13/07/2025: Well, where do I start? What an absolutely crappy place, and absolutely terrible customer service. Order a durum without onion and tomato, as I absolutely hate shit. When I receive the durum, I try to confirm that it is without tomato and onion, as I can already sense that they are slow to understand the order. They have misunderstood me so much that they have made it without tomato and cucumber. Then I ask if they can peel the onions, which they could, where the nice young employee turns around, opens the durum in front of my eyes and does… nothing? He closes it again and tries to give it to me, to which I point out that he has done nothing to it, where he says you can hardly taste the onions, so it doesn't matter??? Excuse me, how low a level of customer service can you reach? I then say that I would really like cucumber in it, which I then get in a dip cup, I can put them in myself. You'll have to look for shitty service for a long time, this place can run wild. It must be said that the old man who stands and instructs the young boys is especially to blame here, he should not work with customers under any circumstances. I'm considering reporting them to the Danish Food Authority so that the shitty, seedy place can be closed down, there is clearly no thought in what product they hand out to the guest, damn embarrassing.

06/07/2025: Apparently forgetting people's orders... but good thing they wasted 2 hours on that crap. Last time they were visited by an otherwise old regular customer.

06/04/2025: We paid DKK 500 and then we get the wrong sushi and they got pissed off and didn't give my money back

28/07/2025: Lamentablemente uno de los peores filetes jamás comido. La carne fue recomendada por los empleados, y finalmente llegó un ojo costal (Entrecôte) que se ordenó de medianamente trasera a rara. Llegó una picada gris de carne, extrañamente sazonada (probablemente para ocultar el sabor viejo y rancio). El filete estaba más cerca de estar bien hecho, pero medio raro o raro probablemente no sería posible servirlo ya que la carne pasó por esa etapa hace mucho tiempo. Las porciones son grandes, pero IT hace aún peor tirar, me siento triste por el toro que dio su vida solo por ser tirado... Tengo una sugerencia al dueño del restaurante, “despide a tu chef” o si eres el chef, cierra tu negocio y haz otra cosa, los restaurantes no son para todos... La foto es solo para que el dueño sepa cómo se supone que es un Ribeye.

21/07/2025: Ikke veldig Amerikansk, ikke noen smaksopplevelse, lang tid før betjeningen kom og måker som spiste av mat som ikke var ryddet inn. Når betjeningen kom var det en hyggelig dame som tok i mot bestilling.

25/06/2025: I went there to eat with my friend because she lives nearby. After about 20 minutes of waiting, I asked how long it would take and the owner shouted at me very aggressively: "Can't you see I'm working?" I didn't dare say anything more and we left without eating.

28/07/2025: Horrible. Booked, and no one was there. Had to wait an hour before the booking could be canceled. Also, the building was poorly maintained, with peeling wallpaper and a musty smell upon entering the only open door in the lonely lobby. The kitchen looked filthy.

01/07/2025: Store Restrup Slots Hotel is a fine hotel in a historic setting. We were incredibly well received by Marikke. She showed us around the hotel and told us a little about the history of the place. The rooms are decorated in the style of the place. Our room was spacious and had an incredibly good bed with firm mattresses, which we rarely experience. I am not giving five stars because the hotel's restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday. We came by bike and did not find it tempting to cycle back to Aalborg, where we came from, for dinner. Instead, we had bought a couple of chicken salads and beers in a grocery store, which we thought we could put in the minibar we expected to find in the room. But there was neither a refrigerator nor the possibility of boiling water for a cup of coffee in the room, which is annoying when the staff is off at 4 pm. It could have ended with 3 stars for an otherwise very fine hotel, but Marikke, who is a shining star for the hotel, saved the 4th star for the hotel. She was able to quickly understand our need to have our food in a refrigerator on a hot day, and she found space in the hotel's own refrigerator. The breakfast was also good - and it was nice to have it served at the tables.

08/08/2025: Over 25 minutes of waiting = cold burger. Fries were reasonable as they were lukewarm. The 2 clerks were busy and had completely lost track.

30/05/2025: Terribly long, I mean terribly long, wait for 2 boba teas. So far we've been standing here for about half an hour, and the girls just look confused to say the least. It would have been faster to drive into town and get boba tea.

05/06/2025: We ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. One with double cheese double pepperoni. There were 7 pepperoni on this pizza. And it was supposed to be double up😂 So there should only be 3 and a half pepperoni on a regular one. It's absolutely ridiculous. Salad pizza with kebab was full of tendons and other unpleasant things. Completely inedible meat🤢 Even the pizza that was called something like Meat feast, had almost no filling. So disappointing..

29/03/2025: Had great experience, everyone must visit once and you won't regret it.
