14/05/2025: They offer a selection of set menus, but you can also order à la carte if you prefer. The food was fantastic, although the service was a bit slow – probably because the restaurant was quite busy. That said, the staff were both friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back!
22/04/2025: My second time visit- totally recommend it for a unique dining experience in Aarhus. The service was top notch, polite staffs who were very attentive and adhered to dietary restrictions and also precise explanation of each dish, very welcoming and charming. The food was interesting indeed, simple yet powerful flavors. However, it is not a budget friendly restaurant- for two people, it will be easily above 1000 kroners with drinks.

14/04/2025: Standard Service, ikke noget specielt der.
Manden er god, velsmagende, og de nok af den.
Toiletterne er meget beskidte for at sige det mildt.
Når man tager 45kr for vand tiltrods for vi alle også købte 2 genstande hver, så trækker det ned, ligesom når personalet står og stirrer på, hvor meget du vil give extra i drikkepenge.

Vi valgte flere dele retter , men hvor er det svært at begrænse sig med det lækrere menu kort

27/04/2025: Beautiful surroundings and good service in beautiful surroundings. Naturally enough, the idyllic mill looks beautiful in the sunshine when the beech tree has just sprung out and as you sit there in nice rooms that are suitably furnished in the small thatched restored old houses. But the place also pays well for that experience. Apart from fine classic dishes, there are no overwhelming taste experiences. On such a day, the serving also seems to wait. They had informed about that and it also counts as a positive that you are honest about it.

Tasting-menuen bestod af en række delikate snacks og retter, der afspejlede årstidens bedste råvarer.
Hver servering var en harmonisk kombination af smag og tekstur, præsenteret med en æstetik, der frydede øjet.
Fra den silkebløde kammusling carpaccio med jordskokker til den intense hummer serveret med krabbebisque og butternut squash , var hver bid en ny opdagelse.
Det hele blev rammet ind af en velakkompagneret vinmenu der bragte os rundt i ukendte egne af Europa’ vinkort

Fantastic meal made more impressive by them only being 3 people in the kitchen which is just mind-blowing.
They are fully up there with the best on the food front. We had pescatarian versions menu and the two "replacement dishes" were above and beyond expectations.
Service was excellent and swift which is important for us as we eat quickly. We changed menu from signature to full throttle the day before we arrived and my boyfriend then changed back when we had already started our meal. No problem.
Really just fantastic all around.

16/04/2025: Really great food, service and concept. They let everyone in at the same time so get there on time. They explain all of the food and have alternatives for anyone who has dietary requirements. They have a central ‘island’ where you can free-pour your own wine (which is a great feature as people often drink at different rates) which is all included in the price. Lovely atmosphere and really enjoyed the meal. 20-25 min walk from the train station as well.

Two Socks

21/12/2024: If you really think about it, it's either two socks or no socks. There's no point in one sock, unless you want to intimidate someone. Can't ever trust a person with only one sock. It's weird as Fring to be honest. It's really frungling strange.
Anyways, never been to the bar. Five stars.

07/03/2025: Nice coffee and cake, nice people working there. The decor is a bit "rough", but cosy, so you should be fine with that ;) the chairs and tables are rough, so you have to be a little careful with thin tights/dresses.
