08/06/2026: My girlfriend and I stayed at Orø kro from Sunday to Monday. They celebrated Orø day on Sunday, which was very lively on the island. The lunch buffet wasn't the best, but we were happy with the burger for dinner. We think the combination of accommodation, wilderness bath/sauna and breakfast was really good for the price of 420 kr. for 2 per person. In addition to the inn, there are many things to see on the island, from art, a lookout point, the island's history in an old silo and a cozy old church. We look forward to coming back when it's swimming weather and more restaurants open in the area. Thanks for this time and see you again 😁

24/05/2026: It feels like you are standing in a warehouse and not in a store. Their loyalty program is based on the number of visits and not how many items you buy. They know how to take advantage of the fact that they are the only store on the stretch.

24/04/2026: The meatballs are dry and tasteless, lacking onion and salt, the pork roast sandwich is bad because of (in my opinion) bad bread, the meat and skin and cucumber red cabbage were ok, but change the bread!! Use either sesame buns or brioche, rolls with strong cheese, the "strong cheese' should probably be changed to another because it's not really strong, but very dry and tasted more like a medium-aged product. Service was good.

25/07/2026: 2nd time we order from there. First time I got a pizza with bacon, ended up throwing it out. The pizza was soft the bacon was unfinished. 2 years later we gave it another chance, ordered 2 pizzas and a fries. The pizzas were soft and pasta-like, fries tough and boring. Oops oops oops Pizzas were dripping with grease and were soft and disgusting again we threw them out.

10/07/2026: One of the few thai food places who's able to recreate some of the authentic Thai dishes, so if you're craving authentic food from Asia, you definitely need to give this one a try. Normally i'd suggest to go for heat level 3 , I've noticed that they've started to vary a lot in this aspect, sometimes the dish is very very hot/spicy even for Asians and sometimes they must've forgot about the chillies and comes out quite bland tasting. Very unfortunate for a Thai restaurant

11/06/2026: Good bakery where you can currently get a morning complete: 1 cup of fresh coffee, 1 roll spread with butter (and possibly cheese - extra side dish) and 1 basse in the morning / midday, often on offer. Really good cakes, such as strawberry cake, chocolate cake, etc.
