10/05/2025: Last time I've been there!!! This is the second time the owner ignores it, I have asked clearly if you want it!!! His one employee who took the order even said(+wrote) it to him while I was hearing it(standing and waiting)!! But the owner ignores it completely, and can hear him "scolding/creating" himself beyond what was asked, to his employee!! You can obviously afford to be so arrogant (ADD!!!) towards a regular customer, and throw them away!! NEVER again Alsgade Pizza!!!!!!!!

27/01/2025: Kunne vi give 0 stjerner fik i det...vi har her til aften bestilt og hente en nr 95 (en halv grill kylling m. Pommes salat remoulade og agurk salat 89 kr)samt en nr 97 (skinkesnitzel m.pommes bearnaisesovs og salat 75 kr) samlet 164 kr..pludselig bliver det omregnet til 2 menuer til 110 pr stk og en ekstra del til 10 kr ( som vi ikke aner hvad er da der var det i bakkerne som stod under de bestilte numre) jeg blev bedt om at tage 2 halv liters sodavand med selvom de ikke var bestilt så nu var prisen pludselig 230 kr så en mer pris på 66 kr for 2 x halv liters sodavand...forstår ikke hvordan I kan ændre prisen så meget lige pludselig...jeg betalte efter lidt diskution da jeg skulle videre...men det er ikke okay det der er sket...vi har altid været tilfreds ved jer men vi finder andre steder der kan regne ordentligt

13/12/2024: Orders food almost every Friday. They are always nice and provide good service. The food is good for the price. All in all, I give them 4 stars because of service.

16/03/2025: Really good local Pizzaria/Grill. - Always super nice people behind the counter. - Orders are made quickly. Delivery is offered. - Good quality and have NEVER yet had a bad experience after many visits. Standard ok raw materials without Copenhagen lira.

14/04/2025: I couldn't order online as it didn't work. When I called them, they couldn't figure out how to write down my address. And to top it off, the food arrived long after they had promised it would be here. But other than that, it was some really good pizzas.

04/04/2025: Så frygteligt at det var sjovt! Betjeningen var smilende men havde ikke rigtig styr på noget, det var rigtig synd for hende. Vi fik forret og hovedret på samme tid, og maden var bestemt i den dårligste ende af pizzaria mad. Resturanten var beskidt og glassene havde tydelige aflegringer. Da vi klagede over maden, smilede kokken og grinte af os. Første, eneste og sidste gang vi kom der!

The plate too small and there were no napkins When I carried my plate back I pointed out the poor quality of the meat. Answer - you then ate - with a smile that expressed that he did not care

02/05/2025: Fandt en udmærket plads udenfor da jeg havde flyttet rundt på madresternen og tomme tallerken fra de andre borde Bestilte en griltallerken. Kødet var totalt tørstegt og dårlig kvalitet Måtte selv hente servietter. Da jeg bar min tallerken ind gjorde jeg opmærksom på Kødets dårlige kvalitet Personalet gav mig et ligegyldigt grin, og svarede - du spiste da op

07/04/2025: Pizza with an ok base and crust but an excessive amount of cheese and unrefined filling. All in all a disappointment.

11/04/2025: Pizza is good, but Adana durum is probably the worst in whole Denmark, meat tastes like raw and it's flooded by some kind of white sauce (mayo?), which doesn't fit to this dish.

23/01/2025: I would like to share my experience with Castello Pizzeria which was unfortunately very disappointing. First of all I want to mention that the manager of the restaurant was extremely disrespectful and not friendly at all. It is unacceptable to be met with such an attitude as a customer. Furthermore, the hygiene in the restaurant is far from satisfactory. It is worrisome to eat in a place where you cannot trust that proper attention will be paid to cleanliness. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there as you can almost be sure to get sick - I fear you might get diarrhea after eating there. I ordered a pizza which unfortunately was not cooked properly; it was not cooked through and that was really disappointing. In addition, the tomato sauce had an old and inedible taste, which made the experience even worse. All in all, Castello Pizzeria is way too expensive for the quality they offer. I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant as it is not worth risking your health and well being.

14/01/2025: I have used this pizzeria several times, but after several mistakes both with the food quality and the delivery, I cannot recommend this place. I have experienced several times that they do not have control over what you have ordered, they deliver the wrong food and are rude when you point it out. Cannot be recommended.

30/03/2025: The food was excellent and of impeccable quality! Pleasant atmosphere and excellent service. The portions were huge for a reasonable price.

20/03/2025: Four of us ate there. The salad with the kebab plate was nothing. The meat is quite dry. My husband received a different dish than he ordered. The spaghetti was cooked completely soft and the old water was more like a sprite. The pizza was OK. Ambiance...terrible and all of this cost us a whopping €94!!! Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the Efesos.

06/04/2025: Friendly, stable staff. The employees have been there for many years. The food is delicious and well prepared. The premises are a bit boring, but work well. There is a toilet in the basement.

30/03/2025: Tried to call there in English and couldn't understand anything they were saying. In the end guy just said bye bye. Amazing service....
