02/01/2026: Have ordered from Burger Beast many times and have always been extremely satisfied with the service, food, delivery time and price. On 1/1 I order for 4 people. But when we get home with the food half of the order is missing. I call the store and the employee doesn't even apologize for the mistake, offers to make the rest of the order. I don't want this because the rest of the order that has already been made will be cold and soft. I ask the employee to make a new similar order, he refuses this after talking to the manager. Then I ask for my money back - this the employee refuses and insists on making the missing part of the order. I ask to speak to the manager - the employee refuses and then suddenly wants to make a completely new order. Plus points to the poor stressed employee who had to accept.

22/03/2026: We had a 5-course menu and it was super delicious, and at a very reasonable price, but the best thing was the coziness and the beautiful rooms where you sit and eat. The waiters were good and they were well-informed about what was served at the tables. All in all, we had a lovely evening with coziness and good food.

Victor consistently provides good customer service and is always friendly. 2. He works quickly without compromising on quality. 3. He handles busy periods professionally and efficiently. 4. He creates a good atmosphere for both customers and colleagues. 5. He is reliable and consistently shows up for his shifts. 6. He often goes the extra mile to help customers. 7. He maintains a high standard in his work every time. 8. He is good at teamwork and helps his colleagues. 9. He represents the company in a very positive way. 10. He deserves recognition for his efforts and commitment. For these 10 reasons, I also thought he deserved to be employee of the month

24/03/2026: It was simply amazing, Victor is the best employee on the planet plus a pay raise!! And opens early plus gives free ice cream, and shows his greatness, creativity and dominance in the kitchen!

03/11/2025: I had the vegan sandwich and mint lemonade. It was a great value for money, and the bread in particular was really good! I might come back again!

18/10/2025: Denmark's best sandwich - I think. A nice little lunch break, and otherwise they are easy to bring down to the lakes or sit down in the life of the pedestrian street.

21/08/2025: Always delicious and tasty food with high quality. Super good and flexible service. Sandwiches are also delicious. I had a group of Zealanders over for an event, and several said it was some of the best food they had had at similar events.

13/03/2025: We had a fantastically beautiful and tasty tapas dish. Finally a restaurant that understands that tapas is not just cut-off cold cuts. There were several small dishes, salads and tapenades here and everything seemed homemade. The accompanying bread did not quite live up to the rest. I would like to pay a little extra to be able to choose a good coarse sourdough bread instead.

24/02/2026: Got burritos with beef. There were a bit too many beans for my taste but it was filling. The beer was a bit small though, the size wasn't marked on the menu card but I would definitely eat there again, nice service, good food and reasonable prices
