06/10/2023: Nice shisha - however, after they have given you your goods, several of the employees choose to charge more money than it costs. Last time they demanded double after giving me my order so I could no longer say no thanks.

30/03/2024: Traditional danish kitchen , quite popular and busy! The waiters very polite and friendly, the dish for sure can be better ! A lot of space to improve ! I recommend more attention for the details in the kitchen ! Definitely not bad for a typical danish atmosphere!

02/03/2024: I visited this Chinese restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately it ended up being a disappointing experience. Despite advertising authentic Chinese food, I was disappointed that the taste was twisted in a Danish direction, which took away from the authentic experience. The prices were far too high in relation to the perceived quality. I did not feel that the quality of the food matched the prices charged. It was a definite lack of value for money. Also, the restaurant was not very clean, which further detracted from my experience. It was clear that attention to hygiene and maintenance was lacking. Overall, my visit to this Chinese restaurant was a disappointment. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Chinese dining experience at a reasonable price. A bit too overrated is my honest opinion.

27/02/2024: Many very young people, some older. Very cozy if you just want to sit and talk for a while. The music is incredibly low - almost not present, more of a hum in the background which is really a shame as what I could hear sounded really good. Asked if it could be turned up but was denied this. Was down there on a Saturday evening/night, but maybe they have other days they play through. It seemed more like a beer bar/tavern, and not jazzy.

24/03/2024: Super delicious shake, latte, bun and warm croissant with ham and cheese. The atmosphere is cozy and laid-back, with both magazines and board games to wait for a rainstorm to drift over or after a good walk in Aarhus. The price is very reasonable and somewhat less than further down the river, so I can only recommend walking the extra 2-300m to get here!

26/02/2024: Super hyggeligt, lille sted. Et lille menukort, men det smager så dejligt! Alt er frisk… Og kan klart anbefale de lækre shakes med frugt og grønt. Et billigt sted at spise en frokost.

15/03/2024: Best Italian food I’ve found in Aarhus. The bruschetta is phenomenal. Try them all. Had meatball pasta one night, pepperoni pizza the next. Wow. All homemade ingredients including the pasta and sourdough pizza dough. Tried another restaurant, Grappa, and was not impressed. Left after appetizers and came back to Amalfi. Pleasant and friendly owner, good selection of wines. Excellent tiramisu. I’m a happy customer and will be back on my next visit to Aarhus.

03/02/2024: The food tasted really good, I can recommend the caesar salad, really cheap compared to the quality and the service was top notch, I have never tried better service😊

14/03/2024: Excellent service, great drink selection but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the steak, spoke with the waitress who gladly exchanged the ribeye for a tenderloin, didn’t offer to exchange the sides so I ate my side while I waited for a replacement steak which was unfortunately equally bland and aesthetically unpleasing. We spoke with the waitresses again at the end, she was very receptive and apologetic. I will not be returning.

05/03/2024: There is too little toilet capacity at the restaurant. You stand in line, even if there aren't very many guests.

27/01/2024: Lovely food at reasonable prices. Students everywhere with books, tablets, headsets.

22/01/2024: They have a very cool cafe in which you can easily work on your laptop as they have a lot of sockets. The coffee was good and the pastry also looked delicious. The staff was super friendly. They also have a rooftop.
