17/08/2023: This place is the place where you should buy smoked fish. The fish is really good and they used real fire wood to smoke (not only industrial smoke). They are also really friendly. Compare to the one at Ærøskøbing it is absolutely much better. Take the time to come to Marstal harbor !

30/03/2024: Perfect burger! The new wagyo patties are awesome. Be sure to try IT with the smoked garlic sauce (from Olde!). Great little shop with a very nice crew. If you are in Marstal you have to visit!

07/10/2023: A really cozy place with extremely good service from our waiter. She was very accommodating, as my girlfriend cannot tolerate fish, she arranged for the soup to be in addition.
It was stated from the start that it was not possible to pay with anything other than cash.
The food was good and the atmosphere was nice.
Great recommendation from here.

If you are sitting on your boat, looking through the reviews of the surrounding restaurants and wondering which restaurant it will be tonight, then Gamle Vingaard is the answer.

02/08/2023: When the weather is good, it's great fun for little water lovers. A really good water fight could be had here. Be sure to pack your bathing suit! When the temperatures aren't quite as summery, the playground probably won't be as exciting for older children for as long. But (according to the notice) there is still a lot to be built here. The Skipper team definitely has great ideas! 😉 Keep it up! 👍

21/08/2023: Nice hostel with a shared bathroom and kitchen. Unfortunately we slept opposite the bathroom and could hear the door opening and closing all the time. Very obedient. Everything else was fine. Neat rooms and a friendly welcome.

01/09/2023: A small, simple restaurant with a sparkling clean kitchen. Very friendly owner family who cook and serve themselves. The food was very tasty and also inexpensive. We recommend.

22/10/2023: Very charming, with a breathtaking view and above all a wonderful team who takes great care...we were confined on the island because of a terrible storm but thanks to the intervention of the lady at reception, we were able to have 1 place on the 1st ferry. This allowed us to avoid delaying the return of the car. thank you so much
10/10/2023: Have stayed in many hotels in Denmark and this is one of the best. Large rooms, well-functioning bathroom and cozy restaurant with lovely food. Hotel Udsigten may be familiar with its name, because you live approx. 20 meters from the water with the most beautiful view towards Langeland and the sunrise. High level of service. I would love to come back.

03/03/2024: Super delicious. A fantastic eatery right in the middle of Marstal, where the hosts really put the guest at the center. You feel the happy and positive atmosphere the moment you step inside, and it lasts all the way through. It was the owners themselves who were responsible for the service and the kitchen, respectively, and I have rarely tasted such delicious food and good service. It is definitely a place I would recommend.

10/03/2024: Nice location, friendly staff, beautiful looking food on fish shaped plates, but the pluses end here. The food had too much oil, the fish tasted worse than what I get in my company canteen, and the chips smelled weird as if it might have been fried in the same oil used for the fish(?) and worse of all, it is seriously overpriced, all that 💵 paid to possibly give on stomach issues for the following night which was our case…
