28/12/2024: On December 28th at 4:50 PM, I came to eat pizza, but unfortunately, due to my current diet, I needed to finish eating by 6:00 PM at the latest. When I entered, I was told, “We cannot let you in; this place is closed, and we can only let you in again at 6:00 PM.” This ridiculous rule, which is not written anywhere, was shocking. I will post about this disgrace on all forum sites to ensure no one else experiences it. I hope your business doesn’t prosper.

14/12/2025: It was the best pizza and döner kebab I've had in Germany, and the staff were very clean and friendly.

11/12/2025: Went to this place for lunch as I was spending the day here. Walking in the staff were not very pleasant, making it feel very uncomfortable as a solo traveller. Very quiet when I started to speak in English, not sure if they are not used to tourists visiting. Food itself was not the best. Wouldn’t recommend going here if you are not local.

19/08/2025: Just an ordinary Kebab/pizza place… and now hold on to the most expensive prices I've ever seen - more expensive than anywhere in Copenhagen and you're only in Helsingør… it should be the other way around. BUT they have many different lunch pizzas for 69-79kr until 4pm 👍🏼

25/12/2025: 160,- for a margherita because it's December 25th is downright criminal. Most pizzas are around 200,- a piece. A completely foolish undertaking.

22/12/2025: I have ordered food from there very often. Unfortunately a lottery every time. Sometimes the pizza is sitting right in the cupboard, other times the pizza is wet and the salad is brown. The same salad pizza can be with tomatoes and cucumbers one day, and the next day only with iceberg. Either there is a large turnover in "chefs" or a lack of guidelines.

21/09/2025: Quite definitely the worst pizza I have ever got. From our group of 6 people no one left less than 3/4 of the food on the table. Pizza "Napoli" with something like a raw ham julienne cuts and cold coctail shrimps? Avoid this place at all cost!

12/09/2025: Unpleasant experience without any kind of customer service in a big way. Where a lack of understanding of what you order results in a mix-up and the phone being hung up on. Sad! But luckily Café Holmes was on the spot to save a family in need🙏🏻♥️

05/02/2026: I've been a customer here for 14 years. The food is good and the staff is super friendly. ☺️

16/11/2025: Ordered 5 durum with kebab and got 5 large rolls with only kebab, dressing and salad in them. No onion, tomato or cucumber. In addition, there was a lot of water dripping out of the bottom. They clearly hadn't tossed the salad properly. And you weren't asked if you wanted chili in it. 5 stars for size. 1 star for quality and taste.

21/12/2025: The atmosphere, premises and location are really good and very cozy. ☺️ The service, there was a mistake on the order and it was resolved quickly. The food, nothing extraordinary that I couldn't make myself in the kitchen. (Maybe even a little better)

20/12/2025: My boyfriend and I have been to this place for the fourth time. We always go there in the evening, so we've never tried the lunch, but we can definitely say that the burgers and pastas are delicious. We also had the same waiter for the second time we really like the service, so who it was on Friday December 19th, thank you so much for the wonderful service. Food was also very good. The portions are good relative to the price.

29/08/2025: The restaurant opened for the weekend where they advertised that they had gotten hold of some super good Angus meat and therefore offered a 2-course menu. We booked a table for Friday evening at 7 pm. When we arrived we were told we could only order pizza…… Told why we were there and what they were advertising. She wanted to ask in the kitchen but never came back and just served other tables and we could then stand and stare. We therefore chose to leave. I can also see that the owner himself has made a 5-star review and lots of praise for his own restaurant on TripAdvisor 2 days ago!!!!!!

22/03/2025: Their pizza is so tasty it ruins my diet every time. Also, the nutella calzzonne is a sin. I will be sinning more often but I don't wanna go to hell. Amen.

19/03/2025: This is an absolute gem, anyone saying otherwise (the guy asking for beef on a salami pizza) is a moron. Go here!

14/01/2026: Nothing special. We ordered 3 pizzas. One was too sweet for my taste and one too salty. It was ok, but not great. Reasonable price. 😀

25/10/2025: The guy at the counter was super nice and gave me 6-7 lollipops to take home for my kids.

27/08/2025: The worst pizza ever. The base was wet and soggy, the filling was tasteless. It was worse than a store bought pizza. The owner was in a good mood, but that doesn't make up for the pizza. .

16/08/2025: Italian place run by Italians, the waiter didn't speak Danish but was friendly and we still understood each other by speaking English, the pizza was good but a little too undercooked and the drink was a little watered down. A pleasant experience nonetheless
