Bluefin Odense

Me and my boyfriend went to eat at blue fin in Odense today.. The atmosphere was cozy and calm, which was just us, but the food could have been better etc.. the rice was really sticky and fell apart several times, the salmon smelled strange aka bad and the cucumber tasted sour.. They forgot some of our things in our order, but fortunately corrected it, although quite late in our order.. However, the staff were nice, especially her our server We would probably like to come back, maybe we just came on an unlucky day 🫤

Still the best sushi ad libitum in Odense for now, but the waiting time had increased since my last visit. Almost 1 hour passed before the first order arrived despite the fact that there were not many people in the restaurant. The quality of the food had also taken a dive, which was probably to be expected when the price has not increased accordingly, compared to the increase that can be seen at other sushi restaurants. In addition, strong raw materials have been added to most of their sushi, which makes it difficult to enjoy the pure taste of the fish and you have to buy extra drinks to a greater extent. Overall, it still gets 4 stars, but has fallen in my assessment of the food and service. On the other hand, it seems that they have moved, so that you don't experience being squeezed in the restaurant to the same extent. Previous review 2 years ago: Really good food, nice service and good selection on their "all you can eat menu". It gets 4 stars because a slightly longer waiting time than I had expected and then the atmosphere is characterized by the fact that they unfortunately do not have as much space as they would like. During the visit, I was squeezed into a corner and had to ask my girlfriend to move if I had to go out.

Delicious refined sushi, cozy surroundings, very friendly service and full attention. Yes, we will definitely come again!
