De bedste restauranter i Esbjerg

03/08/2025: There were 4 of us who shared a number of smaller dishes including artichoke, shrimp toast, flatbread with broccolini, squash and grilled spiny lobster. The dishes were tasty with a good variety of ingredients and spices. Cozy atmosphere and very friendly staff. We tried a nice white wine from Bogense.

25/07/2025: Fine dining without a set menu, guests can choose from a lovely selection of snacks, starters, appetizers, first courses, main courses, and desserts. Great ambiance, attentive service, and high-quality ingredients. Excellent!

02/07/2025: Cozy and nice surroundings. Polite and professional staff who are clearly properly trained and experienced in delivering high quality. We had a glass of champagne, which was really delicious. Then beef tenderloin with gemuse, new potatoes and a wonderful sauce. To this, two glasses each of Peter Sisek's PSI. The perfect wine for that serving. Price 1000 DKK per person. The only reason there is no top rating is that the steak was too small. We are in West Jutland and a steak for 370 DKK (plus 60 DKK for potatoes) should weigh more than 150g. I'm not even sure it weighed that much. That's a tall order. It was small! That doesn't ruin the experience, which was really good in all other respects. I would still say we are dealing with the best restaurant in Esbjerg! Perfect for a romantic couple's dinner or a professional networking dinner like we had. Thank you!

31/05/2025: En rigtig dejlig oplevelse at besøge Mundheld. Der er en rolig atmosfære og sødt og smilende personale. Vi fik serveret rigtig lækkert og veltilberedt mad. Der var tid til at hygge mellem retterne. Alt var perfekt. Tak for en dejlig oplevelse 🤩

06/12/2023: Was there Dec 3, 2023 Was served buffet plate. Fantastic and sumptuous. World's best!!!

18/11/2023: Friendly, fast service. We had gyros. Well done with thick fries. All other dishes were priced at a higher level.

12/12/2025: I ordered 2 pita breads with ham on wolt. It is the absolute worst pita bread I have ever tasted. The ham was crunchy dry, and tasted like it had been out of the fridge for a few days. I am not usually the type to complain, but the pita was absolutely inedible. So I contacted the restaurant, they told me that their ham was fresh, so they would not compensate for anything. 200kr straight down the drain, too bad!

23/04/2024: Ordered 2 special plates (Mixed salad, feta, chicken and kebab with potato wedges and dressing). But instead I got french fries with dressing and red onion... How can it go so wrong for them. Tried calling, but didn't get through... DKK 200 out the window. Can't recommend ordering from there.
