18/03/2025: The pizzas were ordered for delivery at 17:10, but only arrived at 17:50 We were two couples with four children under the age of three. When we first called to get a status, we were told they were just going to throw our pizzas out when we expressed our displeasure at the long wait. In total we had to call three times to get an update. No discount was given for the late delivery, so remember to order through Wolt so you have the option of getting a refund. This was hands down the worst customer service we have ever experienced. --- According to the owner, we called and spoke in a rude manner, which is incorrect. My wife called to get a status which they could not give us. Ild and Sten were completely unaware that we were unhappy. So there is a huge difference between being rude and being decidedly dissatisfied. A good customer service had been to compensate for delivering far too late compared to the agreement. We were at no time rude, but when a pizzeria threatens to throw out the order, so you stand with four hungry children and parents for an hour without bedtime, then you definitely become dissatisfied.

07/09/2025: 4 Cafe K burgers. There was no beef in the patties in the burgers, we agreed. The consistency was soft and the taste of meatballs. It was not the CafeK burger we have had before. Disappointing.

31/07/2025: Terrible service where you are greeted by an employee who does not understand what you are saying to them. Has no control over his orders and sends wrong pizza sizes and pizzas with wrong toppings (less than ordered) Would rather not make the pizzas properly after you have received the wrong pizza, he just pulls off the wrong topping and slaps a new one on and then just puts it in the oven again. (Ps it costs him a few kroner to make a new one) An example of how awfulness and stinginess ruin the good dining experience.

21/08/2025: I like the food. But after three unsuccessful attempts to buy a sandwich at noon, I'm really getting annoyed 😆.. I ask if they can make it. But they can't, but they can anyway, Meeeen only after they've washed the dishes and wiped the table. A little tip is to do it before mealtime 😅😅

17/05/2025: A semi-frustrating experience shopping here Their baked goods are super delicious and there is a nice selection, but their employees need training in service or just thinking independently. So save the money and use a robot instead, or hire an adult so you don't feel like you are shopping in a kindergarten

16/09/2025: Looking for a place for lunch in Skagen, we stumbled upon this restaurant. To maintain a bit of a Danish atmosphere, we both ordered a "stjerneskud." The portion was generous, but the fried fish and bread were rather dry. The hibiscus lemonade, unfortunately, was a soft drink from a bottle, and we didn't particularly enjoy it. The prices are quite high considering the quality of the food and drinks. The staff was friendly, but didn't speak Danish and couldn't tell us anything about Danish dishes or sayings. As a guest, you're simply one of the passersby, and they make it clear. The quality of the food and the service clearly demonstrate that Skagen is a true tourist hotspot. The restaurant looks decent enough, for what it's worth.

20/08/2025: Very nice place, refined atmosphere, very kind and attentive staff. Exceptional food, truly excellent pasta, meat, and fish. Try it, it's worth it!
