16/06/2026: Unfortunately a bit difficult to keep up with drinks, so only almost drinks ad libitum. Hygiene was not top notch. Plates and glasses were very greasy. No soap in the toilet which is a must to maintain hygiene.

15/05/2026: A mixed experience: Great food and wine, but felt like an assembly line. ​We had a very interesting experience here. On the positive side, the food was genuinely good, and the complimentary wine bar was an excellent touch that we thoroughly enjoyed . The staff also did a fantastic job and were highly professional. ​However, the overall atmosphere felt incredibly rushed. The dishes came out of the kitchen like clockwork, one after the other, giving us the distinct feeling of being on a factory assembly line. It felt like we were being fed rather than being served, which took away the charm of a relaxing night out. Being asked to leave right at the three-hour mark only reinforced that structured, transactional feeling. ​The team works incredibly hard, but the rigid pacing prevents it from being the memorable dining experience it could be.

At first, we waited over 20 minutes at reception for someone to take our order or even bring us something to drink. We left because they simply never came. The restaurant is awful.

The toilet is clean enough but there are kitchen rolls to dry your hands in. The food is classic grill food but nothing that knocks it out of the park good

11/05/2026: 329,- for a three-course meal is cheap and it tastes okay, but it is not gourmet food. The pancake batter is the same whether it is a starter, main course or dessert. The ingredients taste like they were bought as cheaply as possible and there is no wow experience. The dessert was the best, it also tasted like a pancake with two large ice cream scoops in it, as if it was ordered in a car cafe, where you can't get it, though.

27/07/2026: The food is a danish version of mexican food, not a wow -effect here. We also had to wait 1h 30m for the food! The kitchen is slow but staff friendly.

26/07/2026: This time we visited Viborg, the capital of Central Jutland, and when it was time to eat, we looked for options on Google Maps and found Tortilla Flats, a restaurant inspired by Mexican cuisine. We were very curious to try it. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant, quiet, and easy to talk to. The decor is inspired by the Mexican style of traditional eateries, but the lighting didn't allow you to see the colors of the food. Their menu isn't very extensive, but you can find enchiladas, chimichangas, ceviches, café de olla (Mexican coffee), mezcal, beers, and guacamole. We ordered chicken and shrimp enchiladas in green sauce and guacamole with café de olla. In my opinion, it's food heavily inspired by Mexican cuisine. The flavor is acceptable, but it's far from authentic. This opinion is more for Mexicans traveling in Denmark. I know that culinary tastes are very subjective, and my opinion is offered with humility. The prices are average for places in Denmark, and the main course portions are generous. Something I didn't like was the guacamole (appetizer) because it was very watered down and lacked the classic pico de gallo, as is common in Mexico. The portion was also very small, so be prepared if you're craving guacamole. The window tables offer a view of the city lake, and you have access to the salad bar (nothing too elaborate). Something I appreciated and found interesting was that they don't ask for a tip; they accept card payments. For discerning Mexicans with big appetites, I suggest a different style of food, and for those who have never tried Mexican-inspired cuisine, this could be a good place to start.

05/08/2026: We have tried the restaurant in every way – we have eaten in the restaurant, had takeaway and ordered food for a larger party – and every time the experience has been top notch. The best Italian restaurant we have tried - always super delicious food. We can only give our warmest recommendations.

29/07/2026: The food was delicious. We made a spontaneous reservation as a large group. They were very accommodating and welcoming. They also fulfilled all our requests, including vegan options. We'd love to come back! P.S. They had very tasty warm bread.
