26/07/2025: The restaurant has several eating areas and I was put in the window of a large room with no other customers so service was slow. The steak came in two sizes and I ordered the large size which looked the small size on the plate . The side was a hot dish of mashed potatoes with cheese and bacon which was very tasty and filling but very sloppy on the fork. The steak was well seasoned but a little overcooked for a rare steak but tasted ok.

26/07/2025: Terribly bad salad bar, old food! We don't want that. Recommend replacing the food there regularly so that it looks fresh for everyone who wants to help themselves! Service pleasant.

19/02/2025: They should change the names of their drinks as they are confusing mocktails with cocktails. I was very upset when I found out I had drunk half a drink with alcohol in it, as I have not drunk alcohol proven for several years. I even specifically stated in my order the name of my "mocktail" and confirmed that it was the one without alcohol. Fortunately, I am neither allergic nor pregnant. There was no apology and it was not possible to get the money back, after I otherwise asked very nicely and was not angry at the moment as it is human to make mistakes. Instead, I got a "beer ticket" as compensation... I unfortunately had to leave crying :'( Actually it's not my first bad experience there, before this incident I had booked a table to celebrate my birthday there, where the waiter kept trying to pressure me to drink saying I was boring for not drinking on my birthday. It must be said that all my friends drink and I therefore think it was nice to go there and into the city. :( I haven't been there since.

29/05/2025: WHERE IS THE FOOD AUTHORITY WHEN YOU NEED THEM??!!!! Pizza with stale cheese and a soapy taste?? What's going on?! A "restaurant" that gives you a first class ticket to long-term diarrhea! Stop it, bad place. Absolutely not recommended - unless you're into food poisoning, then go away.

13/05/2025: Being the only thing in the area comes with a lot of responsibility and they handle it well. Other pizza places have a huge menu of mediocre things, but everything here looked amazing. Nice and streamlined and easy to choose. The owner is a laid back guy as well that takes pride is feeding his community. When I come to town again, I am going out of my way to come back. Make sure to try this hidden gem

21/11/2024: We will definitely come again. The service could not be better! We had tapas, it was great with a nice selection, the atmosphere is set, but there are no other guests, it's a shame, because the place definitely lives up to what they offer. Affordable cafe food, cozy atmosphere and a regular selection of draft and bottled beer.

04/08/2024: Our birthday brunch experience at Hasselager kro was terrible. We ordered brunch for NOK 355 per person. person, where there would be what a brunch should contain incl. coffee/tea and juice. At the meeting with restaurateur Thomas Loft, he suggests bubbles and bitters, which are offered around twice. It sounds good and we agree to this. He then suggests that they can serve soft drinks and beer when the brunch is over. We also think that sounds good and say yes. On the day itself, soft drinks and spring water are served at the start of the brunch, which was not the agreement. Suddenly the juice is removed by the waiter before we finish eating. When I discover it, I ask him to put it back on the two tables he removed them from. The waiter doesn't answer me, and doesn't come back with the juice. Suddenly I discover that the waiter has carried the champagne glasses out from two of the six tables. I then go into the kitchen to restaurateur Thomas Loft, to which he replies that it was written on his papers that it had to be offered twice and that there was almost nothing in the glasses. He then asks if they should come in with new glasses and offer them around. I decline that, as he says nothing about it being at the house's expense. I then ask that they not be removed from the remaining four tables, incl. my husband's and my table. But no more than 20 minutes pass, then I discover that the rest has been removed while I was out on the toilet. My husband and I had half a glass left and wanted to toast to the remaining speeches. Suddenly the waiter walks around the tables with draft beer and offers. We also wonder about that, since it was not the agreement. The agreement was that beer would be served. And no one had come to my husband and I and asked if it was ok to change the agreement. When we got the bill, he had written one more envelope than the final number we had given him. The price of the additional sale was of course also much higher than we had expected, because our guests had to remove their drinks, which were included in the brunch, and had to take soda/spring water and beer for the last part of their meal. Subsequently, we contacted Thomas Loft, who did not want to meet with us, but who completely ignored our disappointment in writing and simply wrote that they have done exactly as they usually do and that people are usually happy, but that I can deduct the extra envelope from the bill. We feel really badly treated and wanted to support locally by having our party there, but it was a huge disappointment. We would in no way recommend the place to others.

04/08/2024: Boring food, boring premises. Not a particularly pleasant atmosphere, neither outside nor inside.

20/06/2025: Great napolitan pizzas, its true that they don't have a lot of options but the pizza itself is very good and they have interesting options. We have went there multiple times and it didn't dissapoint. They are usually quite full so if you want to go and eat there I would recommend going with time or to reserve.

15/06/2025: Fantastic glutenous dining experience. Perfect dough, great bake and very high quality ingredients. Awesome small place with lots of students and great value for the money. Strong recommendation 😃

29/06/2025: I had bought a McFlurry that was 50% melted. There was a long line in the drive thru, so they must have made the ice cream when it was ordered. I think it's a bit bad that they deliver ice cream that you can clearly see is melted.

27/06/2025: Terrible experience, come in and eat for about 15 to 25 minutes and then return to the car with a fine in the windshield. We have not seen signs with information about just putting the parking disc, I am dyslexic myself and do not read signs without for example warning signs, which they also have on their own machines inside the restaurant before you pay. Terrible experience and now have to pay 900,- kr. + the food we ate. This is the restaurant's own parking lot. Camilla

04/04/2025: I have ordered sushi from here many times as it is cheap and good. I order hot summer B, it's really good and just hits every time. I have also tried their wok and poke bowls, they are also really good. However, I would like to say that the restaurant itself is not particularly cozy or that nice, so I would recommend that you take the talk away

07/03/2025: We had to pick up food, and had to wait in a dirty restaurant, mattresses on the tables and at the same time again signs that there had been guests inside for the last week. Since we could only sit there on Friday evening at 7pm instead of guests, the room was full of food, freezers and a box with some brown liquid. The shushi we got was Føtex standard, spring rolls without content. Dry, boring and nauseating sushi - we have tried to refrigerate it in the hope that it will taste better.

24/05/2025: Lovely place for pasta, It's my second time to try. The pasta is fresh and tasty, has good quality, and served very hot to eat straight away. Caprese pasta was so good with tomato and pesto sauce and some cheese on top. We also tried the tiramisu, it was average. Portions are perfect. It took around 15 minutes to have the food, but last time, it took 25 minutes.

21/04/2025: Really nice clerk. However, judging by the texture, the pasta was not cooked recently, their cabonara was very anonymous in taste and a bit watery and their "tiramisu" was a ladyfinger covered with whipped cream and cocoa powder - very disappointing and not worth the money at all.

15/07/2025: The most delicious Indian food I've ever tasted, everything tasted perfectly creamy and spicy as it should be, 10/10 from here. 😋

18/05/2025: Average sushi, and disinterested service. You have to be careful when shopping with them as they use all sorts of tricks to mislead consumers (discount schemes that require special conditions, active opt-out of newsletters with "poorly" worded descriptions, etc.).

03/05/2025: I bought sushi at SushiArt yesterday. I made it clear that I cannot tolerate gluten. The two young employees were helpful and checked a chart of allergens many times. A few of the rolls the chef made without the ingredients that contained gluten. However, I got sick before I finished the meal. It occurred to me that EVERYTHING had been prepared on the same cutting board, with the same utensils. They therefore have no control over cross-contamination, and I recommend others with allergies or celiac disease to avoid the place. I'm still sick of it today. Super boring.

05/06/2025: Have been to Angel many times - both for the food and the atmosphere. Today I was somewhat of a disappointment. Ordered the classic croque monsieur, because it has always been really good! Today I got two slices of toast bread, with something that looked like the cheap sliced ​​cheese from Rema. It was dry and without any flavor from anything other than the mustard I got. It mostly reminded me of a regular toast that I could have made myself, with a simple salad. I waited a bit for the waiter to come by, because I wanted to mention it to them. But after giving us the food, he completely disappeared.

23/03/2025: Pizza was great, but service was weak and you can split the bill up 4 ways, not possible to pay separetly. It's not even possible to pay separetly when you don't split the bill, but people would like pay with different cards. Seems such basic thing since there's no difference if you pay for the bill with 1, 2 or more cards as long as the end sum is correct.
