11/03/2025: Et dejligt besøg, hurtig og høflig betjening. Lokalerne er hyggelige og rene. Maden var perfekt og blev hurtigt serveret ved bordet. Dejlig iskold fadøl. Og pæne toilet forhold.

02/04/2025: We ordered dinner two hours before collection. Five minutes before the pickup time, the place canceled the order and we got a long nose and had to find dinner elsewhere. We went in there anyway to make sure the cancellation wasn't a mistake. Here we were not exactly greeted by service - and there were still three chickens in the oven - but obviously not for us!

01/03/2025: Got some time ago, 2 really good pizzas. Today I wanted to order again, this time for delivery. Got the message that we live far out in the country (i.e. a small town about 5 km from the pizzeria) that they couldn't deliver, so offered that I could order my pizzas elsewhere, and then the answer was that it was a good idea and then the phone was hung up. So now we buy pizza somewhere else, when we now live so far out in the country, about 5 km from the pizzeria. Good thing the local pizzeria here in Resenbro makes quite excellent pizzas, and knows how to provide good service and treatment. So absolutely no recommendation from here if you want service, moreover they are between 20 and 30 more expensive than many other local pizzerias. No more orders from us, add an attitude, really unpleasant.

05/06/2025: That was the last time we ate there. Bad pizza and bad atmosphere. A poor waiter runs around trying to get around everyone but it can't be done. We saw customers leaving again because there was no service. Unfortunately the waiter had an accident at our table she dropped our drinks. Too bad for her. There were broken glass wine and beer flying all over the table and up off us. After a while she came back with a dry cloth for us to wipe ourselves with as well as a broom and dustpan. She just started quietly sweeping up some of the wet and broken glass while she was occasionally taking care of customers. No one came to help her but just stood there watching even the manager went and stood in the middle of the wine and beer to talk to another customer. It was never finished, or washed only swept, it was still wet and sticky After a while we got our food but we hadn't yet received new drinks so we had to sit and wait. A really bad experience to see how a waiter tries his best to make everyone comfortable but where other employees and maybe the boss himself just stand and watch without coming to the rescue. (Maybe not without reason that they are often looking for new staff.) but that it is us customers who have to help her it is really too bad and a shame for the poor waiter. Again I can only say that the pizza is the worst I have tasted in a long time. I had probably hoped that when we had to pay that the boss would at least have apologized for the accident but no no no hint of anything from that side. Maybe a little course in staff care could be good.

28/05/2025: It's bad when the crust is the best part of your pizza. My boyfriend and I were visiting Silkeborg on 19/5-25, and I call ahead and get confirmation that they offer a vegan pizza. My boyfriend orders a carbonara - it's absolutely delicious. I ask again and am told by the waiter that I can order pizza no. 52, so I do so. The waiter comes back with drinks; Faxe Kondi for the husband and water for me. I then get soda. I explain to the waiter that I asked for water, but he wants to discuss it, because he thinks I should also have soda. Not very professional. Fortunately, I end up getting some water. The carbonara arrives, and 5-7 minutes later my pizza arrives. It looks a bit suspicious, so I ask for the third time. The waiter obviously doesn't know that cheese made from cow's milk is not vegan. 🤦‍♀️ Furthermore, he wants to argue again, and insists that the pizza is vegan, but that the cheese is not - it is almost aggressive incompetence at this point. I insist that I can't eat the pizza, and I get relatively the same pizza back, but now without cheese. It is bread and vegetables without seasoning, so obviously tasteless. As the icing on the cake, we are allowed to pay 382 kr while the waiter is talking on the phone. If you don't serve vegan, be honest from the start. Train your staff or hire someone else - most teenagers could do a better job. A bag of vegan grated pizza topping costs around 15 kr in Netto, and can last for months - maybe it is worth investing in.

24/05/2025: I was able to get in with my wheelchair. The food was excellent, service and friendliness were top notch.. This won't be the last time we eat from here when we are in the area.

15/05/2025: Now I only give 5 stars for the extra ordinary. So with 4 stars across the board, Ans Pizza can definitely be recommended. Everything was absolutely perfect 🤗
