take soda/spring water and beer to finish their meal. Subsequently, we contacted Thomas Loft, who did not want to meet with us, but who completely ignored our disappointment in writing and simply wrote that they have done exactly as they usually do and that people are usually happy, but that I can deduct the extra envelope from the bill. We feel really badly treated and wanted to support locally by having our party there, but it was a huge disappointment. We would in no way recommend the place to others.

04/08/2024: They quickly open the lavash fresh on the spot. I couldn't get enough of the lavash more than the meat. 😅 congratulations 👏🏻

26/07/2024: One of the best place I have ever been in whole Denmark. Food was tasty, staff was friendly and everything was spot on with the order I got. I had Doner gobit menu with fries and It made me turn back into my childhood where everything was always the freshest. I can't wait to be back.

21/10/2024: We are notified if it is 10-20 minutes late because the tender has car problems, it turns out to be an hour instead, without notification. When it arrives it's really boring (enough of being in a car for an hour) and looked like it was just sloshed in the box, on top of ginger and wasabi and sliding around. And the worst part was that half of the delivery is so that it cannot be eaten as the entire order is a special order due to allergies. Even though it should be open for another 40 minutes, you are just sent to voicemail when you call to either get the error corrected or the money back. The offer was also quite rude, we had to collect the food ourselves in his car, he doesn't even get out and give it. They were not contactable until the next day, when I am made to wait a long time before they return and deny that they must have made the order wrong, so if I want to be able to complain they have to have a picture of it (very clever to wait to respond until the following day). Fortunately, I took a picture where it is clearly visible and sent it to them as they asked for, and they still haven't come back since. It used to be my go-to when ordering sushi, but I won't waste my money there again.

24/08/2024: Tasteless sushi, too much rice. The starters weren't much better. On the other hand, the decor was really good and the service was very nice. They did what they could. Won't be back though.

22/09/2024: Heads up to the new owner. He has really managed to raise the standard of pizza and service. Have ordered countless times from Klai Dinner Pizzaria both for delivery and for collection, not once have they failed. You are greeted by the warmest smile and warmth. Super polite staff. Thank you for this time until we see you again soon. 🥹

21/08/2024: Nice, freshly made sushi. Serving and service was really nice. Overall a nice experience, with a sad ending. When there are prices on the web that do not match the prices on the back of the menu card, which you only see when you have sat down, it is an unfortunate experience to be told: "Well, you could see that on the menu card," and "Our website is being rebuilt." Last but not least, they lied directly to my face that it was me who had chosen the wrong restaurant online. After my visit to the restaurant, however, I could confirm that the price online was the same for the two restaurants and did not match the one on the menu. You must understand that it was not the difference in price that was at issue, but the principle

22/06/2024: The food was as expected, about the same as their other location in the city. Some pieces were extremely large and stuffed, it was not so nice to eat. Some of the starters were mostly just lukewarm, not so delicious with cold fries. But otherwise fine. Their attempt at a Virgin pina colada was slightly poor. It really wasn't good. However, it helped with a little lemon juice in… Service was okay, they were good at getting around. There have been restrictions on certain dishes, we jumped over that. The menu card has changed slightly compared to their other restaurant, for better or for worse. There were some new good rolls. Something is clearly missing from the desserts. They were greasy in size (except the ice cream) and there were none with chocolate… Nice premises. Note that many reviews here are from when they were available as take away at Nørreport.
