De bedste restauranter køkken pizza og pasta

20/07/2025: Vi kommer ind som en familie og stiller os pænt op til skranten og venter på betjening. Her bliver vi mødt af en meget sur dame der hverken kan sige hej eller farvel. Hun er rigtig grov nonverbalt og verbalt kommunikation. Vi stiller os undrede over den sure besked og fortæller at det bestemt ikke er vores skyld at hun er stresset og når man bestyrer et spisested kan man levere en pænere besked til sine kunder med fx. Vi har meget travlt i øjeblikket og vi kan tidligst tage jeres bestilling den angivne tid. Istedet blev vi råbt af og fik råbt vi skulle smutte nu! Så kom manden fra køkkenet ud og spille Gorilla Rigtig grim kundeoplevelse og bagefter kom en familie hen til os og udtrykte de lige havde fået samme behandling som os. Hvis man driver et spisested på Bornholm midt i sommerperioden og ikke kan håndterer tusister og lokale egner man sig ikke til at ha et pizzarier og café.

06/07/2025: The owners can't handle criticism, I came down with a pizza where all the toppings were lumpy. There were grease stains all over the pizza tray. The meat was completely unsalted and tasted of nothing. When I went to ask why it had happened (without asking for a refund). Then they just gave me my money in my hand and said I was banned from the place. Really bad way to handle customers, and can't handle criticism in any way.

22/06/2025: Shitty place they talk dirty when you have to find the food you want, they told me I eat like an animal and that I need to lose weight

13/05/2025: Wanted to eat at the place that stinks of smoke. Ordered chicken durum, but got Kebab. Their Danish skills are not particularly good, so they are not easy to have a dialogue with. When I wanted to eat my durum, it was completely impossible to handle because it was full of liquid (dressing, fat and water), which had completely soaked it. I was told that I shouldn't eat the fries first and next time I should say that I should hold back on the dressing. So all in all, it was obviously my own fault. Had to throw more than half out. This is the first time I have experienced such a "jelly" in such a short time. Good thing I didn't order it for delivery - then it would have been completely sloppy. Result: there will be no next time and I will not set foot there again The respect for customers is non-existent

22/03/2025: Ordered food for delivery in 40 min. After 95 min some wrong food came. Another 20 minutes passed before the ordered food arrived. In total, a delay of almost two hours. When I called to find out what happened and when the food would arrive, I was met by a grumpy man who didn't quite understand why I was unhappy. Super bad customer service. The fries were excellent. The meat they use for Greek steak, on the other hand, is inedible.

02/02/2025: This is our usual Pizza spot but unfortunately today found a small hard piece of plastic/glass in the pizza dough. Lucky not to break a tooth. A bit scared to try again. Please do better.

24/05/2025: We ordered 4 Bacon Cheese Burgers. We got 1 Bacon Cheese Burger and 3 regular burgers, one of which had hair inside. Which is really gross.

26/04/2025: We ordered 2 pizzas on Friday. Chose chili and garlic as a side dish. It costs DKK 0. stood there. Paid for the pizzas and was told they would be delivered approx. at 19. First at 20.30 (so an hour and a half later!) we get the pizzas delivered. On delivery, the offer also says that we have to pay extra for the chili and garlic we ordered for the pizzas (which they didn't charge anything for when we ordered and paid). We have to transfer the money to MobilePay, otherwise we can't get the pizzas delivered. So petty and really bad style after such a long wait. Never ordering pizza from there again. Fortunately, we have many other good pizzerias in Børkop...

15/01/2025: The bread tasted like rubber and the meat did not seem delicious in any way. When we had been served the food, the "chef" went out and fixed the car right outside the shop. Huge red flag from here ✋

05/11/2024: There are no vegan main courses. Very narrow menu. Since I am lactose intolerant there was almost nothing you could get. The waiter didn't show much about it either. The others at the table mentioned that either their potatoes or meat were not heated properly and that there was a lot of fat on their ribeye (of course it could just have been bad luck) However, the falafel salad tasted fine enough. There were just too few of them It's a bit of a shame that you can pay and control everything via the app (if you scan the QR code) it becomes far too impersonal

03/06/2025: I ordered a pizza sandwich and fries. The fries were really soft and tasted a lot of oil and fish fillet, I think they use the same oil for most or they don't change the oil often enough. The pizza sandwich had some strange black "stones" in it... I can't say what they are but they look more like large grains of sand. I don't recommend ordering here, so better see if you have any in your freezer.

31/05/2025: I got the wrong pizza. I ordered a bolognese pizza, but got some bullshit with kebab, mushrooms and Gorgonzola. The order was through Wolt, but I called the restaurant first as to see if we couldn’t figure it out. The guy told me he would talk to the driver and then call me back, but never did. I got my money for the pizza. But I really don’t think I should pay for the delivery fee just because the fries were delivered right. I would have never just ordered the fries. The delivery of 69 is more than the price of the fries. It makes no sense. This used to be my favourite place. But over the last couple of years it has become a shithole with no consideration for their customers. It’s become too frequent that they screw up and I won’t be getting food here anymore just because it used to be my favourite place. Zero stars.
