10/03/2025: Really bad pizza... Unfortunately, badly disappointed... At just under 100 kroner per pizza, you would at least expect it to be better than frozen pizza from Netto.

22/03/2025: Ordered food for delivery in 40 min. After 95 min, the wrong food arrived. Another 20 minutes passed before the ordered food arrived. In total, a delay of almost two hours. When I called to find out what happened and when the food would arrive, I was met by an angry man who didn't quite understand why I was unhappy. Super bad customer service. The fries were excellent. The meat they use for Greek steak, on the other hand, is inedible.

18/11/2024: After buying pizzas from all the pizzerias in Næstved, we have gone back to Sibels, they deliver insanely good pizzas at a good price and fast delivery. They don't skimp on the cheese on the magarita and in general their pizzas are delicious with loads of flavour. Clear recommendation from here :))

05/11/2024: There are no vegan entrees. Very narrow menu. As I am lactose intolerant, there was almost nothing you could get. The waiter didn't show much about it either. The others at the table mentioned that either their potatoes or meat were not heated properly and that there was a lot of fat on their ribeye (could have just been unlucky of course) However, the falafel salad tasted nice enough. There were just too few of them It's a bit of a shame that you can pay and control everything via the app (if you scan the QR code), it becomes far too impersonal

15/01/2025: I was bitterly disappointed by my spoiled lunch. When they brought the order, it turned out that they add oregano to all pizzas, although this is not indicated on the menu. Be careful if you don't like oregano like me.

02/01/2025: Had ordered 3 durum and all three had only 3 ingredients in the meat, salad and a few pieces of cucumber, there was not even dressing in the food was dry

13/09/2024: I think it was one of the worst places I’ve ever eaten at. They called it a kebab, but it didn’t look like a kebab at all. The bread was really thick and rolled up. Inside, there was almost nothing. Plus, it was so overbaked that it felt more like eating chips. The wait time for this "masterpiece" was 15 minutes.

02/02/2025: I ordered food from them and wanted to have it at home and ordered until 5pm, but the food didn't arrive until 5:45pm and when you try to call them they don't pick up the phone, tried calling them 16 times but without success, then the food came then it was cold

14/02/2025: okay, they make good food, it must be their fault, they just often forget things on your pizza, the final straw was when I ordered a salad pizza and got one without salad

07/02/2025: Food tasted good. Ordered online and had it delivered 10 minutes before they wrote. However, received an open sport 1.5 liters where a small treasure was missing and the shower was almost non-existent

05/03/2025: Ordering 2 pizzas at 1715 and being told 1815 they should arrive.. fine enough at 1815 and at 1915 and at 1930 I call and ask what's going on... Well it's on its way... Well what the hell have you fed the boy a long time ago and put him to bed and got some other food yourself. If she should just cancel my order... Yes, do it because you have nothing and use the food for now.... And damn if they don't just charge us for it even though they never delivered 🤨🤨 The first and last time we ordered from there. 01/03/2025: Ordered pizza at 5.20pm, with delivery as soon as possible, which was approved for 18.20. When 1 hour had passed. and 40 min. I called the place to find out how much longer we would have to wait, here the girl on the phone could tell that they hadn't started with our food yet, but that they would do it right away. 2 hours after ordering and 1 hour after the agreed time, the pizza arrived. No apology for the delay either from the phone girl or the delivery man. One is that you are delayed, that can happen, but a simple "sorry for the delay" would have been in order, and even better a call from their side that you could expect a delay. The pizzas were okay. However, the margarita pizza was very very dry and tasteless.

12/03/2025: DKK 40 to get an extra kebab and you can't even tell the difference 🫡

02/01/2025: Ordered from them, my food never came, then they tried to rip me off my money, definitely can't recommend them.

26/12/2024: They are complete idiots. If you order a pizza without tomato, you will 100% get a pizza with tomato. If you order a durum without onion, you get a durum with onion and a bit of kebab.

24/11/2024: Ordered at 17.20. Got the food at 18. However, the dressing had magically gone from the right pizza to the wrong one, plus there was still toppings that I had written and asked for (the last mentioned I could probably have survived). Call and tell them about it? immediately, and after a LONG talk back and forth, they say they will deliver a new one. At 19, I also call to ask where it is going, and get the answer "we are busy". After that the courier can't find the address so I have to share location over WhatsApp!!! At it is now 20.22 and my pizza is in the oven as it was ice cold now that it was finally delivered. EVERYONE can make mistakes, but how you act on that mistake shows what service you have. Berg has 0! The only reason for the 2 stars is that apparently the other pizza tasted ok - haven't tasted mine yet... At 17.19, precise time now.. 20.28!!!

03/01/2025: WISH YOU COULD GIVE 0 STARS! Disappointing experience - stay away! I ordered a salad pizza, a soda and a tray of fries for delivery via Wolt, but since the pizzeria handles the delivery itself, the order could not be tracked. I pre-ordered at 16 with delivery at 18:25, but it was a complete disaster! My order kept getting delayed and I called the pizzeria to find out what was going on. The first time I was told that the food had just been taken out for delivery – nice enough, I thought. But when I still hadn't received my food, I called again, and this time it was said that the food would only be made in approx. 20 minutes. How can it already be on its way like they said before?! I waited further. After waiting for 1 hour and 36 minutes, I contacted Wolt who also tried to help. They called the pizzeria, which again claimed the food was on its way. I waited another 20 minutes – now I had been waiting for almost 2 hours! When I called back a third time, the man on the phone suddenly claimed he didn't have an order for me at all. He was flabby and offered no new food, refund or apology. I ended up ordering from another pizzaria which delivered my food in 15 minutes. Thanks to Fiorentina 3 Pizza for saving the night! But Pizza Palace - shame on you! Bad customer service, lies and waste of time. This was my first and last order from you.

30/12/2024: Didn't taste good and looked unappetizing. Dough was sticky, the edge was dry. When delivering, we indicated that we would wait at the entrance to the building, but the delivery never came. So I called, but the person on the phone couldn't speak English. Inquired at reception and the delivery was made there. Lieferando was also not updated by the store. No recommendation.
