23/03/2024: Usually never disappointed but we were this time. DKK 141 for what I would call hand bait which has been in a cooler all day.. that's an ounce. 1 star from here.

17/03/2024: I am ordering cold cuts square for collection on 18/02-2024. I have ordered for 30 people, and I am really looking forward to the guests at my son's christening having it. We cut it out according to where we can see that the topping splits. After we have cut it, we can see that there is not enough for 30 people. When the first 14 guests had been up and take a little piece, I say a little piece. Then there is no more. So the 16 other guests got nothing. As well as those who had had it, were still very hungry and could not feel close to being full at all. Very disappointing when you pay over DKK 1000 and are told that there is enough for 30 people and then not even half of the guests have had it. It just ruined the whole atmosphere and people were so disappointed and my husband and I are furious😭😭 Never ordering there again

31/03/2024: We went to the Drive-In and ordered 2 plant-based whopper menus for DKK 119. When we got them, they were whoppers with meat. We say we ordered plant-based, but both the two I talk to (including the restaurant manager) say they haven't heard that, and they can't do anything about it. The manager says I have to pay again if I want them plant-based. Because THEY haven't heard it! Crazy! After much discussion, the boss, very annoyed, says okay to make what we ordered. While we wait we decide to drive again without the food as we don't want to eat food made by someone who has so little sense of customer service and got so annoyed with us even though THEY had made a mistake. A whopper costs what... DKK 10 for them to make? So for DKK 20 they could have provided a useful service, but their customers are obviously not worth that much. Even if we had ordered wrong, it would definitely have been the right service to offer. It's so stupid and pathetic for them to create such a situation, but it just shows that the customers don't matter, only their own ego and bottom line count.

23/03/2024: Got a burger and fries that were cooked well. Will come again and try other burgers. The toilet was not clean and there were many people at work, so they should clean it.

31/03/2024: The toilets are smelly and gross and don't seem like they are cleaned regularly.

27/03/2024: Very fast service at the table, even though the restaurant was very busy. Clean toilets and free parking. Popular meeting place for young people, parents with children and travelers passing through.

26/03/2024: Friendly staff. But even the staff can't make up for the hard facts of the room and location. The room is shabby and unfortunately not very clean. In the corner there is a loud fan instead of air conditioning. No recommendation. Sorry

09/02/2024: Nice hotel, but with dubious accounting problems. I only received a partial invoice and am stuck with part of my business trip costs. It is not possible to issue a full invoice. However, cashing in in full worked smoothly. If a Danish tax official reads this, I would be happy to give a statement! When can I expect my FULL bill? ADDENDUM: After many emails, calls and attempts from booking.com, I finally received the bill and can therefore give it two more stars.

12/09/2023: Super delicious food. But have now experienced 3 times sitting in a queue for their phone, without them picking it up. Despite the fact that it just keeps calling. The first time I waited in vain for 12 minutes. Too bad 🙂

01/04/2024: STAY AWAY from this KFC. It is the car park outside Kfc that you need to have a parking disc. If you are not careful, there is a fine of around NOK 1,500. There is a completely wild parking attendant who runs around and writes fines. We went into the restaurant and came out after 10 minutes. The fine was NOK 1,500. STEER AWAY!

06/02/2024: Hand on heart, the pizza is really bad. I have eaten many pizzas in my life and I would say I have good taste buds when it comes to that part, but these are really bad. The dressing is discolored and thick and the pizzas are stuffed with cheese - bordering on nauseating. Cheap ingredients and dry pizza.

12/01/2024: A really bad experience. Order with them for the whole family. Gets a confirmation that says they will bring the food at 7.55pm. 20.25 I call and ask if it is on its way. Here is the message that the order has been cancelled, and I have been notified of this. Checking everything through - no message. They send me on to Easy2Eat which is the company that apparently handles their website orders. Here the message is the same "You have been notified". While I am talking to them, they are also on the phone among themselves, and it dawns on them that none of them have informed me, the customer, that the order has been cancelled. In return, they can tell me that the money has been withdrawn and that it will take 2-3 business days before I can get it back. So they agreed to the order, took my money and then immediately canceled the order, without telling me. It's not only bad style, it's also illegal.

27/03/2024: When you order from home, you don't have to wait 30 minutes for your mediocre pizza when there are only 2-3 other customers in the store. Bad service and bad experience

02/10/2023: Small selection of food and only a cake for dessert. The price is about DKK 50 too high compared to what else you can get for DKK 168 in a buffet

03/09/2023: Very classic Chinese buffet, with sushi. Also has take away some option. Always smiling and welcoming staff. As well as really nice little homemade spring rolls 👍

07/02/2024: Delicious avocado "burger", with salad and smoked salmon, french fries, chili mayo; tasted good, ample quantity, got (free of charge) a small freshly made juice. A little cold in the room.

22/01/2024: Today I have been to tika basa cafe with my girlfriend, it was really good food and cafe.

03/05/2024: I came in a few weeks ago after ordering on the app 15-20 minutes before closing but I never received a confirmation. I walked into the store and was immediately told by the worker that she’s not serving anymore. I’m not sure why you have a closing time if you close before that window. I told her that I made an order on the app about 10 minutes ago. She hadn’t even seen my order and just told me “oh I can’t make it anymore as I shut everything down already”. No apology for not seeing my order in time. Then she offered to make a few other things from their menu which I politely declined. She continued but I still politely declined and told her that I didn’t want anything other than what I ordered but it’s fine that she can’t make it. Then she asks me to come the next day to get my juice… I don’t live in Vejle so I told her I can’t. I kept waiting for her to offer me my money back but It felt as if I had to come up with a solution for a mistake she had made. I then told her I could come back in a few days when I’m in Vejle again. Then she told me that it had to be between 8-12 while she’s working, which is also while I’m working. So I had to get someone to cover for me so I could go get a juice that I didn’t even feel like having anymore. No compensation for wasting my time, no free stuff to make up for her mistake. No nothing. Not even a single apology. Only a “good that you could come today” when I went to pick it up a few days later. I was also there a few days ago when she offered other customers in front of me to take some extra things with them as she’s closing soon and will have to throw them out. Again I got nothing. Safe to say I’m not going back to the establishment in Vejle.

31/01/2024: They make you wait 2-5 minutes before they bother to accept your order even if there are no others in the queue. Worst service in the whole city.

27/03/2024: Ordered 2 items today. A kebab mix and a Hawaiian pizza with extra garlic and pepperoni for collection. Rarely have I met a more lazy person. Ohhhhh you have to pay........ Me. Is it all there. Him. Ohhhhhhh yesaaaa. You just have to pay.... Then I come home with my pizza. The most important thing is missing from my order. Pepperoni........ It all runs on an app or digitally. It says what needs to be worn. Maybe he couldn't read .......... I am very disappointed. Had to drive myself as the driver obviously couldn't. Was asked to collect myself. DISAPPOINTED..........
