13/04/2025: A member for about 40 years and was visiting today and wanted something to eat and ordered a club burger. I have never had such a bad meal. It was a small bun with a steak, a slice of tomato and a little cucumber, a little salad for over a hundred kroner, simply robbery. A burger is usually not a small bun but a meal and many times with fries.

30/10/2024: Unfortunately, the quality is declining. Semi-dry and boring buns with indifferent cheese on them. The coffee is mediocre. My assessment is that you can get the same set in Føtex, but at half the price. Price and quality do not go together. Pleasant baker otherwise, hope the quality comes into focus again.
10/07/2024: Out of 5 treats we got to share, we liked two, two were stale and one was ok. It would be great if old pastries were removed promptly so customers don't run the risk of purchasing one and being disappointed. On the bright side, the barista spoke good English and the cappuccino was pleasant.

05/11/2024: There are no vegan entrees.
Very narrow menu. As I am lactose intolerant, there was almost nothing you could get. The waiter didn't show much about it either.
The others at the table mentioned that either their potatoes or meat were not heated properly and that there was a lot of fat on their ribeye (could have just been unlucky of course)
However, the falafel salad tasted nice enough. There were just too few of them
It's a bit of a shame that you can pay and control everything via the app (if you scan the QR code), it becomes far too impersonal

07/04/2025: Became expensive, but it is also the only new one, questionable service, even food quality.

I'm a little lost for words, but I'll try anyway.
Party of 8, for a birthday.
No flag, had to ask for it 3 times.
There are 12 people in the entire restaurant besides us on a Saturday night.
Waiting time 55 minutes.
Almost all orders had something wrong with them. Mashed potatoes were cold, they came back, after 20 minutes we are told that they have no more... Then we eat children's fries instead.
Ordered favorite sauce, they bring whiskey without saying anything about it.
Children's burger menu, contains: dry bun, 4cm thick steak (which no child can yawn over) and kstchup, fries and 4 wrinkled cherry tomatoes.
Tenderloin tasted ok, a little on the WELL side (ordered medium).
Overall disappointing experience.
Pity the staff as it goes beyond them in the end.
The restaurant lacks an overview of raw materials, purchases and preparation for the day's meal.
Definitely the worst Jensens Bøfhus experience to date.

01/01/2025: The food is delicious, the food is delivered on time, the food is ready when I have to pick it up, very nice and friendly staff who can inform about allergies.
They have a partnership with a butcher so all meat is fresh

11/12/2023: We were supposed to hold an event at the café in November. The buffet was excellent, but much of the food was buy-in food that was simply heated. A bit disappointing. The service from the youth workers was quite nice, but the service, from what I assume is the owner, was service-abandoned. No interest in providing any kind of service. We got the feeling that we were a nuisance by coming. In any case, we don't want to arrange anything down there another time.. Our guests also commented that she was rude - both to them, but also to her employees. The youth workers also seemed to be slightly "afraid" of her. At one point, she was sitting at a table next to the bar with some friends, directing the youth workers what to do. It's not a very good signal to send to your guests.
09/12/2023: My boyfriend and I had called down to the cafe to ask if we could use our smartbox at them. Our smartbox rang for brunch for 2 people. We are told by an employee on the phone that it applies to both people and that we can just come down and have brunch and then "pay" with our smartbox. When we have eaten and have to go over and "pay", they suddenly want us to pay DKK 189 for the food. My girlfriend and I say that we have called and been told that smartbox one applies to both of us. So we will not pay. After some time where we have discussed with the employees, we are allowed to leave without paying any more.
It's a shame that it has to spoil our experience. We will never buy a smartbox again or go to that cafe.
