03/08/2026: We waited 45 minutes, asked twice to place our order... No one came... So we left without trying the food... What a shame... One positive point was the water service for the dog... Good luck to the new team who seem to be left to their own devices and overwhelmed.

02/08/2026: We paid 260 DKK, or almost €35, for four small drinks and a portion of fries. That was definitely the most expensive coffee stop of our entire holiday. Next time, we probably won't go to Café Vivaldi again, even though it's a really nice spot on the market square.

11/08/2025: The pizza had a nice thin crust and looked very inviting. We got a mushroom pizza (4) and a Hawaiian pizza (10). However, there was a lot of savings on the filling, in fact there wasn't enough for each slice 🙄 In addition to that, it was undersalted and completely tasteless. Neither the cheese, passata nor the other ingredients had any taste. Unfortunately, we won't be back.

04/08/2025: Our party of 4 had 2 pizzas, a pasta, an amazing lox salad and 4 drinks...all for 400 DKK. Very reasonably priced. Food was good to excellent. We had to sit inside due to weather, not a lot of ambiance inside, but overall a solid choice for a quick fix of Italian food.

28/06/2026: Good service. Always find what you want. Cozy and small.

14/05/2026: Disappointing service. Ordered items and was given the wrong bottles. The message was that they were almost the same, as I pointed it out. No apology or compensation for the exchange. Terrible service.

14/08/2026: Reasonably surprised with the overall rating at Zhiki Sushi. I have eaten sushi in many places and here are my main points about this place. For a short summary: not recommended. In a review from a year before this one, a user writes that they are surprised by the amount of rice in a nigiri. I could nod in recognition of this, but am amazed that the owner has replied that they would actually look into the "balance between rice and fish". I can see that they have not investigated the matter further. I do not know of any other restaurants that use so much rice in a nigiri, and the internet is full of pictures of nigiri with a nice balance. Zhiki Sushi does not seem to have changed this since the previous review. I could hardly taste the fish in Zhiki's nigiri. The selection on the a la carte menu and ad libitum do not match, so we were disappointed when we had looked at the website first. There were dishes I had been looking forward to trying that I could not get. I'm sure it's probably written somewhere on the site, but we couldn't see it. Haha, you got us! It's a bit of a shame about ordering eight pieces of sushi at a time. It makes it harder to try a lot. I imagine it helps reduce food waste, since maki gives eight pieces per roll, but maybe you could cut the nori seaweed in half and work from there? In general, many of the maki rolls felt very similar - we got through four different ones. The ordering platform is typical for Japan, and the menu is easy to navigate, but I miss more pictures and that drinks are also displayed on the site, so you don't have to have a menu next to it. No draft beer :( But fine with Japanese beer and specials. For 300 kr. per person I expected more. The fact that the place is half empty on a Friday night probably indicates that we are not the only ones who have this experience, but many take-away orders seem to keep the place alive. Instead, try the restaurant next to Føtex by the station or the one on the pedestrian street. It is cheaper and the experience feels better. After such a mess, we have to end on a high note: their ebifry has a slightly different bite than we were used to - in a good way - and the chili mayo was good.

02/08/2026: The food was not worth the price and the waiting time was long. We were asked if we wanted more water (we had 1/3 water left in the jug) she takes the jug and fills it with new water and also asks to pay for two jugs of water (70kr). That is not okay in my opinion.

22/07/2026: Really bad service. Throwing spoons and cups around. We were happy and laughing and that's why they shouted at us. They also asked us to leave because we spent too long considering what we should have. We hadn't been there more than a minute. However, a large Belgian waffle that tasted like it was from the netto. Keep in mind, 50 kr.

12/07/2026: Super delicious ice cream and sprinkles, but a bit indifferent service from the young staff. Good atmosphere both inside and outside in front of the bar though, nice on a sunny day

11/08/2026: Very disappointing experience. The prices are extremely high, especially considering that the food was not particularly good or worth the price. What made the experience even worse was how the situation with our dog was handled. We had a very small Toy Poodle with us, who was quietly sleeping on our lap. We sat down, ordered and paid, and only after our drinks had been served were we told that the dog was not allowed inside. We completely understand that a café may have a no-dogs policy, but there were no signs or clear information at the entrance indicating this. We should have been informed before we sat down, ordered and paid. We were also with our 90-year-old grandmother, who was cold and could not comfortably sit outside. As a result, our family was forced to eat separately, which was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. A simple sign at the entrance or informing us before we ordered would have avoided the whole situation.

28/07/2026: The café is small and cozy. After the sandwich we ordered, you could really think you could order anything here, and that would be fabulous.

29/07/2026: The wait for the food was a little longer here than at the other McDonald’s in town. But the restaurant is located on a busy road close to a residential area and on the outskirts of town, so it makes sense that they are really busy. The food was still good!

21/07/2026: The food was initially delayed 30 minutes, then it became 3 quarters of an hour, without any information or apology. The food was tasteless, some of it was stale. First, only and therefore also the last time

13/07/2026: If you are extremely hungry, stay away. Unacceptable wait time. We waited far too long for our food and there was no information or apology along the way. It ruined the whole experience, especially when you have children. Unfortunately not a place we want to visit again, or order from. The staff stands around and gossips about your order if you have specific requests. The pizzas were thrown into their boxes and the pizza base was like rubber. In short, stay far away from that place…….

11/04/2026: I went there while at a music festival at Gimle. The store is close (7-8 minutes by feet), the pizza is tasteful and the price is very good for Denmark. Just a pure recommendation! 👌🏻

22/03/2026: 150 kr to have two pasta dishes delivered consisting of 99% overcooked unsalted oil-greased pasta with a touch of sauce and a few pieces of bacon The price is good for a pasta dish, but you can hardly call it a dish when it is only pasta and you have to say the price is bad for a kg of cheap poorly prepared pasta.

11/07/2026: No food and no snacks. A not so inviting bartender

23/04/2026: regarding an incident that took place about a year and a half ago at Mulligans in Roskilde, which still has consequences for us. One Friday evening we were at your bar with a group of friends. We were sitting on the upper floor when we went to the toilet. Here we quickly noticed that a water pipe had burst from the toilet before we got out. In an attempt to help, one of us sat down to try to put the hose back in place. Unfortunately, this resulted in him getting soaked and water coming out onto the floor. We then went directly to the bar upstairs to inform the staff about the problem. Due to the busyness, however, we were unable to get in touch with the bartenders, even though we stood there for about 10 minutes. Since we could not get hold of anyone, we chose to go back to our table. 10–15 minutes later, the then manager (or person in charge) came up to our table and asked us to come outside. Outside we were met with a very agitated and unpleasant tone and were accused of having caused the damage. Despite our calm and repeated explanation that we had done nothing wrong, but on the contrary tried to help and draw attention to the problem, the police were called. When the police arrived and reviewed the video surveillance, it became clear that there was no basis for any case and that we had done nothing wrong. The police confirmed that there was nothing more to be found and that our explanation was consistent with what could be seen on the surveillance. Despite this, we were subsequently expelled for life. Here, a year and a half later, we are still being turned away at the door. We find the situation very unfair, especially since we have never shown bad behavior, but on the contrary tried to help your staff. Mulligans has been a natural gathering place for young people in Roskilde over the years – including us and our circle of friends – and it is therefore a great disappointment to continue to be excluded on grounds that the police considered did not give rise to further action. We hope you will take the time to reconsider the matter and look forward to hearing from you.

10/07/2026: It was the best Pizza I've had in years. The bread wasn't the usual cardboard kind, but really good. The filling was nice and fresh. The atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and relaxed and the staff friendly. I'll be back.

30/05/2026: I can't remember having had worse pizza. I live in Gundsømagle and like to drive to Roskilde to get pizza instead.
