Even when there are only one or two customers in the store, they pick up the phone and say "Hello" and then the phone just sits on the table for 10-20-30 minutes.
You can stand in the store and see them do it consistently and have experienced it several times when we ourselves have tried to call in. Once we sat and waited on the line for 20 minutes and then drove in and ordered at the counter while we were still on hold on the phone. There were 2 customers in the store and no order forms at the counter 🤷♂️👎
Buy your food somewhere else, regardless of the fact that they actually make excellent food.

17/09/2025: The quality fluctuates, usually get good pizza from there, but sometimes a bit of a hassle.
19/08/2025: I recently visited this restaurant and ordered a family-sized pizza — and honestly, it was the most delicious pizza I’ve ever had!
On top of that, the atmosphere was really pleasant, and the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.
I truly enjoyed my time there and will definitely come back!🍕💯☺️

24/06/2025: We have always been happy with Italiano. But in the past year the quality has declined and there are often mistakes in orders.
18/02/2025: Don't book a table online, when we arrived they didn't know. The food is really good, reasonable prices, sweet service. A little noise from the kitchen. Worth a visit.

The food is no longer ready at the ordered time.
The toilets are not clean.
The coffee machine often lacks milk.
The noise in the restaurant is enormous.
However, the place is soooo much better than Burger King and McDonalds, and will continue to be a loyal customer here.
Because the food is brilliant, the service staff smiles, and the mood
is high.

03/08/2025: Stayed in a room when I went to Hærvejen. 450 kr for a double room was a good price. It's not luxury, but nice with a bed, bathroom and kitchenette.

05/06/2025: Was about to give 1 star due to terrible service! But "Rasmus" deserves 5 out of 5! First of all I have to pay 50% of the booked amount, since we were prevented from coming. It was only 2x buffet. But for the second time I call Rasmus who without hesitation cancels. So instead of we will never see each other, it becomes a we will definitely see each other 👍 thank you for that

Half a year ago I often bought durum, it was perfectly fine. Now they have become MISERABLE, especially when the elderly lady is behind the counter. She saves on everything and gives you old, cold, clammy meat. Just had to throw out a durum for 60 kroner add. Inedible. Get someone who thinks about the customers to stand behind the counter!

Bad service (had to go up myself after a long time and order)
And waited a really long time for the food.
One pizza was floating in liquid and the other had garlic dressing on it that tasted like shrimp.
17/09/2025: Good service, sometimes a little long waiting time. But it's worth the wait because their burgers are really good!

20/08/2025: There are various vegetarian sushi options (without mayo = vegan). Good quality, and the service was very friendly.
07/08/2025: The food came a little too slowly. There was only 1 waiter. The food was sitting too exposed. The intimate environment was missing. The atmosphere in the room was too cold, too much Scandinavian style with wooden slats. It ruined the Japanese style

23/03/2025: Years ago I had an excellent kebab pizza at Søndermarkens P og G.
The excellent memory is far enough from the miseries that were delivered last.
Yes, it must actually be said to be the worst pizzas I've had in Viborg.
The bottom was flatter than flat and dry and flaky like a water-baked biscuit. Really poor.
In addition, the salad was decidedly disgusting. Watery, finely chopped and with an indefinable yellowish tinge.
No tomato, cucumber, red onion or anything else.. just the soft, battered lettuce.
Absolutely the two worst pizzas and the absolute worst pizza base ever.
Sad!
