31/05/2025: We two Jutlanders had to have Brunsviger and we got it at a nice price, a whole cake for 50 kr, enough for 6 people. Nice Brunsviger, but a little too much solidified sugar...

The place exuded peace and coziness, despite the fact that it is still high season. The food was really delicious! All in all a wonderful experience 😊

The three employees were more busy laughing and talking about the evening on the town than serving customers. Unfortunately, it was too frivolous - and we found another place.

20/05/2025: Visited Byens Bager Broby on Saturday, May 17, 2025 Have picked up all my bread there for the last 12-15 years!! On Sunday it went completely wrong! Ignorant rude and provocative staff....have never met anything like it!!! Arrived at 10 o'clock, wanted 4 rolls and asked for a Gifel and a horn. No, you know what, you can't bake that!! So I wanted 2 elm and 2 coarser..... The young lady finds it and puts the loaves on the counter where you pay and then finds a bag!!! Then wants to order a combined French bread with light bircher for Sunday. No, she tells me it doesn't exist, I'm employed here so I know what we can bake she says while she screams with laughter and shakes her head!! I have written to Byens Bager Broby and they think that their employee was excused that she should have contacted an adult....yes ok it is not for me to know!!! With such an unprofessional employee Byens Bager Broby probably does not have much chance in the future.....unfortunately Honor be to Byens Bager Broby's memory
