18/01/2024: Will never set foot here again. We tried to book a table yesterday at 12:15 but nobody picked up the phone, we are then called at 6:20 pm and here we manage to book a table for today at 3 pm. When we arrive there is obviously a Christmas event, we cannot see this on either their website or their Facebook page, so when we arrive there is pure chaos and we only get hold of a 20 min after we arrive, we expected lunch and some we know that only mulled wine and apple slices are served and that the general menu is not available today. This could well have been said when ordering at the table. But we accept this and set out, it takes another 20-25 minutes before we get 10 apple slices and 2 soft drinks. We eat and then go back in to pay and here there is confusion again, a waiter did not show us what we had got or where their payment machine was. Another man then comes over with it and we get a bill of DKK 190 for 10 apple slices from frost and 2 cans of soda (then it's probably also paid and much more) When we are about to leave, the man puts his hand on my wife's shoulder and nuzzles her neck, inappropriately.

13/09/2023: Unfortunately already closed (on September 13th, 2023 - Vinterlokken). It would be nice if you announced it on Google or on the street, for example, and not just when you get there.

28/09/2023: Fast and fine service, easy concept where you can mix the ingredients yourself. The price was appropriate but the bread was a bit tough, otherwise it tasted as it should.

18/08/2023: Giant bagel! Very tasty. Extra large bagel, delicious! You can choose bread and four kinds of ingredients + one kind of meat. Super full~

09/03/2024: Good food, we had the damita burger and salad with falafel (super tasty dressing). Unfortunately, I've had a bit.. uncomfortable experience that makes me not want to come back. I ordered a coffee latte. You can usually drink such coffee almost immediately. I couldn't hold the glass either, the coffee was scorching hot. I don't usually say anything, but then I did. Very nice that the milk in the coffee was burnt on. I was told that they had checked the temperature and it was just as it should be and that I could add some cold milk. It was an ok solution and the coffee was drinkable. BUT I myself have worked as a bartender and in such a situation you do not discuss with the customer. I don't think that was right. I felt like I said something wrong, inappropriate. I felt unwelcome, uncomfortable.
