12/01/2025: The last three orders disappointed me! The rice is dry and sour, the salmon is super thinly sliced and not tasty. Very expensive for such quality. It tastes like supermarket sushi that sits in the refrigerator for several days. I don't recommend it

03/06/2025: Bought a large cafe latte, I thought. When I was going to put sugar in it, I took off the lid and seriously the cup was a little over half full, I told the clerk, that's how it should be. Seriously. Next time I'll order a small one because it has to be the right size

23/04/2025: If they could get 0 stars in total, they got it. We ordered three pizzas on a regular Wednesday night, one of which was supposed to be a family pizza. It then comes as a regular pizza rather than a family. When we call the restaurant to draw attention to the error, we get hold of an employee who did not understand slap. In addition, there was far too much cheese on the pizzas and one pizza had been in the oven for too long so it was completely black underneath. I would never ever recommend the place to others.

21/02/2025: Have eaten here a handful of times. The food is reasonable and the restaurant has a good location. However, we had to go home disappointed today, after a report of over 1.5 hour(!!) waiting time.. There were 10-15 guests in the restaurant? Generally uncommitted service, and some very essential problems in the restaurant. Hope they get the bik under control so we can come in again and get a good burger 🍔

07/03/2025: Good and friendly customer service. Took advantage of a lunch offer on sushi. Unfortunately, the rice was overcooked, and thus the taste deteriorated. The taste of both fish and chicken was not prominent.
05/03/2025: Unfortunately, they only delivered just over half of the food, forgot chopsticks, and when we called we were first told that you can write an email. When we then explained that it was too bad when we sat and had to eat, the solution was that we had to leave the table again, to drive 20 minutes in and pick up the missing food and then 20 minutes back home... then just 40 minutes passed, petrol and atmosphere from the birthday...

22/05/2025: Incredibly loud noise level from the staff behind the counter.
Good that you get along well with each other.
But it's too much when you can clearly hear personal conversations.
It has happened to me several times and is very disturbing and frankly inappropriate.
14/04/2025: Jeg havde en ubehagelig oplevelse igår ved Starbucks Skalborg! Man bør ikke besøge jeres cafe, hvis der er medfølgende børn. Vi var sammen med venner og to små børn på 1 og 3 år, der blev gjort en bemærkning til os, at børnene grinede højt. De er kun små børn, ikke voksne mennesker , hvordan ville I forvente, at små børn opfører sig som voksne?
Det var vigtugt at bemærke, at der 4 andre kunder i cafeen på det tidspunkt. Dette var en dårlig måde at behandle kunder med børn på den måde!
Vi er ked af at sige det, men desværre,bliver det sidste gang mefbesøg på Starbucks for mig og mine venner!!!

20/06/2025: Just received a crispy chicken bowl with curry dressing. The dressing was very hard to find and the salad in it was brown around the edges and definitely didn't taste fresh.
This is not a place I would recommend. Bogø, reberbansgade, Aalborg
