12/09/2025: “Ordered from Mickeys Takeaway, but it will be the last time. The fries were undercooked and chewy, as if they had just had a quick dip in the deep fryer. The chicken did not taste like what you know from the place over the years – no spice, no flavor, just boring and mediocre. Unfortunately, the quality has completely declined.”

04/09/2025: After the new owner comes the chicken doesn't taste as good as it used to unfortunately. Before we drove from Skødstrup to get it. So good wherever it is. Now it's only if we are in the area

03/07/2026: I will not be coming to Okkels again! Unfortunately, I had a really boring experience at Okkels in Risskov tonight. I ordered an ice cream with two scoops and a scoop. While I was eating the scoop, a large and sharp piece of plastic got into my mouth. I approached the staff, who are two younger girls who giggled and said “no, it’s from the scoop, it’s something from the edge of the lid.” She was so quick to come to that conclusion and was also able to show me very quickly where the piece of plastic came from on the container. My conclusion is therefore that she knew that a piece of plastic had fallen from the container into the bowl, but had failed to throw the bowl away :-( The girls continued to giggle as I left the counter, but came back about five minutes later and asked if I wanted my money back for the bowl. No thanks. I won't be back. I'm not going to risk eating a large piece of plastic or getting my palate scratched to pieces, and then NOT being greeted by young girls laughing at you when you approach.

07/04/2026: Really bad experience! We buy more soft ice cream, but unfortunately the underage employee can't figure out how to make such a soft ice cream so that it hangs over one side of the waffle, and 10 kr for sprinkles?! So come on! Normally it costs 3 kr elsewhere! All in all - stars!

31/05/2026: Surprised at how nice this actually was, maybe the crowd was a bit to young for me, but still had a good talk here and there.

21/02/2026: I had been to Guldhornene earlier in the evening, so an hour later I stood in the punch-in queue and asked if I could come in to get my jacket. In that connection, I was physically pushed by a young male guard, completely unprovoked, and was told that I was a jerk and in any case not allowed in and had cheated at the front of the queue. It should be added that this was not the case, and I immediately left in shock when the guard suddenly became physical. The guests around me were also outraged by his behavior. A nice guy in the queue offered to get my jacket for me, and I then stood just as nicely and waited for him to come back with it. I have never experienced such a great need to assert power, and even so in front of a peaceful, young girl. In my opinion, it is very reprehensible and unacceptable to act like that in a situation like mine, where I am simply making a request. You can do better. I am a regular visitor, but have absolutely no desire to come again after such an unpleasant experience.

05/06/2026: The food itself tastes good, I just didn't think there was enough food for the price. In addition, it takes a long time to prepare the food, despite the fact that it has only been sandwiches the times I have been there. I thought you had to wait a long time for the food, despite the fact that none of the aisles were full.

04/06/2026: Today, June 4, 2026, I visited between 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM. I ordered a Kylling Avocado sandwich. I received it quickly. The food is always delicious, but cleanliness is no longer a priority. There were three women working there. I wanted to sit down, but the table was dirty. I asked the lady to clean it, and of course, she cleaned it. I ate quietly and observed. Vegetables from the sandwich were lying under the table, and on another table were empty bottles. The food is tasty, but cleanliness is on a whole other level. I worked in the restaurant industry myself, so I know how important cleanliness and customer satisfaction are.

13/05/2026: Terrible place. My order was 40 minutes late from the expected time and the fries are really bad are very mediocre. Save your money and don't order from them

01/02/2026: I ordered two pizzas at 17:52, due to many orders they write that it will arrive within 50-60 minutes. All good. They update it to 19:04 at the latest. At 19:16 I call and ask about my order and I am told that it is on its way and will arrive soon. At 19:38 I call again and they inform me that the order has not been made yet but will be with me within half an hour. I call again at 20:15 and here they threaten me that they will not deliver if I continue to complain. At the time of writing I still have not received my order. Therefore I CANNOT recommend the burger bob to others.

07/05/2026: Very nice place. I had a doner box. It was delicious. Fresh meat straight from the spit and the fries were cooked separately. It was delicious.

27/04/2026: Unfortunately a bad experience. Ordered a roll of kebab and unfortunately I can see I'm not the only one who has had a similar experience. The onions were very sour and the garlic dressing was very watery! And for 75kr you expect something better

16/05/2026: Really cool place to put your feet up. On a very ordinary Saturday at 3pm, the restaurant looked like this🤢

06/05/2026: Paid for nuggets but didn't get any. The service was also very poor as the employees were talking to each other all the time and made the service slow. I wouldn't recommend buying McDonalds here.

29/05/2026: On Wednesday the 27th, me and some friends were in here at closing time where we were asked to leave the bar at very short notice, where I then walk around looking for my jacket since the cloakroom had closed at the time we were in there. Then I asked if I could try looking around to look for it where no chances are given and I get kicked out by the bartender in the picture. On the way out of the bar he chooses to completely ignore my situation without answering. I stand and wait patiently for more than 20 minutes, but instead of some of those in the picture cleaning up or looking at me, they sit and laugh and drink drinks with each other.

29/05/2026: Terrible place I didn't come here. The staff suddenly decided to just throw everyone at the bar out without their things and close. Every time I've been there I've experienced rude guards and bartenders and they treat people very unfairly.

04/01/2026: We have ordered from them three times. I still have to wait for the food to arrive on time. My daughter ordered last time, here they had overlooked the order (from Wolt), so the husband came about 1.5 hours late and she had to call for it. Too bad the food is ok. Update, I sent them an email with documentation of the purchase almost a week ago. I still haven't heard from them. Nonsense. 👎

05/12/2025: Had ordered two pizzas and crispy chicken menu. When the food arrives my soda is missing from the menu. I am then told it is a mistake in the menu, as it is old - but should call the restaurant. Again, I am told it is an old menu, but I can get it - they are busy though and it will take some time (still not received here 45min later). Bad service. Also the fries were cold. This is the last time we will order from them. The service has completely disappeared.
