26/05/2026: Was invited to a birthday party here. I have tried Flammen on Ro's Torv in Roskilde a few times before, so I knew that the food was delicious and plentiful (buffet). The location in Glostrup does not have quite the same cozy decor, which is probably partly dictated by the limitations of the lease. We sat in the part that was furthest from the main road, and it seemed a bit cafeteria-style, not very cozy. Likewise, the buffet perhaps lacked an extra waiter to keep an eye on the cleanliness of the sauce spoons, and in general just a little more attention so that the buffet looked delicious and inviting all the time, not just filling up, but also wiping it down, and picking up around the dishes. There is nothing to complain about either the taste and quality of the food, or the service at the tables. The boys at the meat buffet (the ones who cut and distributed meat) did a great job too.

20/05/2026: Visited Restaurant Flammen in Copenhagen with friends and really enjoyed the evening. The meat was fresh and perfectly cooked, the salad bar had many choices and the staff stayed kind and relaxed even during the dinner rush. Definitely coming back

23/04/2026: Fast, cheap and delicious. Really delicious pita kebab with chili that wasn't too spicy but nice and hot and delicious taste. Was too hungry so didn't get to take a picture.

19/04/2026: Good food. Small portions. The food still tastes good, but they are stingy with the filling. There is still an old newspaper clipping hanging where it says "huge portions" 😂 The short one is the stingiest and unfortunately also the one who is there the most..

Delicious tender grilled meat, and a large selection of non-alcoholic drinks and desserts for after dinner 👍 A nice place to go out with the family. And attentive service. Their brunch is top class at reasonable prices. Nice with a beautiful place in Ishøj

12/05/2026: I had an excellent experience with Glostrup Park Hotel, even though I was unable to stay there. I had to cancel my reservation at the last minute due to my son’s illness, and the hotel was extremely understanding and compassionate throughout the entire process. They cancelled the reservation free of charge, showing genuine empathy and outstanding customer service. I’m very grateful for their flexibility and kindness. It’s clearly a hotel that truly cares about its guests. As soon as I’m able to travel, I will definitely stay there. Highly recommended!

04/05/2026: My only serious problem was that there was a party on the Saturday night I was there, and the music was so loud that the walls and the door was literally trembling. Fortunately, they finished at midnight. Otherwise, the room was really very quiet. The room, the bed, the pillows were convenient, and the staff extremely helpful. Breakfast is served in a beautiful separate building. The warm food and greens choice could be wider, but it was OK; sweet breakfast food was of a very rich selection.

14/04/2026: God is great Welcome dear readers to the wonderful journey of life Update The street signage is slightly dubious. While online the establishment is located on one road (Roskilde road; 'Roskildevej'), on the street sign near the hotel there is another road name (Main road; 'Hovedvejen'). Guests had better check with the local government in case of emergency, underwriting, etc. Thanks 🛫💐 March 2026 Thanks God, for you give shelter to the needy! Random hoodlums, possibly urchins were found loitering the corridors near my room....traffic on Roskilde Road was blaring until around 04 AM. There is no locker facility for storage of belongings such as clothes spectacles, etc in the gents sauna. Furthermore, the oven casing is old and the paint on it is peeling off! George the kind receptionist was unable to inform the guest that bottles were not allowed in the sauna. A garbage bag was thrown unattended near the entrance on the inside. A liter of milk was lying abandoned on the front desk counter, a little away from where the receptionists had their set up. Some guests were unabashedly spitting sitting outside the entrance, waiting for a shuttle bus or the similar. We will also like hazelnut milk for breakfast. On the bright side, it was feasible to order home delivery food; the 'Do not disturb' sign was duly and kindly respected the same.
