03/08/2026: Okay, but nothing particularly special. Plenty of seating (outside in summer), mostly under awnings; generous portions, but also typical Copenhagen prices. The word "cafe" in the name is a bit misleading; it's more of a restaurant/bar/cafe.

10/07/2026: I had one of the worst customer service experiences here. I’ve visited this place a couple of times before and never encountered anything like this. We waited quite a while for the food, which I understand since it was a busy night. However, it was extremely difficult to get the waiters’ attention throughout the evening. At the end, we asked to split the bill. While I was briefly speaking to someone next to me, a waiter with the buzz cut came over and said, “Hello, can you pay?” I found this quite rude and inappropriate—especially after such a long wait for both the food and the bill. There’s really no excuse for this kind of behavior.

28/07/2026: Excellent food. Well cooked and seasoned in a way that most people will love it but no one will hate it. The waiter was brilliant but they were a bit too busy for the price tag. Memorable restroom!

11/05/2026: Can’t believe I’ve never visited in the past 28 years! Lovely cozy little bar serving a well curated selection of Danish, German, and other beers. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with a clear passion for great beer. Excellent.

And at events you must have booked a table. Super nice statue and the opportunity to walk to the long line or up towards Copenhagen
