26/07/2025: This wasn’t food – it was an insult! The food arrived cold at around 10pm. The pizza was hard as crispbread and completely covered in spices – as if the entire spice jar had been dumped on it. The cheese seemed like an afterthought, just sprinkled on at the end. The whole thing was sloppy and rushed – as if the kitchen just wanted to close quickly and didn’t bother to cook proper food. But they could take money. And compensation? No, they refused of course. I’ve honestly never seen a pizza look so miserable and unappetizing. The dressing was missing, even though it was part of the order. The other dishes were downright inedible. Especially the two “butter chicken” dishes – tasted of Tobasco (chili-like), The meat was rubbery and unidentifiable, like processed scrap meat. Nothing about it felt right. It’s all still in my fridge – as documentation. The food was so spicy that it felt like someone had dropped a whole bag of chili into the dish. After one bite, we could barely speak – it burned our throats and mouths and was downright unpleasant. I have been ordering from this place for many years, but this was the last straw. Something must have changed – new ownership, poor staffing, or just total indifference. Regardless, I will never return, and I would strongly advise against ordering from here. Additionally: It is completely unacceptable that your delivery person entered my home without permission. It was a borderline and unsafe experience – especially for my 14-year-old daughter, who was frightened and uneasy about the situation. I expect you to ensure that in the future your delivery people are instructed to respect people’s privacy and never enter private homes without consent.

11/10/2025: Their Turkish bread is the size of a pita bread and they charge 60 kr for it. There is almost no difference between it and the pita bread, so take the pita bread.

21/07/2025: You can feel the buttery goodness soar through the air as you pass by in the morning. Customers can select any bun on display and upgrade it with butter and cheese or other ingredients and “construct” a sandwich. Lovely atmosphere and smiling and friendly staff. The double shot espresso was decent.

16/07/2025: Price and quality do not match. Their BMO with West Coast cheese costs 40 DKK. For that money you get two slices of cheese that only cover half of the bun, and the slices are cut so thin that you can see right through them. It's a waste

20/10/2025: I ordered a Stracciatella Bowl with the option of extra chicken via Wolt. You forgot the chicken, and of course that's what can happen. But what I don't think is fair is that in such a case, only a paltry 29 kroons is given as compensation. It's not fair, because I'm left with a dish without much protein, and I have to order another one to feel full. So I almost end up paying double the price because you're making a mistake that you don't want to correct in fairness. I've already spent thousands of kronor at Grød, but it's definitely over now.

20/09/2025: Not the biggest selection, very few extra ordinary flavors and all tastes super sweet and chemical. We had cherry and raspberry. Far from any natural taste. The apple pie one pretty bad and consistency was grainy, like biting on sugar crystal and couldn’t taste apple just rum rosiner….

10/09/2025: I've been there twice at 8:30 PM to buy ice cream, but both times the shop has been completely closed – despite the fact that the opening hours are later. It's really a shame when you go there expecting it to be open.

17/10/2025: Ordered a deep pan pizza and received a completely normal pizza with ABSURDLY much crust. The restaurant refused to refund. Super rude.

19/10/2025: Sad thing, the fish used to be two nice pieces, now you get one that even looks like some half-made product from frozen that hardly tastes of anything. From the best fish and chips to indifferent meter goods.

11/10/2025: You once got 2 fish in fish and chips and many more fries. Was there for culture night and got 1 fish and fries that only just covered the bottom. That's really not much when you pay 129 kr for it and you're not full. At least it tasted good, you got your food quickly and it was hot.
