22/03/2025: Ordered food for delivery in 40 min. After 95 min, the wrong food arrived. Another 20 minutes passed before the ordered food arrived. In total, a delay of almost two hours. When I called to find out what happened and when the food would arrive, I was met by an angry man who didn't quite understand why I was unhappy. Super bad customer service. The fries were excellent. The meat they use for Greek steak, on the other hand, is inedible.

18/11/2024: After buying pizzas from all the pizzerias in Næstved, we have gone back to Sibels, they deliver insanely good pizzas at a good price and fast delivery. They don't skimp on the cheese on the magarita and in general their pizzas are delicious with loads of flavour. Clear recommendation from here :))

10/03/2025: What do they want? They want food. Ok but the food here is very good. Have had summer houses when we were on holiday in Denmark, usually ended up eating here

13/01/2025: My husband and I just went in to buy 2 durums! His was one mixed no. 55 min with bacon and chicken No. 52.. I don't know if some of it was too old, but add!!! it has such a nasty aftertaste that I'm going to throw out more than half, my husband tasted it and spat it out and lost his appetite himself... So I haven't been satisfied anyway.... And you have no option to be able to send neither an SMS nor an email... But you have to drive for it and just get served despite having lost your appetite...

10/06/2024: Been there 2 times and both times were very boring. The atmosphere was boring and their drinks didn't have enough alcohol in them.

28/12/2024: Mediocre lukewarm coffee at a high price

06/10/2024: There are 4 of us ordering. 3 must have special coffee + bread, where I just need a black filter coffee without bread. The 3 of them ordered theirs immediately, after which I ordered and waited. Then they service about 10 people before it dawns on her that I'm missing my coffee.. ergo, the others are done eating and drinking when I order my black filter coffee in a coffee house.. after 10-15 minutes.. for 1 black filter coffee, nothing special. Idiocy on a high level

14/12/2024: Review of Carl's Jr. My experience at Carl's Jr. was unfortunately far below expectations. My friends and I ordered the same menu but via different ways – they used the order screen while I had to go up to the till as the screen only accepted card payment and I wanted to pay in cash. At checkout, the problems began. I asked for the exact same menu as my friend, but the employee seemed slow and confused. He asked the same questions over and over and it took him a whole 10 minutes just to accept the payment. When I finally got paid and went back to my friends, I discovered that they had only paid DKK 88, while I had paid DKK 39. for what I thought was the same menu. I feared that I had been given a different menu and therefore went back to the till to have it clarified. Unfortunately, it again took a long time for the staff to understand the situation. After several explanations and even more waiting time, I was told that I had to pay DKK 45. more. When I had done that, I was corrected again – now it should be DKK 49. All in all they wasted about 20 minutes of my time just on a simple order. And then to the food. It wasn't even worth waiting for. The burger was dry and the whole meal felt like a waste of money and time. I had expected much better service and quality from a chain like Carl's Jr. Overall rating: Service: 1/5 Food: 1/5 Experience: 1/5 Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Carl's Jr. based on this experience.
