22/02/2025: Absolutely fantastic dining experience! Have long considered going to Babba and it was totally worth the visit.
I chose the vegetarian menu and have rarely had such well thought out vegetarian food.
The employees are very nice and the restaurant is beautifully decorated.
It all seems very well thought out and well executed.
Their menu is varied according to season.

When we arrived, we were seated by the toilets. Which is what it is. But the first comment from the waiter was "you only have 2 hours because we have to use the table again"
Well welcome to......
We were badly disappointed with the food, the starters were only okay. But the main courses were too big and greasy without being balanced. Almost inedible and for the price not okay at all.
Very very far from gourmet.
30/01/2025: Really delicious food! Lovely staff who talk about the dishes you get served. Cozy atmosphere with nice music. What's not to like? 😍

18/03/2025: We had a fantastic evening on Saturday, March 15th, where we heard Signe Juhl and many others sing Joni Mitchell's songs
The sound was top notch - there was a single lamp that shone in the eyes of some people in one row - so I politely asked if it could be adjusted - yes, that was the answer - thank you for that

Vi gik igen, og fandt et fantastisk sted.
19/01/2025: Brunch med mange valgmuligheder. Kort ventetid på maden, som smagte dejlig. De to unge piger som var på arbejde, var høflige og opmærksomme. Vi kommer gerne igen.

18/12/2024: We arrived approx. 12:00 on Saturday 21 September 2024. There were many available parking spaces at that time. As soon as you get out of the car, you are greeted by a fantastic view of Borresø and the Gudenå, which is full of canoes, rowing boats and sailboats.
We also saw the Hjejlen sail past.
When we entered the restaurant, we were immediately shown to our table and given the Menu card.
When we had ordered, we waited a long time for the food, but there were also many who had ordered before us.
We ordered Fried eel, Wienerschnitzel and Fish and Chips.
The fried eels were served in a bowl with a top on, with the accompanying potatoes in another bowl.
The fried eels were really well prepared and tasted really good.
And there were so many eels that we couldn't finish eating.
The others were also very satisfied with their orders.
When we had paid, we found a table outside, close to Gudenåen. Here there was a fantastic view of life on the water.
We ordered different desserts and drinks. Here it was difficult to get in touch with a waiter.
But the food tasted really good again.
When we went, all the parking lots were occupied and there were cars parked along the road.
We will definitely visit the eel inn again.
