09/09/2024: Utrolig dårlig betjening ventede 40 min på maden, selv om der ikke var mange, de andre spurgte også hvornpr de fik deres. Et par bestilte brunch med kaffe og dil først kaffen efter vi havde fået vores mad, og først deres brunch da vi var færdige.
Vi fik burger som var meget oversaltet. Da vi kommenterer det fik vi afvide at det var vores smagsløg der var noget i vejen med. Min bøf var under tilberedt, der var svaret at det skal en bøf i en burger være. Hvorimod den anden var mere ind gemmenstegt.

16/09/2024: Cozy Cafe in Silkeborg with Sun outdoor seats outside the cafe with an awning in a pedestrianized environment centrally in the city center with beautiful decorative decorations. The interior of the cafe is modern art and good tables with chairs. Marble floor. The new red tables and chairs light up the pedestrian environment and extremely nice service. The newly renovated yellow house facade shows good color design in one of Silkeborg's beautiful streets. I ordered a Picasso burger. Very special made with crispy fries and steak prepared from Himmerland meat and exquisite ingredients, super quality.

15/09/2024: We had a wedding, super delicious food as plate serving, in really nice premises. sweet staff.
Although there were problems with the speakers we had borrowed. Then we found a solution. And had an absolutely fantastic day/evening.

The breakfast buffet is not flashy, but quite okay.
Good parking conditions if you have a car.

The service was really lacking, they were busy doing everything but keeping an eye on us after we ran out of drinks.
29/10/2024: Fantastically delicious food, nice locations, but hardly any guests and a slightly dull serving.. N.B. If you want more sauce for your food, it costs extra!

08/10/2024: I was lucky to be invited to a birthday dinner at cozy restaurant Sabel. A very nice evening with a raspberry mocktail first, tasty burger with red wine, fantastic dark chocolate mousse cake with ice cream/ganache for dessert and super service throughout. We will come again!
