18/08/2026: English Review, Danish at the bottom Being a person who loves Sushi, and having spent a year in Japan I have searched for a good sushi experience on par with what I have enjoyed in Japan. Sushi spring time is by far the closest match I have been able to find. This quaint little restaurant has a chef who understands the art and the soul of the craft, and a server who understands how to give the customers a good time. The sushi is not mired in having been dragged through the way they do it in America, so you'll not have your taste buds destroyed by chili mayo. Here you can taste the quality and care that have gone into making a truly wonderful experience. I can only highly recommend this place, and for anyone wanting to try an authentic Japanese cuisine experience this is a must go place. Danish review As someone who loves sushi and has spent a year in Japan, I have long been looking for a sushi experience on par with what I have enjoyed in Japan. Sushi Spring Time is definitely the closest I've found. This small, cozy restaurant has a chef who understands the art and craft of this profession, and the waiters make sure you have a good experience. The sushi is not damaged by having been through the way Sushi is made in America, so you won't find your taste buds ruined by chili mayo. Here you can taste the quality and the care that has been put into creating a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place, and for all those who want to experience an authentic Japanese food experience, this is a must go!

05/08/2026: Great ice cream shop! The ice cream is incredibly delicious, fresh and there is a large selection of flavors. The staff is friendly and provides good service. Cozy atmosphere and definitely a place I will visit again. Highly recommended!

16/10/2026: World class five course autumn menu. It is simply surprising how Faust can maintain such a high standard in the kitchen, with such low prices for their menu. Bravo from arrival, to the presentation of the food and to the taste. Praise for the kitchen. Perfect evening at Faust. I recommend Faust for your next cozy evening in Aarhus.

16/10/2026: Smiling welcome, super delicious and tasty food and a fantastic glass of Italian red wine and exquisite service, where you were also asked if everything was as it should be. Highly recommend the place, which was also well-visited during the time we were there. We will definitely come again.

22/09/2026: I don't know if it was an unlucky night or what just happened. But it was just plain bland. Nothing tasted particularly bad, but rock-hard mango, no creativity in the sushi rolls, sticky rice and seaweed, and a rather tame starter. Add to that the fact that the restaurant was almost empty and that there was apparently a training session on wiping tables going on at the next table. Then we land on 2 stars. A really disappointing experience when we thought we were going to have the best sushi in Aarhus.

29/08/2026: Super good sushi. The roll was freshly made so the crispy ebi was still warm and actually crisp! Also the prawn was the wild caught variety not from a dam full of growth hormones. The gyozo are some of the best we have ever had. Cocktails also very good - especially their version of Margarita.

27/09/2026: Great sandwiches! Bread was really good quality. My partner had the salad bowl with a great portion size and amazing taste.

28/09/2026: Hidden away in a courtyard, you’ll find this wonderful little café. The service was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. What I really loved is that you can actually see the coffee bean production in the background, which makes the whole experience feel even more special. You can also buy pretty much everything you need for great coffee at home — from coffee beans to all kinds of gadgets and accessories for a portafilter machine. The atmosphere is slightly rustic, cozy, and very inviting. And the coffee… ☕️ I had a cappuccino, and this is definitely a coffee you should sit down and enjoy. It was incredibly chocolatey and aromatic — by the second sip, I already felt like I had entered a whole new world of coffee. A beautiful little spot for anyone who appreciates great coffee, a cozy atmosphere, and a unique experience. Absolutely worth a visit!

24/09/2026: I will recomend it to those who are hard core coffee lovers becase it is very good. Apart from that there is nothing to do there. Feeling was uncomfortable and only two women with a child were present talking about their kids. As a tourist who is in the city for 3 days, it didn't serve much because I wanted to experience Aarhiusians social life.

04/09/2026: Really nice Italian restaurant. Had vitello tonnato and pizza with a bottle of Barbera. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended.
