Good food and atmosphere and always smiling staff.
They are always busy so it is a good idea to book a table. The food is good and the drinks are good.

It was all really good
16/09/2025: The staff association at my work uses it for various events such as wine tasting and cocktail walks. It works great and creates a good atmosphere. I definitely recommend it.

We all have expectations of what pizza is, and King Pizza is a perfect nostalgic Friday night pizza. Good price, especially if you take advantage of their larger variations. The place delivers what it promises, and it is highly recommended from here.
08/05/2025: Excellent kebab! (with beef, of course, and a little chili/garlic).
Positive and welcoming service.
But I took it home - because the place lacks coziness, but it looks very clean. And it was clean.
(the two stars given for 'atmosphere' are for the good service - the place gets 0, zero - zero - zip).

20/10/2025: I was here this morning during my trip to Denmark, the staff was very kind, the girl who welcomed me helped me and patiently explained everything in English, I will definitely come back again!

01/11/2025: We had 2 lovely nights with a 3 course menu.
The food is good and there is plenty of it.
Lovely breakfast, but some pastries or other cakes are missing.
Good service and clean rooms.
But why call it both a hotel and an inn, what is the story behind it?
We think it should be an inn.
Lovely surroundings and close to Viborg and other beautiful sights.
The place is highly recommended.

16/09/2025: Really nice place to have a golf stay with friends/wife. The food and service are really good
07/09/2025: Nice place to stay for a stopover. We were on our way to the ferry to Iceland and were very happy with our one-night stay.
Check-in was easy, and everything was clean and comfortable.
We had to push a bit to leave, as the service was supposed to open at 8:00 a.m., but they only slowly raised the blinds at 8:10 a.m.
The breakfast was very filling and delicious 😋!

07/12/2025: It was like stepping into a time warp from 1995, it was cozy and charming. The man wasn't aesthetically pleasing but it tasted good, they didn't have flan or mousse. From what I could read, it was probably very normal, but then you shouldn't have it on the menu. If you only do it once in a while, then it should be made as a special. The prices were reasonable and I could come back again. There was no lock on the toilet door, it simply wasn't worth getting it fixed immediately.

07/06/2025: The ice cream at Okkels is homemade, generally tastes really good – and yes, it looks good on Instagram too 😉 I’ve only been disappointed once… and that was probably mostly because my expectations were as high as the price of a scoop.
It’s not the cheapest ice cream in town, but you get quality and taste for your money – and sometimes that’s just what you need on a sunny day (or a grey Tuesday).
All in all: A delicious ice cream experience – with a little luxury on top. 🍦
