Helles Have

14/08/2026: We had a delicious lunch with smørrebrød. Everything was freshly made.
We sat in a beautiful garden under the trees. Perfect.

My boyfriend and I glamped in Helles Have August 2026. It is SO cozy, quiet and peaceful.
Helle is a super sweet hostess and her son Lauge makes an excellent waffle! 😁
The tents are really cozy and lack nothing. Both my boyfriend and I slept like rocks and we never sleep very well the first night in a new place. All three tents were in use when we were there, but there was still peace and quiet both in the afternoon, when we hung out in the sun loungers and later, when we relaxed in the tent.
Definitely not the last time!

07/08/2026: Don’t order the Diablo pizza. It’s literally a pepperoni just covered in a ton of chilli flakes 😂. Otherwise our other pizzas were “ok”. The place was unclean and a mess. Wouldn’t recommend

If I had to give a criticism, it would be that their chili has too much oil. Otherwise 10/10

29/08/2026: Lovely cafe with great views of the harbour, delicious cakes and treats, some nice other things for sale, and very charming lady. Sandpit in a boat for kids opposite.

14/05/2026: Was here for French Spring and really cozy place. Super subdued in the old house and from the moment you arrive you are welcomed, you are allowed to taste if the beer on tap is the right one and the food comes in less than 5 minutes and tastes like a dream. Definitely a place you will come back to.
Notice that the warehouse is built on stone and they have napkins that are in a French theme. So done
08/05/2026: A truly special place! We were there at the end of March to listen to the Hanne Boel Trio - a very pleasant and intimate atmosphere!

08/08/2026: We had the opportunity to visit this lovely butcher and delicatessen several times during our stay in Stege, and we were always warmly welcomed by the friendly staff.
They have an excellent selection of products, everything is very fresh and of great quality. You can really tell that they take pride in what they offer.
Definitely a place we would highly recommend if you are staying in Stege!

02/08/2026: Absolutely awful. Sunday with a limited menu, breaded fish fillet, unidentifiable. The cheapest and most basic frozen ready-made product. And for that price! In Germany, you'd close your restaurant after two weeks for that. Thanks for nothing.

08/08/2026: A restaurant that's Italian beyond its name: the owners and staff are truly Italian. Excellent value for money and very friendly staff.
Highly recommended. Especially if you're Italian in the area and want to rediscover the flavors that are typical of the area for an evening.
