01/04/2024: The food was ok, nothing special and I didn't see there was a kindergarten where cartoons were shown on the big screen and children could "just" run out into the kitchen, it was a bit unprofessional in my opinion.

28/03/2024: Very nice food and great Italian. Was quite busy but food was still served in a timely fashion and roasting hot. Tasted amazing.

30/01/2024: Good fast food. More of a takeaway than a restaurant despite having seating. Talk to the staff about wants and needs, they are very motivated to be helpful and very friendly. Remember that the prices are cheap.

27/08/2023: We chose to try Niban restaurant as it looked really delicious and inviting. When we arrived, we were welcomed and directed to our place, the employee was kind enough to tell us how it was going. From here it was only uphill. The cleaning was very lacking, there were crumbs on the table, dead insects on the windowsill and the edge of the grill was smeared with old grease. When we got our first round we were positively surprised, it was really delicious and with good marinades. Along the way, we wanted to contact the staff, but when they were finally visible, you could sit and wave to them without them seeing you. We chose to order round 2 and when we had waited for 40 minutes I chose to go towards the kitchen and they said it would take 3 minutes, we gave them 20 minutes before we wanted to leave, when 15 had passed the food finally arrived. We do not plan to return to any of Niban's restaurants, this is not a place I would recommend to anyone.

27/12/2023: (Update: after having visited here several times, we have on each visit not gotten the food we ordered, and needed to clarify a lot with the waiters and re-order food. This leads to a discontinued and not enjoyful dining experience.) A very cozy restaurant with good food and a decent selection. Would definitely recommend it, and I will visit it again. Edit: now visited it twice. The food and service has improved and the presentation of the food on the trays (in 3d) is fantastic. We could hear some minor arguments from the kitchen which took a bit away from the atmosphere, but whenever we were approached by waiters, they were kind and attentive.
