27/04/2025: Lovely food on a lovely terrace, with sunshine and a direct view of the seals' permanent sandbar. The staff were very friendly. My daughter and I had a nice lunch.

09/06/2025: This is a really good restaurant when you expect to get some good food and friendly service and if you need to change something about a dish it is no problem at all just ask the staff and it will be changed immediately a really fantastic experience thank you very much for a nice evening

LIGHTHOUSE BURGERS

29/05/2025: A nice little local burger joint run by a young owner. Due to its location, it gets very busy in the evenings, which unfortunately means you'll have to plan on waiting, or you can order online and just pick up the burgers. This is probably the best solution. Otherwise, plan on waiting 30-45 minutes during rush hour! The burgers taste great. The amount of sauce made me skeptical at first, but it hardly overpowered the rich flavor of the burger. 145 kroner for a meal with fries and a drink, or 90 kroner for a single burger, with 40 kroner for fries—that's a reasonable price.
28/05/2025: This was our first time here and we were absolutely thrilled! The burgers were really juicy and flavorful—you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. The fries were also incredibly delicious: crispy, golden brown, and perfectly seasoned. Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere rounded off the whole experience. We'll definitely be back!

03/01/2025: I love this place! Been coming for nearly 15 years, and will keep coming back. Warm, welcoming, fresh produce from close by, made with love.
03/01/2025: Beautiful and cozy atmosphere, this time we only had tea, coffee and sweets! Burgers and fish are highly recommended! Thanks for the lovely afternoon!

Now Værftet has also got their own beer, brewed by Fanø Bryghus.
06/04/2025: We did not get food during our visit. But some damn good drinks. Super cozy place, definitely worth a stop if you are on Fanø.

The ice creams were delicious 😋😋
And the atmosphere was very nice, it seems like you were in a cafeteria from the US movies

03/05/2025: Big disappointment!!!! We looked on the internet. Dogs allowed - think, nothing with dogs allowed. Despite making a reservation for my birthday dinner, we weren't allowed to take our 5-month-old dog inside.
That's why we prefer to skip the celebration and cook ourselves in the holiday home.
We also looked on site before making the online reservation. No notice that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.
And then sitting outside in the cold in the evening - definitely not!!!!
