17/03/2025: Stopped by on a Friday morning. Although they only opened at 09.00, we were allowed to sit in the premises until they opened for service. The service was polite. The food tasted great, although an omelet for NOK 125 unfortunately couldn't fill a plate full.

18/02/2025: To Sunset Boulevard Vejle I am writing this complaint because I had a completely unacceptable experience at your restaurant which I believe you should take seriously. I visited your restaurant recently and ordered a Meatfree Burger as I don't eat meat. When I received my burger I discovered to my great surprise that it had bacon in it! I immediately went to the counter to point out the mistake, but was met with a rude and flabby attitude from your employee. This employee, who wore a gray shirt and had a tight bun, had a name tag that only said "CA" – no full name, which in itself seems odd and unprofessional. When I explained that I had bacon in my Meatfree Burger, she replied with a buttery smile: "It's just a little bacon in the salad". Excuse me, but how can an employee of a restaurant make such a serious mistake so easily? Not only did she not take my problem seriously, it seemed like she didn't understand why it was a problem at all. I tried to explain to her that I had ordered a Meatfree Burger for a reason, but she just rolled her eyes and said something like "Well, it's not meat-meat, it's just bacon". Honestly, what kind of attitude is it to have as an employee at a place where customers trust that they will get what they order? How can you hire someone who doesn't understand their job or customer service? To top it all off, it also seemed like she outright ignored me at the end, while instead she stood talking and laughing with her colleagues. It was so extremely unpleasant and condescending that I had to leave the restaurant without a solution to my problem. I was left with a wrong order, a really bad experience and a frustration that I had been treated so disrespectfully. I expect you to take this complaint seriously and to either train your staff better or reassess whether certain employees are even fit to work in customer service. I would also like to know what steps you will take to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Samra

17/02/2025: Imagine eating a burger and suddenly you bite into something hard, almost breaking a tooth. This is exactly what happened to me. There was a capsule in the burger.

31/12/2024: Love to order from here when we go to the cinema so our order is ready for us when we come out of the movie; The food is usually top notch and you are greeted by helpful and nice young people when you enter. Can definitely be recommended!

08/12/2024: A very nice hotel. We have had the Christmas lunch there and it was great, the food was good, the music was fantastic, the rooms are clean with comfortable pillows and duvets

05/12/2024: It is a cozy and nice place. Nice clean rooms with a very convenient location. The hotel is located in a quiet area and you sleep very well in their beds.

29/05/2025: In burger 🍔 king there are great coupons that make me choose this particular restaurant and not another one it is much cheaper but is it better? Here I had no objections to eating fries 🍟 hot super burgers also ok 🆗 service fast efficient but there were no crowds but in the holidays when there will be a lot of tourists it can be a problem. however I recommend bon appetit 🍽️

28/05/2025: As a Burger King enthusiast, I am very sad that this restaurant only has 2 stars; it was all a shambles! It seemed as if half the staff had disappeared. The first thing you saw was the overflowing of trays, food scraps, paper and cardboard cups in the waste section (right when you came in the door). In the kitchen, the floor was overflowing with paper and food waste, and you could barely see the floors in the toilets because of the paper waste 😦 Hello - is there an adult present???

19/05/2025: Really good pizzas, delicious taste, good filling and good bases. Our new favorite pizza place in Børkop 🤩 (And we've pretty much tried them all)

30/11/2024: Ordered food online at 17, with delivery until 18. Quickly get a confirmation/acceptance at the desired time. We will contact them at 1815 when the pizza had not arrived. Again at 1835. Where it is said that it is now on its way. At 19 the pizza appears. Cold. And we with two disappointed girls. This is not a one time incident. We have often chosen to collect because we do not trust the delivery. But there we have also experienced waiting times of 25-30 minutes. No message, no "sorry for the wait" upon delivery. Generally good pizzas but the level of service is like the wind blows. Won't buy there anymore.

26/01/2025: The service was very good and the atmosphere was fine - neutral. But the food wasn't that great. Lots of lovely ingredients smothered in way too much salt and especially way too much sugar. Kind of like eating salty jam with vegetables in it. I wish these hippy looking places would have the balls to serve food without covering it in sugar!

11/03/2025: Delicious and tasty food! Super friendly employee (Especially the employee who was at work tonight :-) A pizzeria where safety is top notch, - Maybe only surpassed by McDonald's :-) :-) But definitely the best pizzeria in Jelling!

10/04/2025: Simply the worst salad I've had in my life. DKK 125 for a bowl flooded with salad mayo, a slushy iceberg salad and dry falafel. Almost inedible .. or undrinkable due to all that mayo swimming around

11/05/2025: The food is as it is, not quality. However, there were smiles on every girl I saw in the windows. From my research, this is the locals favorite drive in.

04/05/2025: On Friday 2 May, we drove in to get 2 large FILTER COFFEE. that had to be made something new, but you could offer American, we declined that and announced that we would wait for the filter coffee. 2 minutes later they came with 2 large coffees and it was not filter coffee, but americano, we drove and poured it out. .

10/05/2025: delicious varied running sushi with a tablet so you can order specific dishes and it is delivered directly to the table.

05/05/2025: Ordered take away from their restaurant, when I got home I thought it smelled a bit strange. So I look at the fish and see that it is completely gray and slimy. When I then contact the restaurant, they believe that it is completely normal, even though I also explain that it does not smell as it should at all.

06/04/2025: NOISY HOTEL DISAPPOINTING MANAGEMENT We stayed here MAR 2025. The hotel was quite difficult to find. Your GPS will take you to the building - but there are not any sign showing that the hotel is here, nor the entrance to the reception. Some construction is going on, but then at least put up a temporary sign to help the guests. Check-in went fine. We got a key and found the room. The hotel is surrounding a big dining/lounge area with access to three restaurants and a bar. It looks really nice. But…. We learned that loud music is played in that large dining area as it becomes evening. And they play very LOUD and ALL night - until like 3AM. You can hear the bass pounding away in your room. The receptionist cannot do anything about it. … and he confirmed that the noise is most likely the same in all the rooms. Next morning a new receptionist is at work. He was informed about the noise. Apologised. And did nothing else. No refund for a sleepless night!! I can in no way recommend that you stay here - unless you are there to party all night.

28/03/2025: I liked a lot the breakfast variety and quality and more than that the fantastic service at the breakfast buffet! The guy the attended us was very kind and professional.
