If you are going to the Musikteatret, this is the obvious option to start the evening with good food and matching wines
16/09/2025: Super friendly staff. When I called to ask if they could accommodate the food intolerances of my white they said ‘we will take care of that, just come over. We had a lovely fish main course, sitting outside with our dog and were treated so kind.
I wish we had restaurants in Belgium with the same attitude towards taking care of their customers with special needs. In Denmark this is more rule than exception.

07/10/2025: Regetta is a staple when we are in Central Denmark. Everything is made properly, delicious ingredients and freshly baked bread. Today we had a salmon sandwich. And a smoked beef thigh went with it for an easy dinner. You get an infinite amount of quality and service for the money 🙌🏻

04/04/2025: Nice little cafe on 2 floors furnished with an upholstered sofa and good old-style chairs with beautiful pictures. Food is different bread and sandwiches. Salads Coffee. Beer and drinks. Cafe is next to Helsekosten. In Nygade. I got coffee and bun with cheese. Entrance from Nygade. There is an outdoor courtyard with sheltered chairs and a balcony on the roof terrace with a beautiful wall

I had a group of Zealanders over for an event, and several said it was some of the best food they had had at similar events.
13/03/2025: We got a fantastically beautiful and tasty tapas dish. Finally, a restaurant that understands that tapas are not just cold cuts. Here there were several small dishes, salads and tapenades and it all seemed homemade. The accompanying bread did not quite live up to the rest. I would like to pay a little extra to be able to choose a good coarse sourdough bread instead.

16/08/2025: Very tasty food, but be sure to check the lunchtime hours. Highly recommended. Get there right when it opens, and you're 100% guaranteed a seat.
15/08/2025: There is a really good Chinese restaurant in Silkeborg. We have eaten there 3 times. You can call and book a table or you can order on the website. The restaurant is not far from the city center. The restaurant has its own small parking lot, but on the other side of the main road there is a large free parking lot. The restaurant is made in Chinese style and offers a buffet with sushi, Chinese dishes and desserts. Many guests order barbecue and the kitchen cooks the barbecue right away. A small robot 🤖 delivers plates with food to guests. Cozy and calm atmosphere, good food, friendly staff. I can heartily recommend the restaurant.

26/08/2025: It was a solid ramen, we had 30 min to spend in the downtown and decided to grab something lite. Food came fast and was tasty.
10/08/2025: Good ramen and very tasty chicken katsu / fried chicken. Delicious food, great service, and reasonably priced.
Would recommend!

15/06/2025: Our family loves this place. The chicken is always super delicious and their tzatziki is super delicious. There are always plenty of fries and the kids can get a lollipop while we wait 🍗🍟^_^
