16/03/2025: They serve again and again 'vinegary' cocktails which others also point out and refuse to admit their mistakes because the bartenders are on commission or new to the job and have to put all the spices in people's drinks.
We were a party of 4 who had ordered a lot of things but 3 of their piná coladas were obviously recycled from last weekend because the bartender had used an old pineapple juice. They denied and tried to show a whole new unopened juice... lousy place!
Edit: We're not the first to get "vinegar sour" Piná Coladas when you look through the reviews, it's apparently quite normal over the years that they use last weekend's cream and pineapple juice and deny it afterwards when people can see through it.
And they delete the ratings on their Facebook posts immediately, go way around that place.

27/03/2025: Served a Greek steak that was clearly spoiled. It both tasted stale and smelled sour. I've eaten enough Greek steaks to know the difference.
There was no way they would admit that the steak was spoiled but instead tried to 'blame' me for being difficult and tried to convince me it was because it was Angus meat which I knew nothing about. I now know enough that Angus meat shouldn't taste like beaten lamb or smell like sour dishcloth.
DKK 114 straight down the drain. Damn it!
13/01/2025: My husband and I just went in and bought 2 durums! His was one mixed no. 55 min with bacon and chicken no. 52.. I don't know if any of it was too old, but come on!!! it has such a nasty aftertaste that I'm going to throw more than half of it out, my husband tasted it and spat it out and lost his appetite himself... So I haven't been satisfied in any case... And you have no way of sending either a text message or an email... But you have to drive for it and just get served one despite you've lost your appetite...

02/07/2025: I ordered a small Americano yesterday - it was nowhere near having seen a coffee bean.
I have no doubt that the staff make the coffee as they have been instructed - so the management has decided to use as few beans as possible to "optimize" - then it is just false marketing to call it coffee - besides the fact that it is far from what other Starbicks deliver...
Grab an Americano at McD - it is 18 kr. cheaper and it tastes the least bit like coffee.
11/05/2025: I found a worm in my drink and it was really unacceptable. Also, the chocolate cake didn't taste good - I regretted ordering it. I expect better quality from Starbucks.

23/07/2025: Good pizzas, but they could have used a little more tomato and cucumber on the kebab/salad pizza and it would have been nice to know that it was chicken kebab. But good price 129,- for pizza and soda
20/07/2025: It's crazy to think they put beavers on pizza. I have to be honest and say that I thought beavers were protected, but apparently not. It's hard to eat your pizza when you know that an innocent beaver, possibly with a family, has been sacrificed for the enjoyment of the guests of Bonbonland.

01/01/2025: Takeaway New Year's menu for 10 people.
Everything was ready for pick-up even before time. Great.
And then the food. It was really delicious. So super delicious New Year's food.
Can really recommend them.

And they were large 😃

04/04/2024: I was very excited about eating here as a treat and then sorely disappointed. I had the plaice fish. While waiting served a single slice of bread… mm ok. The fish came with a lobster on top which I am severely allergic to and there was no mention on the menu. They took all the food away and basically cooked the fish more… the fish was served with one lettuce leaf of disappointment, a bit of parsley, a butter sauce and some potatoes. Wow…. Where’s the vegetables? It wasn’t a meal and yet this was 325 DKK. The fish was well cooked all in all but not a lot of meat to it. I asked for a discount considering the lobster was removed and the food standard and I was told no discount possible. The waiter said « sorry for the food » as I exited. So… if you want to waste money on overpriced food, come here. The view is nice….
