The staff was very friendly, the food was really delicious, and I felt very comfortable.
I also thought the "rice paper sushi" with salad was great.

14/11/2025: Good food. Easy evening, where you just sit down and eat and drink and don't have to deal with much. It's wonderful!

Flavorful, cozy, authentic Japanese cuisine - with the most friendly and welcoming staff 🥰
Honestly i could speak of how good their food is for ages - so if you have any interest in eating a comforting Japanese meal, this is the place to go.
I can especially recommend their No. 1 and No. 2!
( do yourself a favor and try the cheesecake as well )
24/08/2025: Really nice atmosphere, it feels like stepping into a small restaurant in Tokyo. The owner is super sweet and friendly, and the food was really tasty and just like I remember it from Japan. 🌸

08/10/2025: They are crazy about wild experimental flavors in their cocktails - and you get help to understand some of the ingredients, which are not always something you have even seen or heard of before. One on one experience - in a cool way!
07/09/2025: A bit disappointing visit compared to previous ones. The waiter started off nicely by saying he was our personal waiter, but when the drinks arrived, they were just thrown on the table, and no one knew if they had gotten the right one.
Disgusting smell from the toilet. Don't bother having a 'toilet table' next time.
Edited 5/9-25: The place needs some rethinking. Cocktails are not as fancy as 5 years ago.

10/12/2025: We had a terrible experience with a double booking, which resulted in a grumpy and rude waiter and a lot of moving around.
The food was edible, but really nothing to shout hooray for.
There was wine ad libitum, but no one came and poured.
The area outside looked like an abandoned backyard with no attempt to spruce it up a bit for the season.
I would recommend finding another place to have Christmas lunch.
04/12/2025: A wonderful place with a great selection of beers. I will definitely visit it again next time I'm in Aarhus.

27/10/2025: If you are looking for Italian food in Aarhus, Prezzemolo is probably the best place. Forget about pizza here, it's all the other delicious things from the Italian kitchen. The food is simple but incredibly delicious. The menu changes regularly.
