16/07/2025: Came for morning shawarma, everything’s closed, nobody’s around, absolute horror, they didn’t even leave a note saying they went for a walk. Horror. Horror. Upset 😭

24/11/2025: We had the Best pizzas in Town! Hands down! Especially during summer, where you can enjoy your pizzas in the park, near the water (Bryggen). We’ll definitely come here again. :)

11/09/2025: I ordered a shawarma dish and was very disappointed. Normally when you order a shawarma dish at other take away places, you get a delicious salad, kebab and french fries WITH dressing. I got a handful of dry arugula salad, a small portion of kebab and a dry piece of bread WITHOUT any kind of dressing or dipping… driest meal I have ever had For 97kr? A pepperoni pizza is cheaper I hope it's because the dressing has been forgotten and this is not the standard.. to pay 10kr extra for dressing on such an expensive small shawarma dish, that's robbery

27/10/2025: First of all: the delivery time. That was ridiculous! We ordered at 6:00 PM, on the dot. And then half an hour passed before my phone buzzed with the message “your order is delayed.” WHAT I just thought! It said it would take 15-30 minutes on Volt. WELL THAT’S ABSOLUTELY A LIE! It took another 40 minutes on top of what Volt said! So in total it took 1 hour and 10 minutes to deliver the food! It gets worse though! When I got that message from Volt, I decided to make a call to the pizza man Sibel himself. Then I got such a lame explanation as to why the food was delayed. Plus, I didn’t understand a word of what the man was saying! He was aggressive and charged me money (a whole 20 kr!) when I tried to get an answer nicely and casually about where my food went. It’s simply too bad when your stomach rumbles out of there. Listen: I could have just as easily bought all the goods myself, as well as an entire Ikea oven, and built my own pizza and oven in the time it took Sibel to deliver. Well. But then the food came. The delivery guy made NO eye contact and showed no desire to communicate with the customer. What kind of behavior is that?! Do you send interns with no experience to my address or what???? At least he said (in a quiet tone) bye. Then the food was on the table. I open my salad pizza with tomatoes in pictures at Volt. And to my surprise, something was missing. That's right, it was the tomatoes. On top of that, there was salad dressing all over the slices of pizza AND on the leaves of the pizza package. There were also burnt kebab pieces smeared all over the pizza. GREASE. I almost couldn't believe it, but then I found more to complain about. The salad wasn't distributed correctly between the pieces. Tell me, is it supposed to be that one slice of pizza is just missing greens while the other one is drowning in the rainforest? My good colleague was visiting and had also ordered food from the good gentleman Sibel. He had ordered a double cheeseburger (homemade) with a tomato the size of Jupiter in Volt's picture, compared to the one he received that was squished out and flat like a flatfish. Not only that, but the picture also only showed ONE steak, but my good friend Christopher got TWO steaks! What kind of false advertising is this! We thought the double cheeseburger was just okay, there was a lot of cheese in it. There was, but all the cheese was stuck to the paper! He didn't pay 103 kroner for half a burger! The paper ate all the damn spices! If we wanted to share the food, we would have had a barbecue! The burger bun... whew.. it was wet and murky with grease and shit and what do I know! Then it was also burnt on the top bun! Never in my life have I experienced such a crazy and violently wet bun. I could have had a heart attack from all the fat and oil from the food I got from the good man Sibel. Sibel is probably a fantastically nice and nice man, but he's not a chef. Pack your bags mate, find yourself a new job. But, the food tasted great :)

07/09/2025: *Delivery* fries were half cold and limp, the soy sauce container wasn't tight, the pizza didn't have much tomato sauce and was missing onions, which had been paid for extra.

16/10/2025: My wife and I got a Pizza and a grilled chicken. Super good pizza and fries. The chicken was a bit too small compared to what I'm used to, but we got good service from friendly staff.

21/08/2025: Bought pizza for the family, unfortunately it is very clear that the spaghetti has been sitting for several days and it smells decidedly rotten / spoiled
