20/08/2025: I like to come to Madhus 24 because it is so cozy, and their staff is both very friendly and well trained, so it is always a pleasure to be served. The kitchen is quite fast, so it doesn't take long from ordering to serving. In the summer it is wonderful to sit outside, and it is also really cozy in the winter. Unless you take their delicious take-away. Their draft beer is also often strangely flat, I have asked about it several times, but that is apparently the intention. So I take a Thy Pilsner instead. Otherwise, water is included in the price, which is a rarity these days. However, I think it has become much more expensive in recent years compared to other places I frequent, but the quality is not getting better. It is not a place I recommend to others without a small reservation about the price level. But there is still the best place to eat at the Dyssegårds end of Søborg Hovedgade.

06/07/2025: Probably the only place on Søborg Hovedgade where both the name and menu are in Arabic. Not that it changes anything about the content of the rather modest menu, which primarily consists of pizza and a few pasta dishes. But the food was well prepared, and we were offered various homemade variations with chili side dishes. The pizzas were of the deep crunch type and thus a lot of bread, - but tasty and plenty of cheese. Nothing to complain about here. A less cozy place, where the tables are close together, and with the option of sitting outside at two tables

28/07/2025: In these quiet holiday times we just had to pick up some pizza on the way home from holiday. This is the second time we have ordered from the same place and I must have forgotten what the experience was like the first time to come back for a second round. I simply cannot understand the high 4.8 rating?? Dry standard pizza dough, tasted mostly of salt so we had to go up and drink water all night and generally very basic tired pizza. Have they changed owners?

27/08/2025: Ordered 29 sandwiches today, which were ready on time 👍 They were very delicious and received high praise from many in the group. So can definitely recommend the place. Also a great service 👍

15/08/2025: Izumi Charlottenlund – 4 af 5 stjerner Vi valgte at købe en række take a Way bokse med sushi fra Izumi i Charlottenlund – og overordnet set var det en god oplevelse, men med plads til klare forbedringer. Sushien var varierende i kvalitet, men især boksen med rejer, der stadig var lune, gjorde virkelig indtryk. De skilte sig positivt ud og havde et frisk og smagfuldt udtryk. De var crispy og smagte godt. En klar skuffelse var dog tangsalaten, som desværre var alt for våd. Den virkede forhastet i tilberedningen og dryppede af væde, hvilket var lige ved at koste en stjerne . Resten af sushierne smagte godt, og man får bestemt indtrykket af, at Izumi arbejder seriøst med både smag og råvarer. De halter lidt efter på æstetikken, det indhenter de på prisen Der er ingen tvivl om, at Sticks’n’Sushi skal holde øje med Izumi – både når det gælder pris og kvalitet.
