Restaurant Colosseum Sønderborg

I was here tonight with a colleague on a superb food adventure, which was supported by incredible service, which our waiter Laura provided. She was incredibly welcoming, patient and smiling. Her warmth made the stay wonderful and lively, and we left here with a big smile on our face. Huge praise to her, and not only was the food good, she made sure we never lacked for anything and we were comfortable. Hope others can see the superb and down-to-earth personality that the young waiter carries with him. I don't think her performance should go unnoticed and I hope my colleague's experience leaves a mark on her and the entire team at Colosseum Sønderborg! She deserves it! Would highly recommend stopping by and get a smile from good food and a friendly waiter (Laura).

If you call it a sat eel, I must say that when we asked for more, it came with a certain attitude, how much we could have if we also wanted more potatoes. When we later asked for another napkin, they were thrown on the table. The service couldn't speak a word of Danish, but the waiter was probably the worst I've experienced at a restaurant in a long time.

A bit of a wait, and we had King Fidde's dish, which was not overpoweringly hot and the meat not really tender as a simmering dish should be. Wienerschnitzel was inedible, as it tasted of old fryer. Service was ok.

Vi besøgte stedet i forbindelse med vores ferietur og vores oplevelse var positiv i forhold til at vi fik servering rimelig hurtigt og maden var smagfuld og lækker. Tak for mad 👌🙏

Vi spiste frokost her, og fik tre forskellige slags smørrebrød. Hønsesalat, roastbeef og rørt tatar. Det smagte alt sammen rigtig godt, men det er halve stykker smørrebrød, og brødet med roastbeef var vel 2 cm højt. Det lignede en håndmad. Det er ganske enkelt for dyrt. Det sidste stykke smørrebrød var ikke kommet efter 20 minutter, så det måtte vi rykke for. Lidt svært at få kontakt til serveringspersonalet.
