Stayed at the hotel for one night on a deal with accommodation, 3 course menu and breakfast. The room was nice, large, a little worn and with a terrible shower. It was completely limescaled, and felt like syle. The 3 course dinner was delicious and tasty. However, the bread for starters was very dry. The service was fast and polite. Breakfast was nice, but missed the opportunity to get a caffe latte or other delicious coffee. Most of the staff at the hotel were foreign.
The location is tip top in relation to the center and the water.

Nice location in relation to the center, okay rooms and nice view.
We were there on a luxury stay with 4 course menu, wine menu and breakfast.
The dinner was quite terrible and what was supposed to be hot was cold. We have never been served such bad and tasteless food before. When you mentioned to the waiters that the food was not good and cold, they just switched to English and then stayed away from the table.
The breakfast was okay.

The location alone is worth five stars. A few minutes walk from both the water and the main street of the city. Beautiful view from the hotel. Amazing breakfast with everything you need. The rooms, the restaurant and the dinner is fine but nothing extraordinary.

Very nice and good hotel. I have only been there for Christmas lunch, with an overnight stay. But I got nice service and a good room, although the beds were a bit hard, but that is a matter of taste. Good large premises, with good acoustics, and plenty of space.

Very nice, clean and quiet hotel, very nice and helpful staff, beautiful view from the room, comfortable bed, I highly recommend it, varied and good breakfast, and also a great location not far from the beach and the market square, so you can explore the city on foot at any time without worrying about getting back to the hotel. I highly recommend it again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Lovely hotel, tasty and plentiful food, sweet but mostly non-Danish speaking staff in the restaurant.

Super nice 2 day stay.
Really good 4 course meal with wine both days.
Super service in the restaurant, you have to look for such good service in relation to a wine menu, as there were wines we didn't drink, so we got tastings of others and then chose from them.
The food was really good, so everything was as it should be.
Super service at the reception.
Rooms were clean and there was a fantastic view on the 1st floor.
We would like to recommend the place.
We will come again.
Lovely hotel with the most beautiful view...over the strait...nice to take a morning walk down by the water...there..!!
