21/02/2025: Have eaten here a handful of times. The food is reasonable and the restaurant has a good location. However, we had to go home disappointed today, after a report of over 1.5 hour(!!) waiting time.. There were 10-15 guests in the restaurant? Generally uncommitted service, and some very essential problems in the restaurant. Hope they get the bik under control so we can come in again and get a good burger 🍔

03/10/2025: Had a SmartBox gift card for Sushimania for 2 in Aalborg - but when you get to it they don't accept the gift card "Having problems with gift cards" - the conversation starts with "ohh smartbox, not sure it works"

05/06/2025: We ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. One with double cheese double pepperoni. There were 7 pepperoni on this pizza. And it was supposed to be double up😂 So there should only be 3 and a half pepperoni on a regular one. It's absolutely ridiculous. Salad pizza with kebab was full of tendons and other unpleasant things. Completely inedible meat🤢 Even the pizza that was called something like Meat feast, had almost no filling. So disappointing..

24/06/2025: After several visits to KN2 Pizza, we unfortunately have to admit that there are a number of things that disappoint us as customers. Here are some of the most important points that drag down our experience: 1. We have experienced several times that the pizza bases are not baked properly. It is a basic part of a pizza, and it is disappointing that it happens repeatedly. 2. Having to pay 10 kr. for dressing seems unreasonable when it is a small cost for you as a business. It would be a better experience for customers if it was either included in the price of the pizza or just part of the service. 3. When you pay extra for dressing, you expect an appropriate amount. I think it is a slightly unreasonable dressing painting that I have been given on my pizza. Cute idea with a little flower on it, but for comparison there is much less dressing on one pizza than on the other (see the pictures) :(((. 4. When you order online, it says, for example, "Pizza Kosantina – 69 kr." But that is only the price for a children's pizza. The regular pizza costs 85 kr, which only appears later. It smells a bit like 'let's trick people into clicking and hoping they don't notice until they've paid'. I don't think that the majority of people who visit your website want to know first what a children's pizza costs. It would be much more transparent and credible if you showed the correct price from the start. 5. Your flyers promise "up to 25% discount the first time you order online and always 13%", but the real discount is only 13% even the first time you order online. This seems like a deliberate strategy to lure customers in, which feels dishonest. Furthermore, the discount only covers the cost of the dressing, which we used to get for free when we ordered in person. Why is there no real benefit to ordering online when that is what you promise? 6. It is also a bit disappointing that there is only one vegetarian pizza (besides the Margarita) on the menu – and it is honestly the most boring pizza in the world (mushroom, tomato and green pepper). There are only two things that could make it worse: artichokes and gorgonzola. It would be a big improvement to add just one more exciting vegetarian pizza, so that vegetarian customers do not feel like it is a punishment for wanting to avoid meat, but actually feel valued as a customer. Inspiration can be found, for example, in competitors such as Guy’s Pizza, which offers a lot of more exciting vegetarian options. Overall, we unfortunately feel that it is expensive and does not meet expectations. There are also several things that make us feel pawned as customers – which is not acceptable. We have given KN2 Pizza many chances, but now we unfortunately have to say stop. We hope you will take this feedback into account you and improve the customer experience in the future. Update 24/06/25: We made the mistake of giving KN2 Pizza another chance. 85 kr. + 10 kr. for dressing, i.e. 95 kr. for a pizza may not sound completely absurd, but we also got a shock the last time we ordered a pizza for 85 kr. and wanted cocktail sausages and dressing on it. Because we had to pay 20 kr. for some cocktail sausages and 10 kr. for dressing, i.e. a very ordinary pizza, which neither thought nor love has been put into, for 125 kr.?! That's too crazy. That's what a well-made pizza costs at an Italian restaurant? The quality here is not up to par at all.

26/06/2025: The smell and the state of the bathrooms is disgusting! There are also concerning amount of flies in there like something died. The prices also change depending on how many there are in the place. We paid 20 kr for a beer and then suddenly we paid 40kr... We asked why and the bartender didn't even know why. Wicked. The menu even says 20 and then they charge 40.

22/09/2025: We had an awful experience at this hotel. Upon check-out, we politely asked whether all bills were settled and mentioned that during our stay there was no hot water. The receptionist told us we should have notified them directly—which we had. When we reported the issue, we were told to wait 10 minutes, but in reality it took more than 20 minutes before lukewarm water appeared, and even then the water pressure was extremely low. When I explained this at the desk, the staff member dismissed our concerns, even suggesting that I had perhaps called another hotel or another tourist by mistake—boldly refusing to acknowledge the problem, despite the fact that all three of us experienced it. We raised the issue only as constructive feedback to help improve their service, yet the employee immediately began yelling at us, calling us liars and insisting hot water had always been available. This unacceptable behavior ruined what was otherwise a pleasant stay in Denmark. We felt threatened by the aggressive response of the hotel employee, and we are now considering legal action. The hotel failed to provide the basic services we paid for, and instead treated us with hostility when we tried to report the issue.

29/08/2025: Beautiful place that is not well maintained. The staff seems welcoming. But everything is fake. No one takes responsibility. Just pretends. No one cleans. Just pretends. We cleaned the mirrors in the banquet hall ourselves. The main course had to be served twice. Only the host table got it. There should be no shortage of wine. We got a glass of white and red wine. The hotel hid the rest. The host couple did not realize that they were being cheated. And the envelope price could have been more professional with the hotel. - Like all other reviews, I ABSOLUTELY cannot recommend this hotel. I hope for a change of ownership and people with good morals. This beautiful place deserves it.

12/08/2025: Went down to buy 3 sandwiches and 2 salads. To my regret, when we unwrapped the sandwiches, there was a long black hair in it. So I worked up an appetite Maybe staff should wear hair nets, like many other places in the food industry

26/06/2025: We were a company that ordered for 20 people 2 days in advance. Very different, which is why we asked for content to be written on. Everything was as it should be, marked, easy to read, delicious and almost on time, even though it was a bit during rush hour

26/09/2025: Unfortunately, I experienced discrimination at the nightclub, where I was charged an additional fee of 1,500 DKK on top of the cost of the bottle and mixing, just for sitting at a table close to the dance floor. We subsequently spoke to other guests who were not charged this additional fee. It feels both unfair and discriminatory to be treated in this way. I hope that the venue will take responsibility for a more fair and respectful treatment of all their guests in the future.

But instead of humility and responsibility, we see new store openings, discounts and silence from those closest to them. 🤔 Mads Lange – stepped down a few days before the bankruptcy. A few weeks later, he opened a new store in Støvring and publicly boasted that everything was going well and that he was looking for new locations. But maybe Mads Lange should instead start paying the suppliers who are left with huge losses from the company he was a co-owner of a few weeks earlier? 🤝 Jørgen Bønsdorff – former co-owner and investor – left the company about a week before the bankruptcy. Close friend of Peter Lagrolet Jacobsen. Has been involved in several negotiations. But says – nothing. ⚖️ Bitten Korntved Koch, lawyer and former chairman of the board (Skov Advokater), resigned on October 1, 2024. But let's be honest: Bitten was involved for a long time - and she knew very well how the structure around Sushimania was built. She has sat at the table with both Peter Lagrolet Jacobsen and Nathalie Ina Kühl, and therefore knows the details. It seems increasingly clear that her early resignation was a strategic positioning - not an expression of powerlessness. 👉 The question is not whether Bitten knew about the upcoming problems - but why she doesn't come forward now*?* As a lawyer and former chairman, she has both a professional and a moral responsibility. If she doesn't come forward herself, it may only be a matter of time before the truth is uncovered anyway. 💬 What's really going on behind the scenes? Same concept. Same people. New companies.
