20/07/2025: The absolute best baker in the area. The bread is delicious and tastes like something. I always buy my bread there and yesterday I bought their strawberry pie which was definitely worth the 125 kr. Always good service, always friendly and with a smile on their face despite the hustle and bustle, a lovely place to come hence the 5 stars 🙌🙌🥰🥰

02/08/2025: We were there twice. The food is top notch.
30/06/2025: We had burgers at 3pm on Saturday, and there weren't many guests. It tasted good, and we sat outside with a view of the beautiful wooden ships. The prices are reasonable, and the service is friendly.

20/07/2025: Overall, an excellent place to eat brunch buffet.
Typically many people at 10 when they open, but then nice space at the buffet.
Really good food, especially their red currants and salmon are worth highlighting.
Nice place with nice surroundings and friendly staff.
A bit lacking in some more good carbohydrate sources than bread and potatoes. Their cheesecake is a bit of a disappointment.
In my opinion, the best place to eat brunch in Holbæk, at least if you go for the buffet
19/07/2025: Food is fine but this seems to be the worst of the ribhouses (still ribhouse so it's still fine)
The food was okay, but there was no sides at all (only beef, fries and a sauce).
They were unable to give us ketchup instead of sauce (even though we have had this at other ribhouses). And the server says that it's impossible to exchange them, in a not that nice tone
And the double spareribs was only 1½, after we pointed it out we did however get a discount.
The experience was sadly a long shot under what we had experienced from other ribhouses :/

25/07/2025: The food was very dry, and had some cooking paper in it. The waiter agreed that it was not very appetising, but just said "it dont happen so often".
Been there a few times before, but after today we are not coming back.
