14/10/2025: The pizza was really good and had a lot of filling.

10/08/2025: super cozy, decent food, good service. So cozy that on this particular day you could roll dice and get a discount by hitting it right. and we rolled a 6 and got a 15% discount

29/08/2025: Fantastic burger. Good steak, good greens, good cheese, good bacon, good bun and good pickles. The steak in particular was good, juicy and had a nice taste. However, their fries were some of the driest and most boring potato dishes we've ever tried. The chili mayonnaise was simply the most embarrassing time thickened with vinegar. It must be said, however, that it has potential, if only the acidity could be controlled. The garlic mayo was in the same category, nothing to shout hooray for. The only dip that had anything going for it was their herb remoulade, it was good. You get a lot of food. Unfortunately, most of it is a huge time of fries that you want to throw out anyway. If it had been possible to order the burger without fries, it would have gotten a 4/5. The food was ordered on Wolt, so we have to assume that the service was tip-top, at least that was the case with the supplier who delivered the food.

06/10/2025: One thing is that the food was far below what I expected (and in no way Thai) another thing is that they hide their results from the food inspection. But now I've just found it... and it's crazy that they just keep going. Clumsy with clumsy.

05/05/2025: The place is very tiny and the food without chilli on the menu was anyways with chilli oil. I had a coconut milk soup with shrimps whereby there was 2 shirmps, a mushroom, a slide of carrot and a tomato. Very disappointing place.

03/09/2025: Really bad experience with Bisque Roskilde I come from Copenhagen to pick up my ceramics, which is a birthday present. Of course I check the website and opening hours before I make the long journey, but I am still greeted with a closed sign as the store is being rebuilt. This was not stated on their website, although the staff says it is on their website when I show up. I call the store and am not met with empathy from the staff over the phone who say they really need to update the website if they are closed for several days. I have to take the long and expensive way home again. Super not optimal for a student who wanted to give a birthday present on time :(((( Can't recommend it less

26/07/2025: Very disappointed – poor handling and lack of respect for the customer's time and effort I had a really bad experience with Bisque in Roskilde. In April, I painted a cup in the store with a friend – an experience we had been looking forward to. About two weeks later, I got a call and was informed that my cup had broken during firing. It was of course disappointing, and I was also told that I could get my money back if I came into the store. I asked myself if I could take the cup home instead of throwing it away. The employee said yes and said that the cup would be put in the bag with my friend's cup. When I later went all the way from Greater Copenhagen to Roskilde to pick up the cup, I was told that I was not allowed to take it home anyway – because I had gotten my money back and because Bisque usually exhibits defective items. I saw the cup I had painted: It was completely intact, but had a mark on the outside from having been in contact with another object during firing. I assume the kiln was packed too tightly. The refund was referred to as “compensation”. However, it was never mentioned that it was conditional on me not being allowed to bring the cup – and I was never given the option of, for example, a partial refund or another solution. It was a clear breach of the telephone agreement. I left disappointed. I subsequently contacted Bisque again and pointed out that as the author I have the rights to the work I have created and that it may not be kept or discarded without my consent. Their response? That their “procedure” is more important than the consideration for the individual customer. They referred to the Danish Sales Act and possible safety problems (since the cup is no longer food-approved), even though I had explicitly said that I only wanted it as a decoration or souvenir – not for food. I even offered to pay part of the amount back just to get the work I had spent time and creative energy on delivered. This was flatly rejected. It honestly seems completely absurd that Bisque so stubbornly refuses to deliver a defective cup, which has zero value to them – but high personal value to me. This despite the fact that I have clearly stated that I do not consent to exhibition or other use, which they themselves had otherwise mentioned as a possibility. The most disappointing thing is not the cup itself, but the way the matter has been handled: No willingness to be flexible. No recognition of the broken promise. No respect for the customer's time and experience. I have gone back and forth twice and have ended up with a standardized refusal and a refund that does not even cover the overall experience – and which I was promised was compensation. It should have been a matter that could be resolved easily and amicably – but Bisque has unfortunately chosen procedures and principles over real customer service. I therefore cannot recommend the place.

20/05/2025: UNBELIEVABLE treatment on the last day of school On the last day of school, our young people (15-16 year olds) had arranged a party from 22-03 and everything sounded great. The price of 250 per person was a bit crazy, as it only included locals, DJ, music, lights, guards and bus transport from Vestamager to Ishøj (approx. 100 young people). BUT what the young people have received is bus transport from Vestamager to Ishøj, locals, DJ etc., 2 guards.. they had to bring their own drinks. The party will close at 02:15 and the only message the young people get is: go out.. all about 100 young people are now waiting for bus transport back to Vestamager, BUT it is not coming.. so now there are 100 young people 15 to 16 year olds, some have been a little under the weather and just have to understand why the bus transport they have paid for does not come at 03:00!! THEY HAVEN'T PAID FOR IT, only out there, not back.. The idiot who books appointments does this over the phone, so the young people have nothing in writing. The young people have sent emails several times and each time he called them.. WHO leaves 100 young people in a deserted parking lot to their fate.. THAT'S WHAT'S F..... UP and unforgivable (the idiot doesn't have netflix 😳) thank god parents came, taxis so our young people could get home (520 kr for a taxi👍) UNFORGIVABLE treatment of party-loving young people.. SHAME ON YOU ELIAS 😡 STAY AWAY

16/11/2025: The candles in Cafe Vivaldi help warm relationships between one another. Furthermore, their lemon cookies compliment their coffee’s in a sublime way. Their service, very good but not great. Their tomato soup, pretty nice. Really liked the smoothie. Cheers to you, fellow reviewers
