27/03/2024: Really delicious lunch! Absolutely top quality food- only thing: for that price there was too little “fill” in that portion! Perfect amount of salmon and dip - but there should be min. 2 slices of toast with it instead of only one. Else everything else was perfect. Super cosy environment and very friendly staff.

03/01/2024: Ankomsten kunne være bedre. Man kommer ind og det lugter langt væk af værtshus. Man møder ingen tjener ed ankomst, så man går imellem lokalerne for at finde betjening. Endelig kom der en tjener og viste os til vores bord. Flot dækket bord og en god betjening af de 3 forskellige tjenere som var tilstede. Vi valgte at gå med 3 retters menu. En overflod af mad blev serveret på alle 3 anretninger. Smagte skønt. Portionerne kunne sagtens havde været mindre til samme pris, da jeg som ellers altid spiser op, måtte kaste håndklædet i ringen til sidst. Oplevelsen var rigtig god og for kr 600 pr næse fik vi både vin, sodavand, drinks og vand. Skulle oplevelsen helt op at ringe, burde indgangspartiet flyttes, så man ikke ankommer i ølstuen. Det giver en forkert start til brrasseriet.

24/03/2024: fine classic barbecue food. however often far too long a wait also on the phone where they often pick up the phone and say a moment and then put the phone down and let you wait for up to 10 minutes while you can hear everything that goes on in the store. very large size fries / mix. steaks in burgers, however, are often far, far too overcooked

23/03/2024: I've eaten there countless times because it's usually good, but hold on to an experience I had when I got home, all the fries were overdone, my burger was colder than the permafrost in Siberia and drier than the Sahara on a sunny day, I would not recommend anyone to eat there until they are in control of what can be sent out the door

29/03/2024: My visit to Vivi wine bar was generally pleasant, but I noticed a slight challenge with the attitude of the staff. While they were professional, there were unfortunately some moments where I experienced a bit of arrogance in their demeanor. I think it's important for staff to remember that a warm and welcoming attitude can make a big difference in the customer experience. Despite this, the atmosphere was generally pleasant and the wine selection was okay. I hope the staff can work to create an even more welcoming atmosphere in the future. I would still give Vivi wine bar a fair rating and give them 3 out of 5 stars for wine guidance, but unfortunately not a place I would go again without a discount for the last visit.

07/12/2023: Fantastic cozy place, with smiling and fast service. Sublime food and a deep and wide wine list. The atmosphere after "meal time" is also very pleasant

17/11/2023: Unfortunately, we were somewhat disappointed with the sushi. Didn't seem freshly made. The rice was firm and compact in the wrong way. No soy attached. The prawns were ok.

22/03/2024: Super nice experience😀! Beautiful surroundings, very authentic atmosphere, fantastic wines and with delicious tapas. Mega cool live performance which gave a super cool background atmosphere. Nice personal service by the staff on site. The only downside was that we only had two hours, could have been much longer. Lovely experience and can highly recommend visiting Drewsen's Spisehus Silkeborg ❤️

12/01/2024: Today's dish was tomato soup and it was super good. The sandwich pieces with rye bread are not fantastic at this price, but ok. Top service despite a crowded restaurant. Hugely cozy atmosphere.
