26/11/2025: Small place with super nice service (I appreciate the English menu and talk) and food so delicious that makes me wish I lived in Silkeborg to taste it more often. If not for a colleague's recommendation, I would probably never visit it as it doesn't look like much from outside, but inside the magic happens. I highly recommend it!

28/01/2026: Very simple, authentically stylish. The taste is amazing. Everything was great! The hostess probably cooked the dishes. We received Gyozo dumplings as a gift! It was very surprising and delightful.

22/12/2025: Pretty disappointed with the very un-cozy style of the cafe, not the hyggelig aesthetic you’d expect from scandi bakery. It’s super bright with mismatched, uncomfortable chairs and weird blue faces on walls and just completely mismatched style. What was on offer was very limited as well, which was super disappointing given all the recipes this woman makes, and we came the week before Christmas, so we were definitely expected some Christmas cookies and much more bakery goods. Very disappointing and could not recommend

The prices are fair, and you leave happy. Definitely recommended if you want a really good evening without any fuss. If you tell me the name of the café, which city in Denmark, or which dishes (e.g. open sandwiches, meatballs, fish, Nordic new cuisine, etc.), I can make it even more precise and personal! 😊1.3с

19/10/2025: What a lovely and small campsite and in the most beautiful nature. There is the possibility of all nature experiences in the forest and on the water. We have had an autumn season with a caravan and it has been great. Camping dads and mums are so welcoming, smiling, friendly and their staff as well. A very beautiful place that we will definitely visit again - so THANK YOU and see you again. 👍❤️

19/10/2025: We visited the campsite for the first time, but not the last time. We were on one of the viewing pitches, which was a pleasure. The weather was also good, so we got full value for money. Good service and cleaning of the service building in order. We ate in the café both Friday and Saturday evening. Saturday was the closing party with great entertainment. Thanks for the experience. We will be back.

10/12/2025: At Café Ewald you won't go in vain - it has it all. Cozy restaurant and beautiful area outside - where you can sit until late in the evening and in the fall due to terrace heaters and covered decking. Always good service and delicious food and a lovely and welcoming staff.
