16/08/2025: Friendly service. Delicious food. It's not exactly a restaurant, but it's definitely delicious. And the food was beautifully presented, which, by Danish standards, was excellent value for money. We expected what we expected.

23/12/2025: I have no expectations for hotels and the service industry in Europe; I'm just looking for something passable. But these two nights have been a terrible experience. The moment I opened the door, I was hit with an unpleasant odor. Even after opening the doors and windows to ventilate, the smell wouldn't dissipate. Later, I discovered that the blankets, pillows, and towels all smelled of sweat. It was incredibly difficult to fall asleep in such a smelly bed. The smell was slightly less intense the second night. So I figured it was the previous guest's lingering odor. I wanted to tell the front desk, but there was no one there. Parking downstairs is paid. There was no kettle in the room, nor any tea or coffee packets. There was no service guide, only a QR code for scanning. The bathroom had hand soap, shower gel, tissues, a hairdryer, and disposable cups. The faucets and tissue box were gleaming. I saw a guest review saying they were kicked out of the restaurant by staff. The staff explained that it was because the guest was eating instant noodles they brought themselves. Honestly, if there's a kettle in the room, who would go to the restaurant to eat instant noodles? The good thing is that there's Wi-Fi.

23/12/2025: Really nice room and bathroom, super delicious breakfast buffet. Don't know the price. Since it was a format. But nice surroundings. Parking in Vejle city is definitely impossible, and crazy expensive, so take the train! It's not the hotel's fault though :)

06/12/2025: There was an animal in the salad on my pizza, I went down to complain about it and they accused me of bringing the animal into my food from my home and told me to get out. They were very threatening. STAY AWAY

12/08/2025: It's a shame the café doesn't have its own restrooms. The ones at Føtex leave much to be desired. The staff are usually smiling and friendly. The coffee is good, and the place is nice, though it's crowded outside because of the main promenade, and a bit noisy inside because it's connected to Føtex.

06/01/2026: It was a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, with a comfortable sofa and a lovely view. Breakfast offered a wide selection – from various cheeses and freshly prepared omelets to fresh fruit, all served with a fabulous view of the water. The spa area was clean, and we lacked nothing. We particularly appreciated the policy of restricting access to the spa area for children under 16 from midday onwards, reopening it to everyone at 4:30 pm. This allowed us to enjoy the midday offerings in a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. While the water could have been a touch warmer 😉, it didn't bother us too much. Furthermore, the staff were always very helpful and attentive. We will definitely be back!!

28/07/2025: Nice hotel, with a large selection in the breakfast buffet. Nice with a swimming pool, and easy access. Improvement request - talk to the municipality about getting a bike path on Munkbjergvej - far too unsafe to ride on it with small children.

08/11/2025: Here you will definitely find one of Vejle's best pastry shops. Super beautiful and tasty little cakes with a great passion for craftsmanship and aesthetics. Little flavor bombs in many different varieties, but where you can also get good old bakery classics if you are more into simple things. Sweet and welcoming staff - can be busy especially on weekends, but good food and good prices for the quality you get. The drinks are also good and well-balanced with a good balance. I had a hot cocoa that was made with a lovely deep tasty dark chocolate that had a good thick consistency. Really delicious. And my sister had a good aromatic and tasty coffee. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Vejle. The only downside is that the acoustics in the room are really bad, especially if there are a lot of people (like the day we hit). It was very difficult to talk and hear each other and the ventilation was quite bad so the air quickly became heavy and very hot in there. So I would recommend only sitting there if it's not busy and otherwise takeaway is probably the best.

18/10/2025: Maybe it's just me, but if it doesn't say there are tomatoes and cucumbers in a sandwich, and there are tomatoes and cucumbers in a sandwich anyway, it's NOT my fault. That's what the owner of Vanilla thinks in the meantime. So be careful what you choose at the refrigerated display case, if you choose incorrectly based on incomplete ingredient lists, it's just a shame. I've never experienced anything like it! The owner of Vanilla has clearly lost his mind completely.

22/09/2025: The food was ready at the ordered pickup time, polite service and the food tasted good 👍🏻😊

09/08/2025: The parking lot outside delivers a fine of 915 kr because you haven't seen the nice sign hiding behind a construction container. It took Q-pqtk 10 minutes to come up with the fine. Nothing at Lagkagehuset or the others about remembering the parking disc. And all this in the middle of a mess of construction debris and gas station asphalt. Well done. Really well done. That meant morning coffee for a total of 1214 kr. Rip off

30/09/2025: Great location, fast service and cozy atmosphere. Definitely a place to go back.

08/09/2025: Our food was excellent and reasonably priced. Ordering was done at the self-service terminal and was very quick. So, I would give Togo a 5-star 🌟 rating. Unfortunately, one customer went into the open kitchen and served himself, which is completely unacceptable.

10/04/2025: Simply the worst salad I've ever had in my life. 125kr for a bowl flooded with salad mayo, a limp iceberg lettuce and dry falafel. Almost inedible .. or undrinkable because of all the mayo swimming around

10/10/2025: The pizza is okay, nothing fancy, but pretty average. The selection is good. The staff is very friendly. Not really suitable for eating in; takeout is better.

23/07/2025: Nice little "ice cream cafe". They make delicious pancakes, but I really wish they used real whipped cream and made the Belgian waffles themselves.
