30/05/2026: I have seen the staff practice very concerning hygiene.
And on top of that, the pizza is probably the most disgusting pizza I have ever had.
I visited them once after I moved to the city. Never again.
30/05/2026: I can't remember having had worse pizza. I live in Gundsømagle and like to drive to Roskilde to get pizza instead.

28/12/2025: Paid 150 kr for a toast which they immediately forgot about, despite only a few customers in the café, so we waited 40 minutes. When we finally got it after bugging them, it was extremely underwhelming for the high price. I cannot recommend.
27/12/2025: Boring brunch platter. We were there one morning and had booked a table in advance. Scrambled eggs were made quickly at too high a heat and tasted of nothing. The so-called squash cake was spiced with the rest of Christmas nilleker and had not seen the shadow of squash. Hummus was boring and also tasteless. The only thing with taste was the bacon. The coffee was super delicious.

23/01/2026: We asked for one song so that we could dance. The bartender was so rude and did not respond in a Good Way. This was at 03.00 at night and not so much people, so I don’t think there would be many others asking for a song. Anyways I think that playing some requests would be nice.

14/12/2025: I have ordered food from here on several occasions and specifically asked if the chicken, kebab and pepperoni are halal. The answer has always been that they have both halal and non-halal. I have therefore consistently asked for halal. However, I have later found out that this is not correct and that none of these products are halal. I find this misleading and unacceptable and have therefore warned everyone I have had the opportunity to.
13/12/2025: BEWARE!!!
I have ordered food from Bergamo in the past with several people and have ALWAYS been told that their food is halal. It is NOT.
Today I received a pizza with pork on it. When I called and informed them about this they told me that they do not have any halal meat at all.
Knowing that they have advertised halal meat, they have served pork to several people who do not eat it.

17/06/2026: To date, by far the worst pita bread I've had..
I was simply drawn by the price of a pita bread and had to try it! 35 kroner, you can hardly be disappointed.. cheated again!
The bread was boring, the meat mediocre (however the highlight of the experience), the salad was limp and tomato and cucumber were completely and utterly absent. The dressing, you ask? - yes, it can't compare to the worst one from Netto.. save your money, and go hungry, it's, without a doubt, more exciting!
13/01/2026: Very bad kebab. Dry and tasted old. Never again.

03/07/2026: Small bakery with delicious pastries and hot drinks. The ambiance is very basic, perfect for eating in.
You can buy excellent bread and rolls here.
Very friendly service! We enjoyed it.
22/06/2026: I've never had such a bad sandwich. 35 kr, two thin slices of chicken spread, the cucumbers my 7 year old son could have cut better.
After one bite I didn't want any more.

02/06/2026: Ate there and right after we got home both me and my boyfriend had foodpoisoning... Was first time and last time eating there.
14/04/2026: Extremely dry noodles (and cold). We had to throw it all out.

25/11/2025: On a cold and rainy day, I thought it would have been nice to sit inside in the warmth and have a sandwich and a cup of coffee - I should have stayed out in the rain, it was a cooler experience...
21/10/2025: The best bakery in town! Organic bread that stays fresh for a long time. The atmosphere is nice and the decor is ok, maybe a bit neutral. Mostly really nice service, with a few exceptions. The tables aren't always that clean, but all in all I'm very satisfied, and have shopped a lot here - and also often used the café.

18/12/2025: We ordered from wolt and got something completely different then what they advertised. We took it up with wolt and they said that the food we got looks nothing like what we ordered and they will message the store. So far haven't heard back and didnt get my money back.
We also ordered pasta that they didnt put a lid on so it spilled out in the bag. They are lying with their pictures on wolt. Will not be ordering again
