04/07/2025: Great food, extremely friendly staff, no waiting, clean environment. I recommend to everyone

30/05/2025: The service was excellent but the quality of the meat in the steak sandwich was reminiscent of overcooked dairy cow. I wonder if it has ever seen a frying pan. The many positive reviews indicate that the nearest neighboring grill is far away so no one has a real basis for comparison. There is no chance we will pass by here again. Expensive and poor quality, number two star was for the smile when we paid a fortune.

02/09/2025: There was a lot of pressure on the slush ice machine, so it shot the cup out of my hand, but the clerk was there immediately to help with the situation.

16/12/2025: ***updated end 2025 with new owners*** They have immediately raised the prices considerably on rolls and pizzas, and we experience that there is also less filling on the pizzas. An otherwise legendary place in Silkeborg, which has now become mediocre. —————————— This must be Silkeborg's best pizza, or at least lunch pizza. Good price and even better service you get at this humble eatery. Worth a visit 🤌🏻

31/08/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just had pizza from La Fiamma Pizzaria, and it was without a doubt the best pizza I have ever tasted! 🍕 The taste was authentic Italian with the perfect balance between crispy crust, fresh filling and a delicious, juicy tomato sauce. The cheese melted just right, and you could really taste the quality of the fresh ingredients. The atmosphere and service were also top notch – you feel really welcome. If you love pizza and want to experience real Italian taste, I can only highly recommend La Fiamma. I will definitely be back! ❤️✨🔥

01/04/2026: So far, we've had a terrible experience booking a room. Inaccurate information, surprise charges, and no willingness to take responsibility for their mistake. A complete fiasco.

10/03/2026: The service was sweet and friendly, perhaps a little stressed, despite few guests. Brunch plate was a bit boring for the price. That's why the photo is omitted. Morning Avocado was nice and delicious. Maybe a poached egg was missing, instead of 2 fried eggs. 😊 Cozy place.

28/02/2026: We ordered a Paris steak... it was served on a piece of toasted, bad toast and with a ready-made frozen burger patty on top, I actually thought it was a bit of a steal to take money for such a bad deal.

03/12/2025: Cozy family restaurant with really good pizzas - especially the Turkish ones are highly recommended. The atmosphere is relaxed, service is as friendly as it is fast.

02/08/2025: Very sad and shabby place, old frayed carpets throughout the restaurant, dark and very sparsely furnished. Worn out, and the smell of food hung heavy throughout the room. We bought a Hawaiian pizza and a tray of fries. The pizza was downright awful, and even tasted strange. The fries were good. But not a place I'll come back to again another time.

When you order and pay for goods via your online system and receive a receipt stating that the order has been completed, you naturally assume that the goods are put aside and are ready for collection. Unfortunately, I have repeatedly experienced that when I show up at the store to pick up completely ordinary goods such as rye bread and French bread, you have not put them aside. This is not an isolated error — it has happened 5-6 times over the past year. Each time I am told that I can choose other types of bread instead. But when you have ordered certain goods, it is precisely because those are the ones you want — not a random alternative. As a customer, I experience this as: •    Lack of consistency between your online system and the store's practices •    Waste of my time •    And a very poor customer experience compared to a brand like Lagkagehuset If your system is not robust enough to ensure that online orders are actually handled correctly in the store, then it should either be improved or not offered — because the way it works now, it only creates irritation and dissatisfied customers.
