08/10/2026: I've never had bad service, always had delicious pastries - and today was next level - I had the world's best brownie 😍

16/09/2026: Today (September 16) I was just supposed to have a simple cup of coffee at Bodenhoff on Borups Allé, but was greeted by the most unprofessional sight ever. Behind the cash register were four employees who obviously had more important things to do than take care of their jobs. It was the absolute worst service I have experienced from a team in a long time. Totally unprofessional! I asked nicely to have my crème brûlée coffee made a little extra sweet. What does the clerk do? The person in question stares at me with an extremely condescending attitude and snarls directly: "I don't make your coffee" and "What does sweet mean!?". Excuse me, WHAT?! 🤯 If you have actively chosen to work as a barista, then you must at least be able to do your job and understand very basic ingredients! Who hires employees with such poor upbringing and zero sense of customer service?! You should be ashamed of yourself. I will NEVER set foot in your place again, and I will personally advise everyone in my network to do the same. Find some people who actually want your customers to be happy! 🗣️Stars: 1/5 (Unfortunately, you can't give zero!)

26/12/2025: How the mighty have fallen. If this is the level McDonalds is delivering, their future is bleak. Food is abysmal, service is slow and inattentive, not clean, piles of boxes in the kitchen, food was packed by a three year old (or so it seemed). Stay as far away as you can.

31/07/2026: 200 kr. per person for food that unfortunately doesn't taste like anything.. We got Butterchicken, Papadum, and naan. Butterchicken lacked flavor, papadum came with mango chutney?, naan was really just tasteless flatbread. We have to wait for them to go bankrupt and get new owners again.

28/05/2026: I was there with my 3 friends yesterday I was really satisfied with the food and service. The lamb curry was the best among the all and also they made fresh mango lassi which was also really tasty. Highly recommended and good value for money

01/07/2026: We have often bought dinner at Mæsk, but unfortunately have had a lot of bad experiences lately: cold food, dry steak and lack of taste… Even though the price of one dish has only gone up. Today we bought salmon, which was completely dry, with beurre blanc that was like jelly and had no taste, everything was cold. So it's not okay with those prices!

22/07/2026: Probably the driest croissant ever! 7/11 makes them much better - besides that thebirke's bread was dry without cream. Scones were okay. Sausage horn was also dry. Overpriced without ketchup. Like steak without sauce

05/09/2026: Today, September 5th, I went at 4 PM to buy a coffee and something to eat. When I arrived, the counter was completely empty; only bread remained on the shelves. All the pastries were in the trash. When I ordered a latte and a matcha latte, both were weak and only available for takeout. According to Google Maps, the closing time is 6 PM, so it seems unreasonable to offer such terrible service two hours before closing time, with no options to choose from or buy anything.

15/08/2026: I had a really unpleasant experience here today. I ordered an iced coffee with oat milk from one of the employees. When I got the coffee, I specifically asked if it was made with oat milk. Another employee initially said yes, but when I asked again, she said it wasn't. She took the coffee back, but then insisted that I hadn't ordered it with oat milk at all, even though she wasn't the one who took my order. When I calmly said that I definitely had ordered it with oat milk, she replied that her colleague had said something different and started speaking to me in a very rude and dismissive manner. She said, among other things, that she didn't want to talk to me. She eventually made a new coffee, but the way the situation was handled was unnecessarily hostile and humiliating. Mistakes happen, and I wouldn't have had any problem with a simple misunderstanding. What was not okay was being told repeatedly that I had not ordered what I knew I had ordered and then being spoken to rudely when I corrected her. I hope management sees this and addresses how customers are treated when an order goes wrong. The situation could have been resolved in 30 seconds with a simple, “Sorry, we’ll make a new one.”

30/08/2026: I ordered sushi from this place through Wolt and ended up waiting for 2 hours!! I ended up canceling the order because I wasn't even hungry anymore!! Spoke to the place several times and the service was absolutely terrible! Will never ever order from there again! Stay away from this place

31/08/2026: FOOD POSIONING we ordered from here and both ended up spending the night throwing up, I checked fødevarestyelsen and they have the worst grade.

16/08/2026: Very fresh and tasteful, will definitely order again! The order arrived after 37min after the order...amazing 😃
