14/08/2025: We had a meal there the other night which was also great but today we had a desert pancake. Pancakes and ice cream were nice. Staff were friendly, atmosphere was relaxed. What more could you want.

18/08/2025: We stopped at this bakery by chance while riding our bikes toward Faaborg. We popped in to buy some bread and also left with a sweet treat. The products were absolutely fresh, simple, and high-quality. On our way back from our trip, we stopped again and picked up another loaf of bread and a couple of sweet treats... in short, it was impossible to resist Klitgaards Bageri. The girl who served us was very kind in making recommendations based on our preferences. Highly recommended because you're sure to find what you're looking for...and more.

23/11/2025: Seems like a family run business. The atmosphere and spirits are always high and the service polite. Always feel welcome. The quality of the food is good, very much in line with what Danes want when they order pizza.

16/10/2025: We stayed with our camper van during the fall break. The peace and quiet, right on the beach in the off-season, was first-class. The dog had plenty of room to run around and play in the seawater. The sanitary facilities were clean, and the reception was always very friendly. The only drawback, but unfortunately a significant one during the cold season, was the broken sauna in the on-site pool. The whirlpool bubbled nicely, but unfortunately only at normal pool temperature. Otherwise, it would have been perfect.

06/10/2025: A great spot right on the water! A very warm welcome and beautiful grounds. From here, you can go on some lovely bike rides. The site has everything you could want or need. We were here in the off-season and enjoyed the peace and quiet. On our onward journey, we were very pleased that the ferry dock was only a kilometer away, although we hadn't known this upon arriving by land – a wonderful surprise. Some of the pitches down by the water offer a view of a small harbor. We'll definitely be back!

28/10/2025: A truly awful place. I see others have had the same experience with their fish and chips – it gives you a stomachache. We arrived in Faaborg harbor by boat in the summer and visited the Faaborg Røgeri Café – it was a terrible experience. Stay away.

17/10/2025: It could be done better, with very little effort. 2 half pieces of rye bread for an otherwise large plate is just too little. The fish was nice, but was too dry, as if it had been sitting out too long. The potato salad was not good, but it was the beer, which was beyond the usual you get everywhere else.

13/11/2025: First class service, first class food and always nice and clean everywhere, the staff is so nice and friendly and checks everything, whether it's take away or we eat in the restaurant outside or inside. I can only highly recommend DANG V. BRØNDEN I FAABORG ( despite a sad smiley today because I forgot to hang the inspection slip up visible, it's simply a detriment to the inspection but it costs 2000,-) But forget it, it's the best restaurant in the world 💯💐💐💐😘

04/10/2025: Have been occasionally picking up pizza from this place for many years and enjoy delicious pizzas with a good ty det baked base!

10/08/2025: I booked via the website and showed up at the agreed time. Even so, the food had gotten cold. There is very little filling on the pizzas. I bought a pizza with bacon and kebab and the dry kebab pieces could be counted on one hand and the pizza had what is equivalent to 1 slice of bacon. And our salad pizza was really just kebab and iceberg... Not so much as a tomato or cucumber. Here they clearly feed the customers their fill with pizza base and cheap fries. The service seemed dull, sad and indifferent... The restaurant itself looked like a classic, boring and identityless grill bar from the mid-90s. The fact that the store was full can probably be attributed primarily to the poor selection of competitors. Not recommended unless you can't choose anything else. ----------- Update per Aug 10 ----------- They say they have a large parking lot, but there's maybe room for 6 cars... and it was full when I arrived... probably because people wait a long time for their food! It's also clear that some of the reviews for this place are fake!... NO ONE would describe this place as "dangerously addictive" or that it's supposed to be Denmark's best pizza - because it's far from it. For example, notice all the Turkish-sounding names that have reviewed the place in English and almost praise them in English... it seems striking... The way they respond to reviews is also a good picture of how little they care about service.

07/03/2026: We received a very warm welcome at this establishment where we celebrated my little nephew's christening. The space allocated to us was pleasant, well-heated and decorated, very bright with large windows to keep an eye on the nap in the bassinet. 😉 We were delighted to meet the father's family. The menu was enjoyable, varied, and well-composed. The central room was a great idea for discovering the little one's gifts together. A big thank you also for your patience, as we were able to stay a little longer with my niece, her husband, their little boy, and with my brother and his family. It was kind of you to give us this extra time.

29/08/2025: Fantastically delicious café with tasty food and coffee. Cozy atmosphere. The coffee roastery is an experience in itself 🤩 Nathan is a fantastically knowledgeable coffee roaster. We have come home with many new inputs for optimizing our own coffee brewing. We are looking forward to tasting the newly purchased coffee varieties.

20/08/2025: We had a great meal and the service was excellent. The smoked salmon sandwich was excellent, and the coffee was delicious.

24/08/2025: Small, quaint, and absolutely delicious food. Despite the café vibe, it's definitely restaurant-quality!

14/08/2025: It was an evening with a view, it had been a busy day at the place but we got a wonderful burger, the meat was fantastic and the service was very personal, and a lovely experience. Can only give my best recommendations...come in good time😃

25/12/2025: Picked up pizza at the pizzeria and enjoyed it here with good beer and coffee afterwards. The whole of Midtfyn's "youth club". Thanks for that!
