27/01/2025: After several visits to KN2 Pizza, we unfortunately have to state that there are a number of things that disappoint us as customers. Here are some of the main points that drag down our experience: 1. We have experienced several times that the pizza bases are not properly baked. It's a basic part of a pizza, and it's disappointing that it happens repeatedly. 2. Having to pay DKK 10. because dressing seems unreasonable when it is a small cost for you as a business. It would be a better experience for customers if it was either included in the price of the pizza or just part of the service. 3. When you pay extra for dressing, you expect an appropriate amount. I think it's a bit unreasonable to have the dressing painted on my pizza. Cute idea with a little flower on it, but in comparison there is much less dressing on one pizza than on the other (see the pictures if necessary) :(((. 4. When ordering online, it says e.g. "Pizza Kosantina – DKK 69." But that's only the price of a children's pizza. The regular pizza costs DKK 85, which only appears later. It smacks of 'let's trick people into clicking and hope they don't notice until they've paid'. I don't think that it is the majority who go to your website and who first want to know how much a children's pizza costs. It would be far more transparent and credible if you showed the correct price from the start. 5. Your flyers promise "up to 25% discount the first time you order online and always 13%", but the real discount is only 13% and the first time you order online. This seems like a deliberate strategy to lure customers in, which feels dishonest. The discount also only covers the cost of the dressing, which we previously received for free when we ordered in person. Why is there no real benefit to ordering online when that is what you promise? 6. It is therefore disappointing that there is only one vegetarian pizza (besides the Margarita) on the menu - and it is truly the world's most boring pizza (mushroom, tomato and green pepper). There are only two things that could make it worse: artichokes and gorgonzola. It would be a big improvement to add just one more exciting vegetarian pizza so that vegetarian customers don't feel like a punishment for wanting to avoid meat, but actually feel valued as a customer. Inspiration can, for example, be found at competitors such as Guy's Pizza, which offer a sea of ​​more exciting options. Overall, we unfortunately feel that it is expensive and does not live up to expectations. There are also several things that make us feel trapped as customers - which is not acceptable. We have given KN2 Pizza many chances, but now unfortunately we have to call it quits. We hope you will take this feedback to heart and improve the customer experience in the future.

20/01/2025: We are a group that often comes to the street. Although we don't usually come on Fridays, this time we chose to defy this anyway. As usual, we look towards Storm P, as they often have good offers and good service, as well as a cozy atmosphere. This Friday was unfortunately characterized by very (and unexpectedly) bad service from Storm P's staff. We had been sitting at our table for a long time, spent money on all the jugs and generally had a nice evening here, until we are greeted by a member of staff who says that our table has been "bought". We naturally question this, as the table was not marked with anything "booking" or the like. We also point out that there are 2 other available 6-person tables on the other side. So 2 tables which have exactly the same dimensions as the one we were sitting at. To this, the staff say that "Well, they want to sit here". I agree that a club like Storm P should make money and will cater to those who intend to spend the most money with them and here it was clear that we had been "bought out". But to directly ask us to slip to another table because a bunch of young people have designated our specific table, when there are clearly others available, is completely outrageous.

12/01/2025: Complete miserable place. We have been sitting at our table for over 4 hours and spent a hell of a lot of money with them. And suddenly a guard comes and wants to throw us away from the table because there is a bunch of trolls who have allegedly "bought" our table. We are greeted by aggressive bartenders and doormen who knock over our drinks and grab our things to drag us away. You're going to turn the key sooner or later Spend your money elsewhere.

02/08/2024: The Bogø located in Bogø was once the best, but the one here in Reberbansgade is somewhat worse. There is a middle aged man, never smiles and really doesn't care about the sandwich, ordered with tuna salad the other day and there was no tuna salad at one end of the sandwich, way too much iceberg lettuce, and no seasoning.

22/12/2024: I have ordered a kebab mix and a cheeseburger from here. And the kebab mix was missing half of the meat, plus they put bacon in my burger, and I don't eat pork, so I chose a cheeseburger. I have paid for delivery. When I called and told him the order was wrong, I was met by "what do you want me to do about it". Would never recommend eating from here again

22/11/2024: I just read another review that described the exact same thing and I just had to share my experience as well. I had ordered a pizza from justeat and I followed the app the whole time. When there were 20 minutes until delivery, he called me and angrily said he was there now. When I came out he scolded me for a long time in a mocking way for not letting him in earlier, by asking if I had slept etc. I explained to him about the app, but he didn't seem to care. On his way away, he also made a mocking comment about my name. I can tell from the reviews here that this is not the only time he scolds customers because the app doesn't work well with their restaurant.

15/02/2025: Visited Nadia's sandwich in Nørresundby's center where I needed a little rest after a walk, I ordered a water and some salad and sat down at a table. The service when I ordered was good and it was a nice young girl who served me. As soon as I entered I could feel that there was a loud noisy atmosphere. It was great to see employees working so well together, but after a while it became too much. The noise continued and the focus seemed to be more on having fun/chatting than serving customers. While serving the other customers who went in and out, I noticed that despite ongoing service they were talking to each other crosswise, the few minutes when there were no customers, apart from me, it was again loud and gradually became more and more disturbing. I went out into the center to sit down, as I thought the calm would diminish, but it didn't, you could still clearly hear that they were almost shouting at each other and talking extremely loudly, in addition there was noise from various things in the kitchen and it sounded from time to time as if everything was about to fall apart. Very bad experience and unpleasant looks from the employees, poor cleaning, tables were not dry and the floor was dirty. Several customers also had bigger eyes and looked because their strange behavior, thinks there should be more work in a workplace and less talk. The experience was on a Saturday evening in the period 18.00-20.30.

10/03/2025: I definitely don't recommend it. People with sensitive stomachs like me should absolutely not eat any food from here. I ordered a pizza slice, 2 hours after eating the pizza slice, I had a burning and sour feeling in my stomach, I threw up non-stop for 6 hours. Finally I called my doctor and he referred me to the hospital. I had food poisoning and the doctors had to pump my stomach…

07/03/2025: I ordered a slice of pizza last night. I wish I had never done this and I threw up 10 times. I definitely don't recommend it. The food is terrible, the way the cashier treats the customers is very bad and I think they are selling expired food of poor quality.

28/11/2024: The guy who was there spoke neither Danish nor English, he didn't know what I wanted and when I showed him he made a completely different pizza and it was even burnt on both the bottom and the sides, all in all a very disappointing experience

21/10/2024: I would prefer to give 0 stars if it were possible. Went there last night to eat hot dogs (1x Fransk, 2x normal and 1x Frankfurter). Well, you can see what we got from the photo (4x the same). Our order would have cost 92 crowns in total. After a long discussion back and forth (the man spoke practically no English and no Danish) I was then allowed to pay with a credit card. When I paid I noticed that 170 crowns had been debited. I asked for a receipt, which he didn't want to give me (due to alleged problems with the paper). Here, too, there was a long and heated discussion on his part with his hands and feet, and I had the feeling that he didn't want to understand me. I explained for about 10 minutes and finally translated everything into Bulgarian with a translator. Afterwards he reluctantly gave me back the money I overpaid. And it didn't even taste good. Bad as hell!
