28/03/2025: A platter of a juice menu The food at the restaurant was good, but the juice menu was a definite disappointment. It seemed as if the flavors were not tasted with the same care as the food, and several of the combinations did not suit the dishes at all. Some were downright unpleasant to drink in conjunction with the food. The table next to us had previously tried the juice menu and were clearly skeptical about trying it again – and for good reason. It was an experience that can best be described as the emperor's new clothes. Having to pay 900 kr. for something that felt so randomly put together is completely absurd. My wife chose the wine menu The Untraditional, but here too there were disappointments. Several of the wines were so sour that we honestly did not understand the choice. Conclusion: Save your money and order a bottle of Pellegrino instead.

08/12/2024: New Nordisk cuisine with a very seasonal centric menu. Our experience was exceptional with attentive service. We chose their juice menu and non-traditional wine pairing. Be prepared to spend some time here, as a full menu took us 4.5 hours.

14/10/2024: Hmmmm. This is a tough review to write. There were good and bad… The wine bar is centrally located in Vejle. It is a cozy and intimate small place with a relatively small number of seats available - which is fine for a small wine bar. They have a very fine selection of interesting wines - and tasty it turned out. They do have a very small selection of mainly snacks - but you can order the charcuterie board if you want a little more. My wife and I dropped by with our grown son a Friday evening. All tables were occupied, but we were able to get a seating by the window on the high chairs. It seemed like the one waiter/bartender at work was quite busy so we got the menus our selves at the bar. After a short while the waiter came to us and asked if we had any questions. We did have questions about some of the wines. But after a short talk it turned out that the waiter (In a wine bar) knew nothing about wines and he had not tasted any of them either. He was not even sure if they had the wines because they were sold out on several he said. So we ordered a wine without assistance. When he came back to serve the wine, he had already opened it and he did not offer us to pre taste it before pouring. That was a first for us at a wine bar. We ordered the charcuterie board - and cancelled 45 minutes later, as he was still not preparing it. As he said: “I’m busy”. And I agree - there should have been two persons at work this Friday. I ordered some bread and asked him if he could cut that immediately - which he did. During the evening he never came by to ask if we needed anything else. We ordered another glass of wine and had to do that by the bar. The wines we tasted were both really good. The bread also was good. But the lack of service and knowledge of the server was a disappointment. We may try it again in the future in the hopes of improvement.

The service was friendly and accommodating, which made the visit even better. 😍 The restaurant was clean and cosy, and it was pleasant to sit there. I was very satisfied with the whole experience and would love to come again. It is highly recommended to visit this place.🙏☺️ Was served by the sweet young worker Benjamin😁

09/06/2024: We found this inconspicuous restaurant only about 10 minutes away from the Hostel Givskod Zoo. Were warmly welcomed in English and the kids were given delicious chewing gum. We were so excited about this delicious meal that we went back the next day. Cheap and really delicious. We also got ketchup and tartar sauce for free. Fries are crispy and the pizza 🍕 is great! If we go to Denmark again and are near there, we'll be happy to come back! So dear holidaymakers... don't let the size of the restaurants fool you. 👋🌻

14/10/2024: My wife and I dropped by here a Saturday evening with our son. Despite not having a reservation they were able to get us seated. They have a nice choice of food and beverages. We really enjoyed the food but the wine (The Pinot Noir they had) was not really tasty. Not a bad bottle - just a below mediocre wine. I would sure recommend that this place changes their wine selection to some more enjoyable wines. Five stars for food Four stars for the wines The service level is nice and professional. They are quick and attentive on a busy night. We would definitely return.

08/03/2025: Brunch for the birthday party on the first warm sunny day of the year, of course it made a difference.. Delicious brunch with lots of different delicious things, so there is something for everyone. Many homemade things. There was plenty of people later people went up and took the dishes again. Delicious beverage. Several rooms and each with an outdoor terrace, so you could go out and enjoy the weather and the company and admire the beautiful surroundings. There is a farm shop that sells several of their own products, for example chickens, as well as trinkets, flowers and specialities. You can now buy the gift for the party. You have to book parties well in advance, is popular. ♿️there is a parking space behind the yard, and there are no tiles, so the approach is difficult with cobblestones if you have difficulty walking or are in a wheelchair. But think it is possible to drive into the yard and set one off. There are spikes in the yard. There is a disabled toilet without a door step.

17/11/2024: Vi havde bestilt frokostbuffet til en rund fødselsdag i familien. Da vi fik anvist vores bord,så vi, at det dryppede ned fra loftet på både stole og borde, hvor vi skulle sidde. Madrasserne var våde/ gennemblødte på flere af stolene. Vi ønskede naturligvis ikke at sidde til den pris med vand dryppende ned over os til en familiefest. Personalet svarede, at det var kondens,og at de ikke kunne gøre noget ved det. Først efter at vi selv foreslog en anden medarbejder,at der kunne flyttes om på opstillingen, så vi kunne undgå brusebad, fik vi løst problemet. Ærgerligt at de ikke straks selv forsøgte at løse det. Mange øvrige borde og stole var også våde. Buffetmaden var ok.

02/03/2025: A small box that normally costs DKK 30 is sold for DKK 99, which is insanely expensive. And just noodles and some chicken Therefore will not come there again. For DKK 99 you can get an all-you-can-eat buffet. Stop it, they really take the piss out of people. And guides are not so smart. They pay overprice

26/03/2025: Mega impressed, there was a mega long queue to drive in and many people in the restaurant, but it didn't take long before you got your order and your food Well done She at the checkout even had a sign that I had a dog and offered free dog biscuits 🤩

18/02/2025: To Sunset Boulevard Vejle I am writing this complaint because I had a completely unacceptable experience at your restaurant which I believe you should take seriously. I visited your restaurant recently and ordered a Meatfree Burger as I don't eat meat. When I received my burger I discovered to my great surprise that it had bacon in it! I immediately went to the counter to point out the mistake, but was met with a rude and flabby attitude from your employee. This employee, who wore a gray shirt and had a tight bun, had a name tag that only said "CA" – no full name, which in itself seems odd and unprofessional. When I explained that I had bacon in my Meatfree Burger, she replied with a buttery smile: "It's just a little bacon in the salad". Excuse me, but how can an employee of a restaurant make such a serious mistake so easily? Not only did she not take my problem seriously, it seemed like she didn't understand why it was a problem at all. I tried to explain to her that I had ordered a Meatfree Burger for a reason, but she just rolled her eyes and said something like "Well, it's not meat-meat, it's just bacon". Honestly, what kind of attitude is it to have as an employee at a place where customers trust that they will get what they order? How can you hire someone who doesn't understand their job or customer service? To top it all off, it also seemed like she outright ignored me at the end, while instead she stood talking and laughing with her colleagues. It was so extremely unpleasant and condescending that I had to leave the restaurant without a solution to my problem. I was left with a wrong order, a really bad experience and a frustration that I had been treated so disrespectfully. I expect you to take this complaint seriously and to either train your staff better or reassess whether certain employees are even fit to work in customer service. I would also like to know what steps you will take to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Samra

17/02/2025: Imagine eating a burger and suddenly you bite into something hard, almost breaking a tooth. This is exactly what happened to me. There was a capsule in the burger.
