23/08/2025: Ordered two chicken sallads, they were great.
Had two sparkling waters to go with that but there was some aftertaste of dishsoap, may have been the glasses weren't rinsed enough.
The waitress was kind.
22/08/2025: I went to eat with a friend today. We order together and say we want adult tapas. My friend says what she wants and I say I would like nachos. The employee asks if I want meat on it and I say yes please. A tapas dish costs 49 kr. We then pay and the amount is quite a bit more than that. We ask how that can be, and she then says that since there is meat on it, it becomes a regular nachos dish that costs 100 kr and then 15 kr on top for chicken (I was not informed about this when she asked if I want meat on it) and I also ask if I can have my dressings on the side (i.e. away from my nachos) where I get a lame answer “it’s on the side” but still it’s slapped on my plate and on top of my nachos. The woman who works there has an incredibly rude way of talking to customers and really bad service. On top of that, I had to pay 10 kr for an extra tiny bowl of creme fraiche, which contained a maximum of 2 tablespoons.

28/10/2023: Noisette used to be a sure winner. You were always guaranteed a fantastic and tasty meal. It has been one of my absolute favorite places to eat in Horsens for many years. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case.
A friend and I went in to eat steak au poivre twice. The steak was tough, as was the normal delicious fatty marbling in the steak. The quality of the meat could easily be found better in your local Rema1000.
The steak came with 6 measly half potatoes that they hadn't even managed to finish baking in the middle and the smallest amount of pepper sauce I have ever been served at a restaurant. But then it was a good thing that the miserable meal "only" cost 275 kroner.
The owners should have closed or sold the restaurant when they announced at the time that the profit and focus were no longer for 2 restaurants because this meal was under all criticism. Unfortunately, this is the last time I eat at Noisette.

21/10/2023: My wife and I went to Gasfabrikken and had their seasonal menu, and what a fantastic experience it was. The food was sublime and with the accompanying wine menu it was an experience we will remember.

06/06/2024: We were here in connection with a 50th and 70th birthday.
We had a buffet for starter and main course - it was 2 different and it was really good.
Everything was freshly made and there was enough of the food.
It was constantly replenished so there was never a lack of anything.
