13/12/2024: Orders food almost every Friday. They are always nice and provide good service. The food is good for the price. All in all, I give them 4 stars because of service.

08/03/2025: Read first! The low number of stars is probably more about the fact that I expected a Diner and not a minimalist joint in terms of service and selection. Others will probably have a better experience. Ordered a Bacon Smashburger. The meat and the fries were not bad in themselves, but the balance was rather skewed: too much meat, saucy and greasy sauce and too little pickles, ketchup, onion or salad to offset the fat. If you are in the target group for the above, then you will probably have a better experience than me

12/02/2025: The burgers are ok as such, but nothing special compared to other burger places in Copenhagen and the quality has also been declining. The service is exceptionally bad, where you rarely feel welcome. The only bright spot is a relatively new girl who is really welcoming, while the rest of the staff seem mostly annoyed that you come in. Eating on site is almost impossible due to limited space, but you would also almost freeze to death.

24/02/2025: Dropped by on Saturday 22 February 2024 and overlooked a very small note in the dark on the door, apparently warning that it was closed due to a private event (Christmas lunch). The old owner often held fun events where everyone was welcome, so I didn't think about it. I went up to the bar but everyone completely ignored me. I tried to signal that I had no idea what was going on, but no one looked my way. There were between 5-7 people at the bar and apparently no one bothered to let me know, which had resulted in a "unfortunately closed for guests today". I finally got in touch when I could spot a familiar face who got hold of another, and I could stay for DKK 350. for dinner. But after the prolonged no-contact rejection, I didn't dare to take the chance, even though I'm usually easy to talk to all types of people. I left the place without anyone noticing (they were still busy ignoring me). Therefore, I can understand, from what I can read, that Café Francke itself is to blame for the fact that the place is often empty. Goodbye for this time, because I'm not coming back either.

25/01/2025: En caffelatte og en flat White på havremælk til 103 kr. så må man da sige at den kaffe er betalt og mere til. Hvad kan man så forvente for den pris? Tja…… vi fik en bitter beskidt latte og en flat White som også lignede en latte bare i kop i stedet for glas. Forfærdelig og dyr oplevelse😡 og desuden var betjeningen var sygt dårlig. Kommer aldrig igen og kommer heller ikke til at anbefale denne oplevelse til nogen.

27/12/2024: I have now used Calimero/Gastronomia, as a local pizza/sandwich restaurant, for almost 2 years and they always deliver a good meal. The service is great and they are very quick to prepare the food :)

11/12/2024: The taste was really good, unfortunately their pizzas are so small my daughter and her friends often eat there and because it is close to where we live

08/03/2025: Really delicious Middle Eastern food. Can especially recommend their hummus and falafel. For beginners, order a Mezze plate and get a bit of everything (maybe order extra bread and falafel if you're very hungry) - wash it all down with their wonderful homemade lemonade and you can almost feel the heat 🌴😎

28/01/2025: I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. An absolute disappoint to the Lebanese cuisine, I have had authentic Lebanese food and even some very good less authentic versions. This didn’t ed en come close to that. The options were limited, the chicken we ordered was old and had a stale taste. I wouldn’t go back there. The service was slow and poor. The interior had some resemblance of Middle Eastern vibe to it and that’s probably the best thing to say about the restaurant. The food in itself is not worth the money. In response to the owner’s reply The chicken dish I had was Chicken Makloubeh. The reason why I said that there were limited options is because it’s typically starters and very less main course meat options which is very unlike a typical Lebanese Middle Eastern cuisine. 25/01/2025: I bought a Pino, extremely boring pizza with dry, tasteless chicken and a minimal amount of sun dried tomato. Me and someone else ordered with whole grains and discovered on the receipt that we had paid extra, despite the fact that it is not stated anywhere.

17/01/2025: Wow they have become lazy and bad. They can't receive a simple message and I received the wrong pizza, as well as a salad pizza with all brown lettuce on it and rotten meat. Last time I shop here.

02/04/2025: Promenaden used to have big pieces of smørrebrød. Now they are small. A tomato dish for 115kr and two pieces with cheese for 95kr left me really hungry. A small alcohol-free beer for 60kr for 350cl tasted fine, but it wasn't cheap either. Lovely premises, they give it one star. Knowledgeable and good service, one star. The cheese dish was 75kr on the menu, but the bill was 95kr ... plus a jug of water, 25kr, a total of 295kr to leave hungry ... but the noise level was pleasantly low.

28/03/2025: 28/3-2025. We ordered 2 portions “ chelo-kebab nr10 and nr13 in the menu. We have eaten both in dk and other countries good iranian food. But here was really terrible! No taste! The meat was terrible. Felt like combination of different parts of an animal. To be honest I am not sure that this place can represent any iranian food! Please dont go there before you ask a good friend or a good reference! You will be really disappointed! The stuff could not take the feedback. We paid full priceq without eating more than one bit each! Finally we took the rest to give to throw it out!

26/02/2025: In connection with my profession, I have standby time every day. I have used this many times, like today here. Here it is nice, quiet, occasionally a bit of quiet jazz and tables for 1-2 people and soft sofas. It's rarely busy here on weekdays and I see people holding quiet meetings here too. Generally a delicious vibe, it almost covers the Frederiksberg-like pricing of 32 kroner for a filter coffee (although sweetened with a 5 kroner refill).☕️/☕️

06/01/2025: Vi fik den fornøjelse at betale for 16 mand selvom vi var 11 fordi det var det reservationen på, selvom vi havde kontaktet dem på forhånd. Ligeledes var det buffet og vi var kun 3 selskaber, så det var ikke fordi de mistede end anden indtjening grundet dette. Uddover det: Alle de fremstillet tallerkner have støf på, altså alle sammen. Maden var buffet stil, men alt serveret var koldt og præsenteret elendigt. Personalet ville ikke engang hjælpe med at give nye tallerkner, dem skulle vi jo lige selv hente. Alt i alt en skrækkelig restaurant oplevelse. Ville kraftigt fraråde alle at spise der.
