16/08/2025: Some of the best open sandwiches I've ever had! Had fish fillet and roast beef. All the garnishes were made from scratch and tasted really good. I was super full after two pieces. If I come to Faaborg I know where to eat next time.

22/08/2025: The food wasn't particularly tasty for a specialty store, but perhaps that says more about our high standards than about comparable local quality. (I would have returned it at Lemmer, and that's a snack bar!).

10/08/2025: I booked via the website and showed up at the agreed time. Even so, the food had gotten cold. There is very little filling on the pizzas. I bought a pizza with bacon and kebab and the dry kebab pieces could be counted on one hand and the pizza had what is equivalent to 1 slice of bacon. And our salad pizza was really just kebab and iceberg... Not so much as a tomato or cucumber. Here they clearly feed the customers their fill with pizza base and cheap fries. The service seemed dull, sad and indifferent... The restaurant itself looked like a classic, boring and identityless grill bar from the mid-90s. The fact that the store was full can probably be attributed primarily to the poor selection of competitors. Not recommended unless you can't choose anything else. ----------- Update per Aug 10 ----------- They say they have a large parking lot, but there's maybe room for 6 cars... and it was full when I arrived... probably because people wait a long time for their food! It's also clear that some of the reviews for this place are fake!... NO ONE would describe this place as "dangerously addictive" or that it's supposed to be Denmark's best pizza - because it's far from it. For example, notice all the Turkish-sounding names that have reviewed the place in English and almost praise them in English... it seems striking... The way they respond to reviews is also a good picture of how little they care about service.

24/07/2025: Warning: One slice and you’ll be hooked! I came in hungry, left obsessed. Their pizza is dangerously delicious. I’m not saying I’d move next door just for this pizza… but I’ve thought about it. 😂 Crust: 10/10. Cheese: Melty heaven. Vibe: Cozy and cool. Go now, thank me later!

14/08/2025: It was an evening with a view, it had been a busy day at the place but we got a wonderful burger, the meat was fantastic and the service was very personal, and a lovely experience. Can only give my best recommendations...come in good time😃

18/08/2025: My husband and I are visiting from the UK. We saw someone Klinten with this HUGE pizza and had to try it. We weren't disappointed. It was delicious. The portion size was massive, plenty of left overs for lunch and dinner the next day.

26/08/2025: This is a very cute and centrally located cafe. Unfortunately, they serve very bad coffee. So bad that we had to throw it away. The ice cream is probably much better, but we didn’t try any on the occasion of our visit.

12/08/2025: 0 stars from here. I call to see if they deliver, he says yes, and asks what I want? A pizza and a pita bread. Then when he hears the order they suddenly don't deliver because they are busy. Bad service, friend..

10/08/2025: Bought a pizza sandwich with kebab as a takeaway. The staff was very friendly on the phone when we called in the order and our food was ready at the agreed time. Sweet and smiling staff. Highly recommended.

18/06/2025: A nice little cozy place, a little outside the center of Faaborg town. Good affordable prices, delicious barbecue dishes, and a wide selection of Thai dishes. Definitely worth a visit 😉

19/08/2025: Yesterday around 2 pm there was and the whole shop was empty no cake no bread nothing at all there were just empty shelves and the door was open because it is open until 5 pm

21/09/2025: Today I got a sausage mix that was dry and with boring french fries.. the sausages seemed "old".. the taste was not very good.. so I am not so happy to buy food at Skovtrolden. The lady behind the counter always seems so angry and irritated.. looks pale and sick :/ I don't understand why she continues if she doesn't bother..
