I will never forget your opening, because it was also the day my life's work collapsed.
You opened just a few days after your second bankruptcy, when many companies - including mine - were left with huge losses. We were kept waiting again and again and told that everything was going well, but the reality was different.
I fought to get the money I was owed for goods and services that you had received, resold and made a profit from. I lost that fight. And with that, I lost everything I had built up over many years.
It hurts to know that some can just start over, while others are left with the bill. Being met with legal threats just because you try to tell your side of the story felt like having your legs knocked out from under you again.
I am sharing this anonymously - not out of fear, but because I don't want to put my family through any more.
To those of you who choose where you buy your sushi: think again.
There are many sushi restaurants that run their business properly, pay their taxes, and live up to their responsibilities.
Sushimania says that you should eat sushi with a clear conscience.
Unfortunately, I can't connect that with the story I've experienced.
I believe that truth and karma always find their way - sooner or later.

08/06/2025: Like many places with sushi, it tastes just okay.
12/01/2025: The last three orders have disappointed me! The rice is dry and sour, the salmon is super thinly sliced and not tasty. Very expensive for such quality. It tastes like sushi from the supermarket that has been in the refrigerator for several days. I do not recommend it.

12/07/2025: Their food is probably some of the worst I've ever eaten plus they ILLEGALLY demand a 5 kr fee, never come. I think they are very lucky and survive because of the location otherwise that place would have closed a long time ago

Vaca - Mexican Finger Food

07/08/2025: VACA in Aalborg manages, after repeatedly looking in the bag and finally assuring that everything is there, to deliver 2/3 of the ordered menus.
Since it is clear, the "restaurant" is contacted and a confused and stressed English-speaking, young employee cannot solve the problem and must "ask the boss" and will return later in the evening. This did not happen.
I subsequently contacted them via their contact form on the website with a detailed description of the situation. It has not been answered after three weeks.
VACA has thus delivered 2/3 of the mediocre menus and received 100% payment.
06/08/2025: Called to ask about something, no one could speak Danish, when I asked if I could speak to someone who could speak Danish, they hung up, when I called back they wouldn't answer the phone...
So I decided to drive almost an hour to get an answer to my question, was greeted by a rude man, decided to buy some food, turned out I won't do that again, the food was inedible...

21/09/2025: Ordered 2 x butter chicken, naan and rice with it, as well as mango lassi. Everything was SO good! Really delicious dish, still a nice warm temperature when it arrived. Will definitely order from here again! :)
02/06/2025: Got butter chicken from here, for the first time and definitely not the last, really good and still hot, even though we actually picked it up 15 minutes late 👍👍 thanks for the food.

If you could give between 4 and 5 stars, they would have landed at 4.5. Really good pizza place!
Their pizzas are almost always delivered hot to a degree that is close to having just come out of the oven and they don't skimp on toppings. Delicious!! And plenty of food for yourself if you order a family pizza.
They did forget the cup of garlic that was ordered, a bit of a shame.

08/08/2025: Over 25 minutes of waiting = cold burger. Fries were reasonable as they were lukewarm.
The 2 clerks were busy and had completely lost track.
30/05/2025: Terribly long, I mean terribly long, wait for 2 boba teas. So far we've been standing here for about half an hour, and the girls just look confused to say the least. It would have been faster to drive into town and get boba tea.

13/07/2025: Well, where do I start? What an absolutely crappy place, and absolutely terrible customer service.
Order a durum without onion and tomato, as I absolutely hate shit. When I receive the durum, I try to confirm that it is without tomato and onion, as I can already sense that they are slow to understand the order. They have misunderstood me so much that they have made it without tomato and cucumber. Then I ask if they can peel the onions, which they could, where the nice young employee turns around, opens the durum in front of my eyes and does… nothing? He closes it again and tries to give it to me, to which I point out he has done nothing to it, where he says you can hardly taste the onions, so it doesn't matter??? Excuse me, how low a level of customer service can you reach? I then say that I would actually like cucumber in it, which I then get in a dip cup, I can put them in myself. You'll have to look for shitty service for a long time, this place can run wild.
It must be said that the old man who stands and instructs the young boys is especially to blame here, he should not work with customers under any circumstances.
I'm considering reporting them to the Danish Food Authority so that the shitty, seedy place can be closed down, there is clearly no thought in what product they hand out to the guest, damn embarrassing.
06/07/2025: Apparently forgetting people's orders... but good thing they wasted 2 hours on that crap. Last time they were visited by an otherwise old regular customer.

25/06/2025: I went there to eat with my friend because she lives nearby. After about 20 minutes of waiting, I asked how long it would take and the owner shouted at me very aggressively: "Can't you see I'm working?" I didn't dare say anything more and we left without eating.

16/07/2025: Worst take away place I've ever tasted. Uncooked, chewy steak in burgers that neither look nor taste like meat - we all 3 took a bite and had a disgusting taste and consistency in our mouths after a burger.
Sandwich is ok. Nothing to shout hooray about. Minimal filling and supremely dry despite paying for extra dressing and filling.
staff were in no way service-minded or smiling. They didn't wear gloves while cooking and handled cash and credit cards etc.
We won't be back, despite the otherwise good prices....but good prices, poor food...which isn't even worth the good prices.
