09/11/2025: 2 day course stay. Beautiful conference room, dinner served in cozy surroundings. The "rest" of the hotel has the feel of a conference center.
08/11/2025: There was something sticky on the wall in the bathroom. I think the cleaning staff is not instructed to clean the wall and therefore they do not take ownership. Classic problem with cleaning... Anyway, the rest of the room I had was OK, plenty of space. My overnight stay included breakfast and the street breakfast is expensive. Food in the prices was a little sharp (schnapps or similar) I have almost never seen that before, at least not in Denmark and not at hotels in this price segment. If you value a good breakfast, then I would choose this hotel over anything else within 50km. It was a really good experience. The breakfast moves the overall experience up to 5 stars. The fact that there is a Tesla supercharger makes charging a breeze and in the nearby town of Middelfart, I ate quite an excellent Thai dish for dinner. Middelfart is also cozy and has a nice harbor with some special architecture on the harbor front. All in all, a good experience.

28/08/2025: The food was ok.
However, we had been delivered the wrong pizza, which I had to contact them about. The person I get hold of when I call, however, cannot see the problem and asks what I would like to happen, where I say we would like to get the pizza we had ordered. His answer was, "well, you have got a pizza", and then offered me a discount code that I could use on my next purchase.
I had to argue with him that we would like to have the pizza I had ordered. He got angry and said they would come and pick up the pizza we had got, which they did, and then give us a new one.
Then another 30 minutes went by on top of the hour we had already waited, and when the pizza arrived it was only lukewarm.
They probably make nice pizzas if you pick it up from there yourself, but their service is non-existent, and the staff I got hold of should know how to solve a problem with the wrong delivery, and accept they have made a mistake.
11/08/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever tasted. Service is also top notch.

We decided to leave again, I don't think anyone noticed we left
23/11/2025: Had a very memorable evening at Jataco today - never experienced such poor service before, while the food was good.
We didn't get all our orders (we had to ask the staff several times). The table wasn't cleared once during our 2 hour visit, so we ended up sitting at a very messy table.
Despite this, the food was tasty, but due to really poor service:

03/12/2025: We just wanted a bite to eat on a Wednesday afternoon at 2pm. We were seated, moved to a sofa group. We wanted to order food at the counter, but were told we had ordered, uhh no we haven't, It actually got a little uncomfortable that she kept claiming we had ordered, until those who had ordered made themselves known. 3 of the things we wanted were sold out. We finally got drinks and food after 30 minutes. Both bagels were missing arugula, which they didn't have. The tam bagel with salmon had no flavor and the last panini that was ordered only had cheese and ham in half of it. It was a really disappointing experience, ugh. The place needed us to remove wilted flowers and clean it. Otherwise, an ok place with the decor. vh

23/07/2026: One of the worst cafe experiences I have ever had. The staff were extremely unfriendly and greeted the guests with sour faces and an indifferent attitude. You do not feel welcome or respected as a customer.
In addition, the glasses were dirty and the cleaning seemed very poor in general. This is unacceptable, especially in a place that serves food and drinks. I will never return and cannot recommend this place in any way.
23/07/2026: I had a very disappointing experience at this cafe. While I was trying to order, a staff member turned his back on me and ignored me before I could even finish ordering. I then went to another staff member and explained that the first one hadn’t listened to me, but he simply replied, “It’s not my problem, get on with it.”
I asked for my drinks to be non-alcoholic. After I said so, he looked at me in a way that I found condescending and disrespectful. As a woman wearing a hijab, I felt like I was being treated with disrespect because of my hijab.
When I finally received my drinks, they were clearly made without care. The glasses were not filled properly and they had none of the decorations that the other customers’ drinks had.
I left the cafe feeling unwelcome and deeply disappointed. I hope that in the future this cafe will treat all customers with the same respect – regardless of their appearance or religion.

21/07/2026: Cozy place but there is not much space where you can pick up your brunch and when you are right in the middle of the hallway where everyone has to go to pick up their husbands it gives a bad experience and a lot of noise.
