01/01/2025: Good pizza, but it is best to make a reservation because it was fully booked very quickly in the afternoon.
28/12/2024: On December 28th at 4:50 PM, I came to eat pizza, but unfortunately, due to my current diet, I needed to finish eating by 6:00 PM at the latest. When I entered, I was told, “We cannot let you in; this place is closed, and we can only let you in again at 6:00 PM.” This ridiculous rule, which is not written anywhere, was shocking. I will post about this disgrace on all forum sites to ensure no one else experiences it. I hope your business doesn’t prosper.

07/09/2025: Unfortunately a really annoying experience.
We were given a dirty plate 3 times for our brunch and generally a very boring brunch with the very cheap butter and jam packets for the bread. In addition, they forgot our bread baskets and we stood in line at the checkout for at least 40 minutes in total. However, a nice staff who you can sense are busy

25/10/2025: Truly a sad experience. The food is some of the worst I've ever had. We ordered 2 plates of Bruchetta, but what we got had nothing to do with reality. 3 pieces of pizza shaped bread made on a pizza dough with an unusually poor filling. The one with tomato was okay, but the one with cheese was unbelievably bad. 2 pieces of melted cheese on a piece of dry bread. Another piece of pizza with pesto from a bad supermarket. What they call it bruchetta is a direct mockery of Italian cuisine. The chefs were definitely not Italians either, which was reflected in the food and presentation.

11/12/2025: Went to this place for lunch as I was spending the day here. Walking in the staff were not very pleasant, making it feel very uncomfortable as a solo traveller. Very quiet when I started to speak in English, not sure if they are not used to tourists visiting. Food itself was not the best. Wouldn’t recommend going here if you are not local.
19/08/2025: Just an ordinary Kebab/pizza place… and now hold on to the most expensive prices I've ever seen - more expensive than anywhere in Copenhagen and you're only in Helsingør… it should be the other way around.
BUT they have many different lunch pizzas for 69-79kr until 4pm 👍🏼

29/08/2025: The restaurant opened for the weekend where they advertised that they had gotten hold of some super good Angus meat and therefore offered a 2-course menu. We booked a table for Friday evening at 7 pm. When we arrived we were told we could only order pizza…… Told why we were there and what they were advertising. She wanted to ask in the kitchen but never came back and just served other tables and we could then stand and stare. We therefore chose to leave.
I can also see that the owner himself has made a 5-star review and lots of praise for his own restaurant on TripAdvisor 2 days ago!!!!!!

21/09/2025: Quite definitely the worst pizza I have ever got. From our group of 6 people no one left less than 3/4 of the food on the table. Pizza "Napoli" with something like a raw ham julienne cuts and cold coctail shrimps? Avoid this place at all cost!
12/09/2025: Unpleasant experience without any kind of customer service in a big way.
Where a lack of understanding of what you order results in a mix-up and the phone being hung up on.
Sad!
But luckily Café Holmes was on the spot to save a family in need🙏🏻♥️

24/07/2025: I just got a margarita with olives and was really looking forward to it, but it was inedible because there was so much cheese on it that it was completely disgusting. What a shame because it's just about to be thrown out. But he was super nice and provided perfect service

08/12/2025: Super bad experience. We as a group have ordered food, and it takes a little over 1.5 hours before they show up. On top of that, the food was surprisingly cold and the minimal meat that was on both pizzas was rotten. The iceberg and tomatoes were dry. It lacked color. It looked pretty disgusting, to put it nicely. Last but not least, we ordered chili. However, we never got it delivered.
I think a refund of the money is almost the only solution and justice.
19/11/2025: it is a bad shop that makes bad food do not recommend going to this bad shop and i saw a needle in my kebab

16/11/2025: Ordered 5 durum with kebab and got 5 large rolls with only kebab, dressing and salad in them. No onion, tomato or cucumber. In addition, there was a lot of water dripping out of the bottom. They clearly hadn't tossed the salad properly. And you weren't asked if you wanted chili in it.
5 stars for size.
1 star for quality and taste.
06/09/2025: I have ordered food from there for the first, only and last time.
A bacon/cheeseburger in a pizza bun without cheese, and a potato pizza with spinach, where it was clear that it was frozen potatoes and frozen spinach, they were in the lumps they are in, in the bag. It is not worth the DKK 250.00.
The only positive thing was the delivery on time and perfect fries

24/11/2025: We had the Best pizzas in Town! Hands down!
Especially during summer, where you can enjoy your pizzas in the park, near the water (Bryggen). We’ll definitely come here again. :)
11/09/2025: I ordered a shawarma dish and was very disappointed. Normally when you order a shawarma dish at other take away places, you get a delicious salad, kebab and french fries WITH dressing.
I got a handful of dry arugula salad, a small portion of kebab and a dry piece of bread WITHOUT any kind of dressing or dipping… driest meal I have ever had
For 97kr?
A pepperoni pizza is cheaper
I hope it's because the dressing has been forgotten and this is not the standard.. to pay 10kr extra for dressing on such an expensive small shawarma dish, that's robbery

01/12/2025: I bought food here after a long time.
The same dirty hygiene I left back then.
The food tastes good but the man who served with the glasses is so dirty and unhygienic, his clothes are completely stained from food and sauce. And he used the same hands for my pizza fillings as he used for the salad on my pizza and at the end he also scratched his ear and of course he also took my cash with the same hands and immediately went on to make a new pizza with the same hands. It was so dirty to see that I hardly wanted to eat my pizza when I got home. It's a damn shame for customers who don't see this.
Damn dirty.

17/11/2025: Really bad food. Only order from here if you want pizza that tastes like cardboard and bad service. We ordered two pizzas through volt, which cost almost 300 kroner (expensive) the pizzas were ice cold when they arrived, and tasted of nothing. We have contacted volt for compensation, and la Luna has returned and written that the pizzas were cooked as they should be, and there was no follow-up, why they could not accommodate our request. Really really terrible service and food. Never eat from there again.
01/11/2025: Not only are their pitabrød with kebab the smallest in Denmark (literally child size portion), but what little Kebab there is tastes like the stuff you buy in a supermarket like Netto. Completely unacceptable quality.
Oh and if you order late at night they demand 250kr for delivery. Imagine demanding 250 kr for delivery and then presenting the most depressing little baby "pita kebab" alongside rubber fries with no taste whatsoever.
